The staff of this hotel is nice. This hotel and company as a whole is the biggest scam ever. DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE VIA ADVANCED PURCHASE. I purchased 7 days to quarantine away from family. I arrived at my hotel, checked in and went to my room. The hotel has a foul order of dog urine and lack of cleaning. The sheets of the bed are all stained and smell disgusting. The room smells of smoke and a lack of cleanliness. Which makes sense because there were about 7 people smoking and drinking outside of the hotel. I decided to cancel my stay and get refunded for the other 6 nights of my stay since I wanted to leave. They refused to give me my money back and told me it was against their “policy” —- this is the only answer they ever gave me. I was never provided the policy or any means of help from the front desk or customer service. The email confirmation I received mentioned nothing of the advanced purchase policy. The email confirmation stated that I could cancel my reservation by 10/31/2020? It is 2021… this place is the biggest scam and I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of this hotel and business for the rest of my life. Worst experience ever.

I am a traveling RN and I stay at a lot of hotels this was the worst! Bathroom was dirty.( had previous tenants soap on top of shower surround) requested it to be cleaned got placed on a paperlist... no cleaning. I work night shift so I really got irritated asking after work. Also requested dishes because they do not come in the rooms standard apparently despite being advertised they do, Did not get those during my stay either. Be warned if you have a pet they charge 25 dollars a night for your pet( it would have tacked on an extra 75 dollars for my stay). On the last day I know checkout is at 11am. I am an adult, but before setting out on my journey home I like to be kinda safe and I take a nap before I leave because I work all night. The front desk attendant took it upon themselves to come knocking on my door at 10am! And not just a polite knock, no... it was a continuous hard knock until I got out of bed reminding me that checkout was at 11am. I was upset to say the least. So was not pleased, will 100% not recommend this place to any one I know and will never be staying at another one.

The manager of this hotel is very rude and not a good person. They take your money and won’t refund it on a reservation that they accepted. I lost my wallet and my license but had verification pictures of my license that was good enough to get approved to drive for Uber and the card that I paid with so now I don’t have enough money for a room elsewhere and I’m stuck sleeping in my car. Never again will I use this hotel chain again. Zero compassion for people is ugly just like her!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE. This is the first Google review I’ve ever left and I’m only doing so to hopefully prevent this from happening to anyone else in future. This hotel is poorly managed, they only had one lady working up front who was borrowed from a different location. The room was dirty( toothpaste on the ceiling, brown stains on the sink, toothpaste splatter on the mirror, standing water right next to the entrance of the room, and a crusty brown streak on the lamp shade) so I tried to leave but since she was borrowed she told me to call the manager the next day and when called Lori(the manager) the following day she said she had to check my room before she processed the refund and would call me back but never did. Now I’m dealing with corporate because she never checked me out of the hotel even though I dropped my room key off two hours after check in. Do not stay here. It is not worth your money try a different location. Lori is very unprofessional

Location was the best for me, because there was a Target walking within distance. I travel often for work and stay at These extended stays often, and I've never been to a Location where I couldn't get any dishes. Also the room I was in had something stuck to the carpet and gold specs of glitter on both chairs, I understand glitter is hard to get out of carpet properly but the chairs were leather so I don't understand why it wasn't wiped properly. I had to buy my own dishes which defeats the purpose of going out my why to look for Extended Stay America whenever I'm traveling for work. This is a response to the comment from management. Of course I know dishes are kept at the front desk. I went to the front desk like I do at every extended stay I stay at and this location informed me there are no dishes and the dishes are on order; which I think is a complete lie because I was reviewing comments and months ago there are complaints of no dishes.

I've stayed at plenty of hotels, but none quite as distasteful as this one. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a stiflingly hot room with a musty aroma. Within the first five minutes, we spotted multiple roaches and I shudder to think how many more remained unseen. The front desk simply brushed off our concerns, suggesting that the previous occupants might be to blame. Yet, this begs the question, why would they assign us a room that hadn't been properly cleaned or inspected? Given that it was near midnight and we had to get up extremely early in the morning the next day, we reluctantly accepted their offer to switch rooms. While the new room was free of bugs, it was far from welcoming. Stains were ubiquitous a common sight in hotels, admittedly but the icy shower water and nonfunctional toilet were inexcusable. There was a pervasive scent of cannabis hung heavily throughout the hotel. Despite its budget-friendly price, basic cleanliness and maintenance is incredibly poor. I strongly advise against staying here if you value a good night's sleep. The photo I have attached was just one of the many roaches we saw

