I’m never staying at this hotel again. This place isn’t only old, dirty, and smells terrible…. The staff is also extremely rude and unprofessional. I stayed there for two nights and they over drafted me… I was charge for 4 nights and someone else’s room, when I call to ask for help (several times) the staff was rude and unprofessional… they did not help me at all and actually stole my money, they said they have no way to proof that I only stayed two nights and that the rest of my group (which I didn’t have one) decided to stay a few more nights and apparently have told the front desk to put it on my tab… I was supposed to only pay 199 usd.. they charged me almost 800 dollars and did not give my money back. I have receipts, bank statements and toll tag charges that proof that I wasn’t in Oklahoma for the dates and rooms that they were charging me for. When I called corporate they told me this is a franchise and that there is nothing they can do for me other than send them an email asking them to give me my money back. Save your self some trouble and do not stay at this place… it’s disgusting, over priced, and they will rob you. If you scroll down a little more you’ll see more negative reviews of people claiming they were also over charged and never got their money back. Made an investigation with an internal corporate employee and found out that they are very well known for being scammers at this place. DO NOT STAY HERE if you care about your money and actually staying at a decent place. DISGUSTING is the best way to describe this place.

Overall I’d say my stay was good! Whenever I have to travel solo I like to stay at the courtyards since I typically have good experiences there. I won’t lie this one is a bit of a ghost town, when I arrived I was the only car there and the lobby was dark and completely empty. Took the front staff so long to come check me in I thought it was closed. The room was very comfortable and clean, and I had a great evening. Unfortunately, there is no breakfast (which I was really needing the next morning) and the coffee was almost empty with no cups. No one was up front to ask about it either. The Starbucks, restaurant, and pool were closed which was also a big disappointment. The hotel overall isn’t bad! But the amenities could definitely use an improvement.

An excellent choice and location. Every saff associate I encountered was professional, courteous, friendly, helpful. The hotel, room was great, beds very comfortable, and clean; dining area & restaurant were very clean and decorated well. When visiting in this location, this will hotel will be my go to for a comfortable stay.... and recommend you give it a stay. /s/ Satisfied

We arrived at the hotel Bistro at shortly after 8am to order breakfast. 1) We were the only customers at that time. 2) my order was for a bagel (for my wife) with water, & egg(s), bacon, toast, and a Starbucks coffee for myself. The bagel was delivered in a reasonable time, along with 2 others for other members of our party. My breakfast order took more than 30 minutes to arrive – and it was wrong (sausage not bacon). I had to ask for my coffee, and my wife’s water. The other family in our group ordered 2 bagels (see above) and the husband ordered egg(s), bacon and fruit, and his order had still not been served by 0850 – over 45 minutes later. We had a need to check out and depart the hotel by 0900, so poor Mike had to wolf his food down. The food was marginal at best - the bacon was paper-thin (they brought it out 10 minutes after serving me). I’ve had better service at worse hotels. If I ever stay at this property again (I am a long-time Hilton Honors member) I'll go down the street to IHOP. NOTE: Front Desk staff, Andrew & Adrian, were stellar! Otherwise, I'd have given 1 star for service.

This hotel was superb! I would definitely suggest it. The staff at the front desk went above and beyond more than once. They were ALL very accommodating and helpful. I can’t brag about one in particular because they ALL stood out at some point. We used their conference room to hold meetings and often used their lobby as well, but it never seemed to bother the staff! We will certainly be back due to the employees at this location! Great job Marriott!!!!

The hotel is undergoing some updates. Comfortable rooms but I'd like the updated plug in with USB ports etc.

Room smelled terrible. Customer services was not good at all. Charged my Co-worker triple of what the pay was. Took 3 weeks to get it figured out and did not get reimbursed. Managers are terrible out there! Would not recommend!! They will steal your money!!

Remodeling. No hot water. No ability to move me. No offer to compensate. Cold shower at 6 AM. Not somewhat hot. Freezing cold. Management did not believe that hot water being off was important enough to bring in a plumber and fix it. I informed them the hot water was off at 9 PM. Not fixed or even looked at over night. I was not the only room. So, seems to me that their general policy is screw the customer, we already got his money. Terrible management decision to save a $200 plumbing fee.

The room was clean and comfortable. Amenities within the hotel are zero. No complimentary breakfast. There is a Starbucks inside the hotel, that we were looking forward to. The girl at the front desk said they haven’t been open since the last person quit. My 9 year old was looking forward to swimming, only to find out that the pool and the jacuzzi were both closed. Online it looks like a great place to stay and it is, if you are only looking for a place to sleep. Has great potential, but fell short of our expectations.

