I thought 2 star was a bit low with the extra star going to the fact the hotel is new. Bring ear plugs as the hotel sits right at a busy intersection. It’s loud and stays loud. Water pressure was low and it took a while long to get soap off. They have big refillable soap, lotion and shampoo on my room. Naturally the soap was empty. Customer service, I think was minimally adequate. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in (which is usual for hotels) and I got a “ID, credit card” when I was addressed. It’s fairly apparent the folks there during my stay did not want to be there. That’s fine. Breakfast was good, workout equipment works and parking is ample. I won’t stay there again just based on noise alone.

We absolutely loved this hotel! If you are looking for fancy this is not your place. It is very simple and modern, there are no frills. Our room was very clean. No carpet!! (Always a huge plus) No nasty keurig in the room (you know those things never get cleaned), but there is a wonderful coffee bar in the lobby along with a microwave. Loved the containers of shampoo, conditioner soap and lotion. Shuffle board and games in the lobby were a bonus. Customer service was fabulous! We asked for extra pillows/ice bucket and received without an issue. The location is perfect when traveling within the city. We will definitely stay again!

Miss Daina from the night shift is amazing!! So helpful and accommodated our request for a large group. Definitely will stay here again. Recommend to everyone. Great place to stay. They have so many snacks/food, great variety. Even better when you arrive at night and everything is closed. Rooms are Clean and welcoming!

We had a reservation that was booked through Hilton.com. The hotel couldn’t honor the reservation since they overbooked the rooms. We actually didn’t stay at hotel to know if it’s any good. This review is based on the hotel reservation not being honored. We had to find another hotel room on our own. It ended up costing double the price since it was last minute. If you book this hotel, then you will want to check in early. We were told that they have several block booking contracts at this hotel. The block bookings take priority over any reservation you make on Hilton.com. If they do overbook then you are on your own to find accommodations. We were told that the hotel is independently managed, so they are unable to help us book the same reservation at a different Hilton property.

I love staying here! It's so clean and so comfortable. I've stayed many times here and it's never a disappointment. I can't wait to come in the next two months. And now they are doing actual breakfast. I was going here during covid times. The room is so pretty. The showers are big and spacious. And the hotel itself is so pretty with all its colors.

I have been staying at this hotel weekly since July for a travel nurse assignment at a local hospital and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences! The rooms are always clean and they are VERY accommodating to the travel nurse community! If you commute back and forth for your weekly assessment I highly recommend this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me this morning when I accidentally forgot to book my room for the night before and needed to check in early. The full review is on the neighboring Home2Suites page but I will tell you the customs service was unmatched today. Thank you for all that you do when I am away from home!!!

Upon checking in, I realized had a misunderstanding when i booked and was frustrated with the situation. Thomas, the front desk clerk was very helpful, personable and understanding. He tried to help find solutions and eased the situation a lot for me. I appreciate the sleek look of the rooms and the straight forward, functional design of the hotel.

This location is clean and new. The rooms are efficiently appointed and useful! The location is good. I didn’t have e much interaction with the staff or breakfast, but things seemed to run smoothly while I was there.

Earlier today my friend called and wanted to know if you had any information on a making a reservation and she couldn't be more happy than how she was treated via over the phone. Since she does not use her phone as much as I do, I felt I should tell you all about this experience. She was treated and greeted very nicely and whom ever the young man she spoke to we both want to say a huge thank you! This is why we love staying with y'all. She couldn't remember his name but she said it had a j in it, however to whom he was, you showed beautiful dedication and we cannot wait to see you all again soon.

Quick stay on a Friday for my sons school event - excellent service (Thomas at front desk was friendly and helpful), fresh/modern room, hip lobby/breakfast area. Really loved the variety of grab n go snacks and drinks available for purchase. Will stay again, and recommend.

I was absolutely thrilled with Tru during my stay. The front desk staff was very friendly. The lobby, my room and the gym were very clean. The beds were comfortable. Love the soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the bathrooms.. huge plus! I would absolutely stay again. I don't think you could beat this hotel for the price.

The rooms were clean and perfect. We had to wait on our ride. So, my daughter and I were able to sit and enjoy a few board and card games. We truly enjoyed our visit. There are some kinks that need to be worked out with their breakfast but that doesn’t demand low star ratings. They need to be taught the tricks on how to keep the hot food looking fresh instead of crusty and dry. They did run out of coffee the first day but it seemed like the front desk was the only one tending to the breakfast bar that day and they were in the middle of doing a shift change. As soon as the new desk person noticed the empty pot she changed it.