My fiancé and I were visiting Oklahoma for my fiancé's show. I was visiting for the first time. If it were not for the kindness and personalities of the front desk staff and the manager of the hotel I would have demanded a refund and left for another hotel. I had german roaches in my room, one crawled on my fiancé, so we had to get moved to another room which luckily we did not see any in that room. In the first room there was food left in the microwave which did not have the rotating plate, the tub was dirty, the top blanket to the bed was missing, and there was no phone in the room. The only two pillows in the rooms are thin and useless, there's only lights on one side of the bed making the other side dark, and the bath towels were so small that we went to Target and bought our own to use. In the second room the bathroom sink was clogged, the toilet kept not flushing unless you tapped the waterflow mechanism inside the tank, and the hot water stopped working the last day we were there. I have stayed in Extended Stays before and they were like any other hotel I've stayed in, nice. This one needs to be torn down, excavated, and rebuilt. I will not be staying in an Extended Stay in Oklahoma ever again due to this experience.

Never ever, book your stay using the advanced purchase. Booked a room for my mother who has medical issues, she arrived a day later than expected due to those medical issues. We expected to pay for that first day, but they had rented out her room, had no vacancy to offer, and are refusing to refund the remainder of the stay. **update** Spoke with management, they said they would look into it and call me back within 2 days. It’s been several weeks now and still no call back. To sum up, due to a medical issue my mother was a day late to the reservation, they canceled the reservation at 6p, and overbooked the hotel so they didn’t have other rooms available, but still charged my mother for the entire 2 weeks. I’d give 0 stars and sue if I could. Again, I recommend you never use the advanced purchase option.

First of all the place stinks they have homeless people walking threw here make it unsafe for my kids to even go downstairs to the car without me walking with them. Our bed was dirty, bath towel has stains on them and I gave a 4 month old baby. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to nobody it’s infested and I’m pushing to get my money back and go somewhere else more clean and comfortable. Roaches in our room! Smells like cigarettes. There’s no kitchen supplies I paid to much money to stay at a place like this. I just need for the big boss to get a hold of me so I can get my money back I hate this place

Great location!!! However, it is unfortunate that Megan was very disrespectful while being sooooooo unprofessional. She refused to research any information. To be new, you should always try to give good (I did not even say great) service. What is crazy, this is not the 1st time I have experienced a problem at this location. This facility acts as if you are a 5 star, upscale hotel. And, I feel that you harrassed me by calling my room less than an hour after I had just checked in. Why??? Not only that, you had the audacity to ask me if other perspective tenants were staying in my room. After I had just answered your question moments before. Again, why??? You would think you would realize that word-of-mouth is the best form of advertisement.

Got checked in with no problem. Went to the room and it smelled like cigarette smoke, had to clean the refrigerator out it was full of dirt. Like it had been just out of a junkyard. The windowseal has hair all over like someone just shaved their face over it. Went and let front desk know and offered to get us another room but why when I just cleaned up their mess. It states on each room number no smoking but smell it every night.

The whole staff at this hotel was beyond amazing!! They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Veronica especially went the extra mile to make us feel valued and appreciated. I cannot thank them enough. Anytime we need to stay at a hotel, this will be our spot!!!

Office hours are until 11. Waited at desk for a few mins to have a lady come out while TEXTING then say she needs both IDs when we are here to obtain a new one due to having it stolen. She grumpily says I can't allow that. I e stayed here before, never had a problem. Sadly will NEVER be staying here again.

This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had staying in a hotel. Initially getting there we went to turn on the tv and there was a bandaid on the back of the remote holding the batteries in. So disgusting!!! Then that night after getting back from eating I get a bath and notice hair all in the bathtub!!! Also, because the bathtub was a sandy color you can’t really tell if it’s clean or not… I start looking closer and there’s conditioner or shampoo splashes all over the walls! Sorry, but that tells me they aren’t cleaning it!! I get out of the bath and walk into the kitchen area barefooted and feel this greasy substance under my feet! I look closer at that and it’s all over the floor up under the cabinets!!! The carpet under my feet felt soooo gross! Like it hadn’t been cleaned in years!! And if all this wasn’t enough… I woke up with bed bug bites on my neck and my shoulder! And no they did not give us a refund! I will never stay at another extended stay EVER!!!! And I don’t recommend you do either! 🤮🤮

