Booked 3 rooms online. Noticed pool was closed as soon as we get there(despie website saying it was open). Everythings sticky and gross walking to the rooms, including the front desk where you check in at. The whole property smells of strong urine. When we opened the door to room number 1 it had visible stains on sheets(where its pulled back at top) and pillows. We went into the 2nd room and it looked like they smeared something all over the wall with a matching stain on the top comforter and 2 white pillows the rest were stained yellow. We didn't even make it to the 3rd room. We went straight to check out and he had to inspect my room for my 3 deposits(1 per room). It took me a solid 45 minutes to check in(with reservations) and 30 minutes to check out. No apologies, of course no refund(i understand these things are sometimes nonrefundable) and he seemed more irritated than anything. I wouldn't reccomend it unless you're just looking for somewhere to crash for a night for cheap and you have no children. The people that live there were standing outside and fighting and doing drugs in the open.

Always people on drugs running around. Fights all the time happening. We tried to change rooms to a smoking room and the wouldnt let us. Also tried paying for a week so we could stay longer and they wouldn't give us a discount. $400 a week is way too much for this place. The lady that walks around to check if you need housekeeping is very nice. That's the only plus here.

Most disgusting place in the world. Cannot believe I stayed there. It was so dirty, groce and should be tore down. Acyislky I do not see how the place has Not been visited by the health department and given so, how the place ever passed inspection. Because I absolutely positively and am 100% sure that they would not pass it and would be shut down with a fine tagged onto the means of they're shut down. I cannot explain the filth the smell of mold the ceiling peeling the doors dont propperly lock then covers and blanckets have dark yucky stains on them and they are not maintained nor cleaned properly fie customers as they step in for the first time after haveing just rented one and then going into it. I am trauma tized oh my goodness .... It was more of a bad bad experience that took my breath away and I'll never be able to recover I give it a NEGATIVE 10 STARS

EVERYTHING IS STAINED AND GROSS. Worst part is we booked a one-week stay. ☹️ Updating: To be fair, the gentleman at the front desk was very polite and he did help us get a refund.

Asked for a no smoking room. When getting to the front of the room the windows were broken and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. To top it off the beds were all dirty with black spots. Called the front and they came and verified so they moved me and the family. From 12 to 2 or 3am there was a lady outside yelling over and over. They also kept shutting the doors like they were trying to break them. Put eat plugs in as I needed to be on the road at 9am. Never again.

I booked the room through a site. And my booking was sent to the wrong place. Within 30 we contacted them to cancel. We were told we had to use it or lose it. I have stayed in this one once. Could not sleep. Before you book make sure you are getting the right place you choose. These people wont allow you to change. Once they have your money they are keeping it.

Stayed for the weekend and couldn't wait for checkout time. Improper ventilation in the bathrooms causing ceiling finish to fall off in rooms. First room hadn't been cleaned and still had hair stuck to the walls. When I had them switch me to another room, they tried to charge me twice. And even after bringing it to their attention they still had a double hold on the deposit. And I'm fairly positive that I killed a cockroach in my room..(where there is one there are 1000). I would strongly advise against a stay here.

We booked a suite originally but wanted a room with a bathtub not shower. The guy at the front desk gave us a hard time about wanting to change rooms. The room they put us in was only half clean, they only changed the bedding on one bed. The other bed looked like a filthy homeless guy laid in it, hairs all over the pillows, hangers in the blankets just nasty. On top of that, they put us in a cheaper room than what I had booked and overcharged me for the cheaper room, never got refunded the difference. This is an older building that really needs remodeling. The rooms are carpeted, so if you have pets they will feel the need to pee in every corner of the room. There was a huge hole in the shower curtain and the bathtub took forever to drain. Water was hot but the water pressure sucks.FYI, if your a truck driver you can park on the side of the street if you stay here. Plenty of places to order from.

Negative stars if available. This was the worst red roof I have ever seen. Rude staff. Rooms they knew were so bad they give you keys to go check the rooms before you check in. Bed spreads were so nasty I couldn’t even stay. Towels were dingy and gross. Mold in the shower. Literally never even checked in.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This was the most noisy hotel I've stayed at in the Metro. People fought and sounded as though they may burst thru the walls at any moment. People were going in and out of their rooms, having loud conversations in the breezeways well until 2am with no one around to say a word. In the morning there was no breakfast either. The bedding was burned. The chair falling apart. Paint peeling off in the bathroom. The fridge had standing water in the freezer section and the fridge section was not even remotely cold. The pillows were extra small and flat. How you charge above 45 a night is robbery!!!! My daughter who stayed at the other side of the hotel than I did faired no better with her room and environment. You people should be shameful for charging 65 a night plus a 40 dollar deposit I have to wait on to be refunded. It's annoying since the experience and food promised was lacking and non existent. So was the concern from your front desk employee when told.

The pool is drained and very dirty with cracks in the side walls. People are slamming doors all hours of the day and night. Some one got shot up a few weeks ago. Then last week my father in law was attacked by a dog. Some one opened their door and their dog ran right out and bit his leg. Shaddy people all around. The room they are staying in has a leak in the roof and is very mildew. Their door lock system doesn't even work properly. So if your door doesn't unlock for you after hours, your stuck outside till they open front desk. This is not a place you want to stay.

Came in to town for work and needed a place to stay close by for the night and this was very close. I found out it is no longer a Red Roof Inn. I know it is a lower end hotel, but the state of my room was bad. Stains on the sheets, black mold in the bathroom (which I think got me sick), just general cleanliness that was overlooked. Would not suggest, I travel often and like to stay inexpensive, but place was not even worth it.

Rooms always seem, what's the word, musky. Gross linens. Staff is stern but polite. No noisy neighbors this time, but they gave us a room on the outer side of the buildings, which was noisy.

Avoid this place!!!! Worst experience ever! We chose this hotel because Red Roof in Van Horn, Texas it's beyond clean well we we're definitely wrong about this hotel in Oklahoma starting from clogged toilet, lots of hairs on sheets/pillow cases, washcloth behind TV from previous stay, coins in drawers, stained towels and bedding, broken windows and the list can go on. We ended up paying for the night since we had already gotten in the room but we left that same night feels so unsafe and definitely not the type of environment I wanted for my kids.