To whom it may concern; as I stayed in your hotel at your property there on NW EXPRESS WAY there was a few things I noticed, 1. The staff have always be nice and 2. The food was always amazing. A few months ago in Jan / Feb the front desk agent Jacob was so warm and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Thank you for all the hard work you amazing people do. Hope to see you all again next trip.

The evening desk clerk on 5/11 and the morning desk clerk on 5/12 were both extremely helpful. The rooms are tiny - like a European micro hotel. Breakfast was not good. And there aren't enough ironing boards or pillows for a hotel that was fully booked. Pillows and mattresses were not great. Employees for their best but management/owners need to step up their game. Rooms were clean. I would start here again if it was my last choice but will not come back if I can help it.

Multiple problems with our stay. Had to change rooms once and then when wifi didnt work they wanted to change our room again. Accommodations were nice enough, but the ironing board was also broken, the night light didn't work and there was no conditioner.

This hotel has been wonderful for me and my family! The staff is incredible, ms Osha, ms Tae, and ms Gina have been incredibly accommodating!! The rooms are very well kept, comfortable and clean! The lobby is very comfy and inviting! Breakfast is always so good! The location is very convenient for shopping and eats but was nervous about my animals that close to the main roads where the grass area for them was but that is literally the only ‘bad’ thing I would say about this hotel!!

We arrived at 2:30pm afternoon after Incombooking ahead of time , they did not have the room ready.🙄 We had to stay in one bed instead of 2 Queen beds as we booked for $214.96. The main issue is the room is very…very tiny, we barely could walk two persons in the room. We came in with me and my husband and our baby with the stroller and it barely fits our luggages and our stroller. I asked front desk lady to change to bigger room on the next day, (we stayed 2 nights), because of our stroller and the tiny space not very convenient for our family, they said even double beds still as small as the one bed we are having.😑😣 Wow! WTH? Let me tell you this lady!! The room we booked 2 Queen Beds is 399 sq ft, while the room you gave us is 231sq ft (according to your company website. We suppose to receive the room TWICE the size. 🤭. Even though you know we have a baby with big stroller, you still did not want to Move me to better space room as I asked for. Well, if you are that lazy and think this is too much trouble, then you are absolutely incompetent! 👎🏻 Next morning, I were downstair having breakfast, I asked the lady in front desk for pancake because the pancake machine does not run (at 8:30AM busy breakfast time!!?), no pancake batter mix, coconut pieces to mix with cereals do not come out, she turned and gave me a very bad attitude look. And of course come with a bad voice tone, cold look to me saying things like I am an idiot. She called the kitchen helper lady to take care of it with bad attitude either which she should not even the kitchen lady is lower range in position in the job compared to her. In general, she is so rude and I even wonder if I should give her some correction of her attitude because I asked her with nice gesture and I am the guest here. I strongly believe I deserve a way better treat as a customer here. I do not have attitude respond same thing the way they dissapoint me. In return, we just left, and do not wish to come back. Look! We travel to OK very often, two days every week so we stay in hotel is a must. Absolutely we wish we have had better pleasant experience than this hotel bad treat. Thanks for treating us this bad and we learn our lesson!

Excellent, clean. We've stayed two years in a row for the Grand National & World Championship Morgan Horse Show. I just wish they let 18-21 year olds check in on their own. I came out a few days ahead of my mom as my mom never expected her adult daughter wouldn't be able to check herself in, and she was all the way back in New Hampshire. Luckily someone else at the show was able to check in for me.

Brand new hotel, tiny, and I mean tiny rooms, exceptionally slow checkin by a very inexperienced clerk. I have not stayed at any of the Tru brand by Hilton in other locations, but this one is horrible. As this one ages it is going to be even worse. Best to stay far far away from this place. Hilton might do some remedial work with the so-called "manager" and owner of this hotel as they are by no means up to the standards of Hilton.

I’m not a review person at all, but I had to take the time to write this one, because I did not appreciate how things were handled. My son and I checked in for one night and were put into a room where we found bugs crawling on the shower glass door. After my son took a shower, the towel he used to dry himself off had hair on it, that he caught too late. We went back downstairs to switch rooms, and they only had one left available. There again, we found hair in the bathroom, and dirty walls. I took pictures of everything to come back downstairs and show them, and asked for a full refund to go book another night somewhere else. Of course, they told me they’ll refund but it takes 4 business days to come back in. And no, they couldn’t get my funds back from Expedia either because it was a third party. So if I didn’t have the funds to book another night on my own somewhere else, the hotel was not willing to take any responsibility for this situation, other than refunding the money back. They couldn’t figure out a way to give us a voucher or credit to go somewhere, or even cash from the register (when we saw them counting the cash register), whatever you have to do to remedy the situation. I had to figure it all out myself in the middle of the night. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Great room, little pricey but worth it... very nice staff from check in to the cleaning ladies. Would recommend

It was ok. Decor/ design is super cool but its a very minimalist approach to a hotel stay. Cleanliness can be addressed such as crumbs on the side of the platefirm beds. The beds themselves were super hard. Ok for a one night kind of stay. Took my family and felt safe in the hotel and area of town.