9 weeks into an extended stay. No complaints. The manager Ms. Lori runs a great hotel, property, and staff. Ms. Veronica and the rest of the staff are courteous, friendly, helpful, and professional. The property is kept clean, safe, and in good repair. The room is great. Much shopping within walking distance. Served by city bus number 7. Highly recommend. -CPO US Navy Retired

Excellent. Completing a 12 week stay. 3rd stay at this hotel. It is clean, safe, convenient, and the price is right. Ms. Lori the GM is one of the most professional managers I've ever met. She runs a tight ship as and is pleasant to deal with. The entire staff, including front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping are all really great people. 👍 I highly recommend this location to veterans and seniors. Well maintained, no bugs, very safe. Thanks Ms. Lori! -CPO US NAVY RETIRED

Not worth the 48$ lie they advertise on the internet. My wife and I reserved a room for the week of the 28th of June to the 2nd of July. The room we received (231) was a cockroach infested nightmare. We asked for a new room and received a key to room (332) which was a disgusting sticky nightmare. Our shoes stuck to the carpet as if it were soda on tile. It was unfortunately so late we couldn't leave that first night and had to stay. We left the following day for a new hotel and requested our money refunded to us as the entire stay was a fiasco and it was 100% their fault. The night manager was willing. The general manager on the other hand is a rude, unprofessional, and lazy individual. Upon checking our bank they refunded us 150 of the 359.70 we spent for one night and she refuses to refund the rest. I called her 3-4 times and she hung up on me everytime. (She especially didn't like that I pointed out she gave us the roach infested room and IMMEDIATELY hung up) I had to take our problem all the way to the corporate level. This hotel is 100% a half way house of sorts in addition to just being in the hood. Do not stay at this hotel for anything or anyone. Not if you value your health. Our shower curtain was moldy ffs. 10/10 do not recommend. Do better.

I have stayed at many other resorts and this one was the absolute WORST experience!!! The rooms smells AWFUL and must, they are infested with roaches!!!! and the sheets are dirty with hair. I would never recommend ANYONE to stay here. Worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. The staff was nice and that’s about it! If I could rate them a -5 I would

So far have had a decent experience. Compared to a different location I stayed at recently, this is SOOOO much better. The rooms are bigger, the bed is 100 times more comfortable than the other place. The staff here are super friendly unlike the other place. There is breakfast here in the mornings, and it's really quiet here. At the other location I had to call the police to get the dude in the room next to me to stop yelling at 4am every night. Even after I told management about it, it continued till they finally made him leave a few nights later. But overall, this location is great. The reason for the 4 stars is, for 1 the laundry room closes early. It should be 24 hours like other locations IMO, and I wish the kitchen sink was a Lil bigger, and the carpet in my room was super dirty. But I brought my carpet cleaner and cleaned it myself.

Fairly good place to stop! Like many of the places I’ve stayed recently, I didn’t feel entirely safe in the area, but also not particularly in danger; mostly I felt cautious. Here in particular there was a lot more activity in the parking lot than I’d have liked— but nothing shady, just people out later than I prefer when I’m trying to sleep. Still, I wasn’t kept up too late, the room was clean, and the tv worked.

Me and my boyfriend choose this hotel more often than not when he comes to visit. It's in a good location (everywhere I tend to go is on or near nw expressway), the access to a stovetop and full size refrigerator is great too. The staff is usually pretty friendly. We always see the lady with the long red hair either when we check in or when we check out. I love her color. A lady with purple and yellow nails helped us the time most recently and she was super sweet. She complimented the bright green in my hair and I forgot her name 😭 but she was working the afternoon of 3/4. Oh!! I forgot my driver's license at the check in desk and the purple/yellow nails lady put it away and the red hair lady gave it to me the next day. I appreciate these women so much!! I wish I had asked their names..

Been here for about a week it's been quite and peaceful. For $4 morre a night compared to there location on I-44 services rd you get better beds, way larger rooms, bigger bathroom, more cabinet space in kitchen, and they have breakfast in the mornings. Way worth the $340 a week

Roach hotel The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, even the wifi didn’t work right. Before I booked i read the reviews, but thought no prob, just bad service. No: - Hair on the sides of shower - I saw roaches in my room from the first day. - Trash under bed - No kitchen utensils even though “Dining and cooking utensils provided” BS. They make you ask for EVERYTHING you need. One utensil at a time. Stupid.