Stayed for two nights on a trip to see family. The location is super close to a large shopping center. No one in my party used any amenities while we were there. The hotel is obviously a little older but the rooms were updated and clean. The hallway does have some divets under the carpet. All of the employees were super kind. I think it was very recently bought because there were no uniforms for any employees which seems weird for a Marriott. Main point: I would return to stay again.

The dining area is closed. The spa is empty. The pool is dirty. Now the room....dirty toilet. Black hair all over bathroom floor. No coffe stuff. Dirty coffee brewer with old contents inside. Dirty ice bucket. Dirty towel beside toilet.. broken jewelry under sink.. Had wanted to stay 2 nights. Checking out after 1. The gentleman at the desk was nice, but couldn't give us another room.

I stay at Marriott brands often, this was very disappointing. Entry smelled terrible like something died, room smelled like chemicals covering some other odor. No hot water at 4am. Windows in the room and at the ends of the hallway looked like they had not been cleaned in a year. Drive in front of the entry had several cigarette butts. I had 2 rooms booked, cancelled both and went to The Sheraton 4 Points up the road.

The front desk staff was awesome and very professional. The lobby was very open and inviting and smelled fresh and clean. The rooms were clean and very well decorated. The location was great for getting around OKC with easy access to shopping, site seeing, and eating.

The front desk clerk was very professional and courteous. However, the room we were in had not been cleaned properly prior to our arrival. There was urine stains on the toilet, hair all over the the bathroom floor, counter and shower, and the desk and dresser had not been wiped down. When I went to the front desk to get some cleaning supplies there was another customer there for the same reason. The cleaning staff needs to step up their efforts. The bed had been made but based on the other items the sheets may or may not have been changed.

I travel all the time for work usually 10 days every 14 days. I have stayed in many hotels over the last few years including this one. About two years ago this was the best spot to stay. Recently my team and I stayed here and only one person was helpful. An older lady who has red hair was very friendly and effective I appreciate her. Any other person I had to talk to was very unhelpful. My coworker came back to the room after working roughly 16 hours that day to find his door open. Upon entering his luggage had been gone through and a pair of AirPods were missing. I talked to the ASM and let him know of the situation in which he said he would look into it. Never received a call back or an answer or any helpful information to resolve the situation. My other coworker had to move rooms multiple times and the front desk was less than helpful. Each time the employee seemed bothered to help him find a room that would actually work. First room smelled like a rotting body and the second room was never even cleaned. Third times the charm I guess.

We've just enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was amazing! I especially want to acknowledge Ellie Burgess' kind and always smiling assistance! We also enjoyed the food and great service in the restaurant. I don't hesitate to recommend this hotel!

Pretty subpar, bistro was only open for breakfast and early lunches even though they had alcohol visibly present. Rooms were okayish. You can tell things are fairly old, caulking in bathrooms was dingy, and missing in spots. Fitness center is more like 2 olipticals and a mirror. Location is alright, close to some food places. Overall, it's not bad, but not it's not great.

Our rooms were nice and clean and the check in process was easy. We stayed one night and when left the hotel and approached our vehicle we discovered it had been broken into over night. The passenger side front window was shattered. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have cameras. All I could do is file a police report.

I was reluctant to stay at this hotel due to some negative reviews. I’m not sure why all the bad reviews, I found this a very comfortable hotel. It was quiet, clean, comfortable furniture and good staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms need some serious work done. 4 day trip and we had to listen to a constant drip. The shower doesn't come on completely because it still runs from the faucet. Service was okay. Housekeeping missed a few times cleaning the room but it was okay. The location is good because you're near two malls. One is across the street and the other is just 15 minutes away. All major stores and short distances from grocery stores and retail. Great area, not so great look of hotel overall. Elevators are a bit raggedy, one has #2 missing button, ice machine on second floor is the only one that works. But at least there weren't any rats and roaches or lot lizards handing out. It still felt rather safe to be there.

Pros: Great customer service and front desk staff. Good location. 10-15 restaurants within a 3 min drive and several within walking distance. Easy access to the turnpike. Several other things to do in the area if you need to kill some time. Cons: Property definitely could use an update. Rooms are dated, TVs small, etc. AC units are EXTREMELY loud. They're to the point where they woke me up several times. They work fine, but if you're a light sleeper I would be wary. On-site food options are pretty limited, but with so many restaurants close by, I don't think this is a huge negative. Overall: I'd not hesitate to stay here again if they'd update the rooms and get some new AC units. Customer service was great and location is hard to beat.