I'm a diamond member and I didn't feel welcomed at this hotel at all. I didn't receive my Tru snack and bottle water and when I asked about it I was doubted as if I was asking for an additional one. Also, there wasn't any breakfast available I was told that hotel stayers packed it all away to their rooms. This happened on both mornings of my stay. I used points for this hotel and I feel like it was a waste of points. So disappointing. I will never stay here again.

The Rooms Are Very Much Cleaned Thoroughly. Although, They Could Wipe Down The Remotes &The Phones In Each Room. Side Note: When Walking Into My Bathroom In My Queen Room, I Seen A Wall That I THOUGHT Was A Shower Curtain &That A Tub Was Behind It. LOL 😆!! &The Elevators Are STUPENDOUS!! It Was My First Time Being In That Hotel, As Well.

Wonderful staff, nice, and clean!!! Served a full Breakfast, shouldn't even be called complimentary. My husband and I were very satisfied with service, every one was so helpful. Clean! I actually observed how they clean top to bottom. Nice area, great spot close to everything! The room is nice tidy and has enough storage space!!!

I stay at the north location almost every month for the last three years and pay the same great low price of $87, but last week they charged me $143 per night. I got the run around at the desk. Manager never called to discuss. Try Hiltons low price of $87 is over the internet. I stayed Sunday and Monday. Very disappointed.

Check in was quick, staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Just an overnight stay as we were passing through OKC. Beds with the exposed frame are a bit if a hazard and the reason for 4 Stars. Interesting local facts..... milk the official state beverage?

Unfriendly, slightly rude, unhelpful staff. Broken shower door and the staff just said, ok. Asked for extra pillows (had 3 on the bed) and they didnt have any extras. Got the reservation wrong. Didn't bring fresh towels after asking 2 x days in a row. Really average. Nice room. Average hotel bed.

  • 4/5 Fritz G. 2 years ago on Google
Beware, don't book a room on the north side of hotel. The intersection right in front is where the gas guzzlers floor it to get on highway and it's very noisy until late at night. South side, nice and quiet. The rooms and staff, though, are very nice.

Horrible. To start things off they gave us the room key TO SOMEONE ELSE'S ROOM. We walked in and there was a bag and clothes on the bed. Just imagine if someone was in there?! We could have gotten hurt OR WORSE!! So we go back down to the lobby and the front desk lady said "Oh.. they must have switched the rooms and didn't tell me" like it was no big deal at all, like do you not double check just in case?? That is just laziness in my opinion. She also said while getting us our CORRECT room key and number that my friends card had only ran $5 for the $50 deposit and would need a new card so I offered mine, she ran the card and we went to our room. After getting up to our room we both check our accounts and the lady not only OVER charged MY card she ALSO OVER CHARGED MY FRIENDS CARD. She charged mine $123 and my friends card $123!! My friend called back down to the lobby and she said "yeah.. i just noticed that.. I will try to contact a manager but it will be Monday before one is back in the hotel" My friend HAS STILL NOT GOTTEN HER MONEY BACK AND IT HAS BEEN 3 SOLID DAYS. This was the WORST experience I have ever had and I will NOT be returning and if anyone asks my opinion on the hotel there will not be a nice thing said AT ALL.

Nice hotel, great staff, good location. Rooms a bit minimalist, but that's their concept. I would have preferred a more traditional room, (dresser, closet), but it was fine. I'd like a more firm mattress ( sore back after 1st nite) but that's on me. The grand daughter thought it was great, so 5 stars. Probably go back if it's one of the choices.

We stayed overnight August 16, 2022 and were greeted right away by Keith, who checked us in right away & was awesome! He & all the staff were so nice & helpful. The room was modern & very capable. The only reason for a 4 star was no microwave. Breakfast was first class! One of the best places we have ever stayed. The manager, Toni, also gave us bottled water for our drive the next day, when their water machine was waiting for repair. Wish all hotels were this clean & nice with great customer service!

  • 2/5 Randy T. 2 years ago on Google
The hotel was nice. Rooms were clean. I was greatly disappointed that the room accommodations we requested were not provided. We requested and were told that we would have a roll in shower, we had a tub with no bench. Not what we needed for my wife who has MS and is in a wheel chair. We were in town for our daughter's wedding. The front desk help was friendly but did not seem to have any idea how to help us, and did not appear very motivated to seek a solution.