Booked a room for January 5th to February 2nd. First of all I got a confirmation from the hotel saying we'll see you then. I made this reservation 3 weeks before. January 5th came around and I showed up at the hotel about 7:00 p.m.. went to check in they had no reservation for me. Matter of fact they were completely booked. The woman at the desk would not help me whatsoever. Would not call her boss about this. She claimed no responsibility whatsoever. As I was standing there multiple people from other rooms that just checked in we're checking out already. According to those people the rooms were disgusting. And once again the lady at the desk was not even trying to help them was just checking them out as if nothing was wrong. I may have dodged a bullet in this hotel apparently. But apparently this hotel has a greater issue. Booking people and charging them even if they are completely booked. Cleanliness of rooms. And extremely poor customer service.

I were staying at this Extended Stay America from November 21, 2022 to December 16, 2022.. I had my two small dogs with me as well.. Miss Lori, Miss Veronica, & staff were so very kind to us. They made us feel welcomed, which helped so much being we were displaced after being in our home 14 years.. This were quite a transition and adjustment but they helped make it a smooth one for us. I appreciate the kindness and compassion they all have more than I can put into words.. Our room were nice and clean. It became our home until we got into our current place.. My apologies for getting this review in so late, no matter the length of time, I had to make sure they receive the recognition they deserve.. I can not speak for others but my experience with them will always be a memorable and great one! If I had to stay there again, I would in a heartbeat!. I hope everyone there is doing well.. If you all see this, I’m sending big hugs and lots of love you all’s way and know we are doing well..

Checked in. Microwave instantly shorted out. Asked for a new one. Made no attempt at help beyond well get you one tomorrow. No compensation offered No switching of rooms despite obviously not being advertised. No attempt to go to another room to retrieve a microwave. Just oh well you'll get one tomorrow. I payed for a kitchenette for a reason. May be a great hotel for when things don't go wrong but when problems arrise they can't solve them in a timely manner.

The staff were helpful, polite, and courteous. The room was decent, I especially appreciate the heater, bed, refrigerator, and the high pressured shower! The eyes on the stove were bulbous and rusted, and appeared unsafe to utilize, so I didn't. Everything Else Was Good, And I'm Grateful For The Space! Wind up staying longer because of how good things were, instead of the 1 night. I appreciate Robert & Lori, They Were Simply Wonderful! There Was Another Young Man There That Was Helpful, But I Did Not Get His Name, But I'm Thankful For Him As Well! I Will Return If I Ever Need To Utilize That Company Again!

The staff was great. Helpfull, friendly and attentive. The rest of the place is smelly, decaying, dirty, infested, and overall lacking in comfort. I felt like next time they would have to pay me to say there.

I stayed at this location for almost 6 months with the wife and a small kid. We never had issues. There were 6-8 colleagues from my company staying together at this location. This is very near to Walgreens, Target and Walmart. There are plenty of restaurants as well.

I have no problem with the manager Lori. It's the Assistant Manager Veronica. She talks about tenants behind their back to other tenants. If you get on her bad side she will make sure she finds a way to kick you out. Then brag about it to other tenants. As far professionalism I have more in my pinky toe than she will ever have. As far as Extended Stay they violate a bunch of laws here in Oklahoma it's ridiculous. The building is actually settling so bad some rooms have a very bad and noticable slope to them. They also charge for room services if you stay there.

My overall experience at this hotel was ok, the assistant manager Lori was super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! The housekeeper that works on the third floor was amazing, she always greeted me and my children with a smile and kind words, she as well was super helpful! Dealing with a few wonderful ppl made my stay better outside of all of my dislikes concerning this hotel!

Great place for an affordable extended stay! The location is very convenient with Target right next door. Veronica & Jacie at the front desk were both fabulous & incredibly accommodating & kind.

My only complaints are: *There is no breakfast, not even grab & go. *There never seems to be any clean laundry. So I have had to wash towels out by hand. *The free wi-fi isn't the best. The people who work here are great. Very friendly.

Veronica was very professional and executed her skills on a high level. She was friendly and pleasant in our communication. It appears the hotel would be at a loss without her expertise. The hotel lobby was clean as well as my room upon check in.

Nice place clean with friendly staff tucked away just off the street so it's more private all the rooms are accessed from inside instead of from the outside like other extended stays.