This hotel was pretty decent. The pool and hot tub were closed, which was told to me when I booked it. The restaurant and bar were closed due to covid, which was not told to me and was one of the reasons I booked this place. There was a backup sewage smell on the 2nd floor, where we were placed. Our mini fridge was frozen up and needed to be defrosted (didn't keep anything cold). The bathroom wall was a little dirty. Other than this, it was a decent stay at a decent place. The whirlpool tub worked great! The bed was super comfy.

Nice & clean rooms. Only reason not 5, shower gel was empty, ice maker on floor wasn't functioning (possibly due to lots of sports teams at hotel- so could have just been empty) and water in shower wouldn't fully turn off. Small leak. Front desk service was excellent and location was great.

Good spot, smoked many fat j's on the back patio. Clean rooms, the only thing that I disliked was the fact there is no longer a spa and they concreted over it. The gym is small but has free weights that go up to 50 lbs.

First off, the desk staff was rude. Second, I had to get an accessible room for an open shower. Bad design! Flooded the whole bathroom floor. Had to use every towel to put on the floor. The shower head was broken, but couldn't get that fixed lack of maintenance man. Room wasn't that clean. Bed was comfortable.

Accommodating. Quick, straight forward and overall a great experience. I was taken care of and surprised by the cleanliness of this hotel. This place needs to be 4.5 stars. Very happy overall

Not quite up to standards I've seen at other Marriotts. The hotel was older and needed some renovations. The bathroom was a little musty, which might be due to the lack of vent. The hot tub was also out of comission and the pool didn't look the cleanest. However, the staff were all very friendly. The room was clean despite some signs of age. It was also very quiet. Checkin and check out were both a very easy process.

Room wasn't ready on time so I left my bags in a friend's room. Came back an hour later and they still hadn't checked if my room was ready. When I made it in later that night, there was a 20 minute wait to get my room. Once i was finally in my own room everything was fine.

Room was clean, staff was nice. Smells like pet urin in the hallway. And no breakfast in the morning, and no bar open and I was checking in around 7:00 pm. I would not recommend staying here and I will not be staying at this location again.

Was not aware that the hotel was under renovations when I booked the room. On-site restaurant was closed, bar and lounge were closed, no breakfast and no room service. The hot tub was not operational, phone in room wouldn't work, shower was broken, deadbolt on door was malfunctioning. Taking a shower set off the smoke alarm and we were told that they couldn't shut it off and to wave towels around and it should stop. After 45 minutes it finally went off. I booked this room because of what all the hotel had to offer and was thoroughly disappointed. Not worth the $145 I spent for one night.

Upon walking into the hotel, we were met with a foul smell in the lobby. The gentleman who we later found out was the general manager that was checking us in was good. We checked in and went to our room. It was okay. There were spots on the bathroom floor, a spot in the tub, shower gel was missing from the pumps provided in the shower. After returning from dinner, we went to put our food in the fridge only to discover that housekeeping missed the prior guests medication. We took the medication down to the front desk and we were compensated with a lower rate which we were grateful for. The problem with our stay came at check out. We told the clerk who we found out was the assistant general manager about what we had found and what the general manager had done for us. For all of the issues we had, she stated that she would give us points for a free nights stay. We stayed on February 26th and have yet to see the points added to our account. We have called multiple times to only be told that they would handle it or that they were busy and they haven't had time to do it. She wasn't busy when we checked out on Sunday. One of the times we called, they didn't understand our name and were told that we didn't have a reservation there. I'm not sure who it was that we talked to but she was rude and gave multiple excuses as to why we didn't have points. We have asked them to call us back and yet to have a phone call returned. We enjoy the Marriott family but it only takes one bad experience to ruin the rest of them.

Out of 3 rooms we rented, one had dirty bed sheets, (which we had to change ourselves because of short staff) , one room had a toilet not working, and some of the staff was very very rude working the Starbucks counter. We had the best experience with Jeanne at the front desk . She was doing a great job being short staffed and should be compensated for her hard work and great customer service. Unfortunately on top of everything else we found out upon departure, we were also over charged for the rooms. When we called to get an explanation for the charges, we were met with rude, inexcusable behavior. I will not be returning to this hotel in the future.
