    This place is absolutely DISGUSTING. Please do not stay here. The front desk lady was so rude and unprofessional. When we arrived they messed up our reservations and when we were trying to figure out why the lady told us we don’t have to stay there. We had dead cockroaches in every cabinet in that room. And the room didn’t even look clean. Just smelled like animals and a ton of Lysol. As soon as we walked in we saw one moving around on the wall. It was just not good. You are definitely getting what you pay for.

    Friendly staff, more amenities than I thought they’d have given the price point. Even with pets, check in and check out was incredibly easy, I could not have asked for a better stay, again especially given how inexpensive they are. Not as inexpensive as motel 6, but far, far, far more accommodating; more than worth the price point if you ask me.

    My stay here so far has been excellent! Brandon, the manager goes above and beyond his duty, to make sure that all of us customers are satisfied, happy and fulfilled in every way possible! The hotel rooms have a 10 point room inspection, when we initially got here the rooms were nice, clean and very spacious. The people who are around u while u are staying here, are absolutely friendly! The hotel is extremely quiet, which is always a huge concern, when choosing a hotel to stay at. It's so nice here that it reminds me of a little apartment complex, instead of just a hotel but, this is definitely, not ur regular hotel! It is a home away from home. Then there's Diamond, a girl that works night shift here and she is my sweetheart!! Between her and Brandon, they stay on top of everything and, they make u their#1 priority, no matter what the issue or situation is. So, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS "EXTENDED STAY AMERICA", COME STAY A DAY OR A LIFETIME.... EVERYONE CAN'T WAIT TO MEET AND GREET YOU HERE!!!! 5⭐ hotel at the least!! If I could give a 10⭐ hotel rating, I would give it so!¡!! Thanks Brandon you are the best manager (a diamond in the rough), anyone could ever ask for. KEEP DOING AN EXTREMELY EXCELLENT JOB HERE AT "ESA"!!! Oh, and they have full size kitchens with a dishwasher& full size stove(which is such an important immunities for me) in all the rooms. The rooms are also equipped with a study and a foyer, when u first walk in the door. There is also a study/desk area to work online with ur laptop with ease and comfortability, with their ergonomic chairs. Their bathrooms are neat and tidy and, pretty spacious too. They have a full laundry facility inside this hotel and, they serve breakfast every morning from 6-9am. So, come on over and, join us!!     I stay here about 3x per year just for location. Nothing else. We’ll maybe to have entertaining stories about how terrible this place is run. This time I entered the room and found toilet broken, and full. Pretty disgusting! Moved to another room. Dirty. 4 squares of toilet paper. Picked up TV remote, batteries fell out. No coffee in morning. When will this company install Some competent management and housekeeping standards that are followed?

    Been staying here for months, best service and place we’ve ever been to. Jess is particularly kind and accommodating, and has helped us with all our housekeeping needs. Very attentive and professional. Meliana (I think that’s how you spell her name) has been there to help whenever Jess wasn’t and her professionalism is very appreciated. Brandon, the manager, has been an absolute saint. He has helped us so much with financial planning for our room and has been so approachable about our requests. Sometimes they have to tell guests (even us) no, but they always explain why and are exceptionally professional about it. 12/10 would recommend!

    Just had an incredible interaction with the wonderful people who work here. Donny was who I spoke with & he was such a nice guy and went out of his way to help my family and I. He immediately eased my anxiety and got me and my girls into a room. Customer service is A+!!!! Save yourself the search and just stay here! Incredible, will absolutely be back.

    The room wasn't even mopped. We got a room with two beds and a pull-out couch, the pull-out couch was needed for our number of people. We got there late because we're traveling, and there was no sheets pillows or blankets in the room for the pull out couch. The lady at the counter refused to give us any linens for the bed and then threaten to call the cops on me because I asked for corporate's number. There was SOO much mold build up beneath the pull out bed mattress that when we pulled the bed out the room filled with a gross smell. We quickly left, didn't even stay. I would recommended stay anywhere else but there. I got video of all the mold on the couch and how dirty the room was and I'm still waiting to hear back from corporate.

    First I would like to say that it was cool staying here Diamond at front desk makes you feel welcomed she is polite and always has a smile, Brandon is a wonderful GM they couldn't have chose a better man for the job. On the other hand there is a front desk clerk named Kelly she is rude she doesn't know how to speak to the customers she is not welcoming she just gives I don't want to be here point is ppl like her are not meant for customer service jobs especially at a hotel she is going to rub somebody the wrong way one day.. Hopefully whatever she is going through hopefully she figures it out cause it's messing with her work

    I have totally enjoyed my stay there. Diamond the front desk clerk, I just love her. She is the most joyful and helpful person there. She is definitely on top of things when u need assistance.

    I visited some friends here over the last couple of days. Discovered they had a cosey 3 bed kitchenette with plenty of space, a full kitchen with stove, fridge, and a deep double sink. The sleeping area is more than I expected: ample room to move around 3 beds. Bathroom was quaint and my friends have no complaints of their weekly rental. Located between Meridian and MacArthur on the Northside of the Northwest Highway

    Love that they have coffee in the morning.The staff is great there. They are super helpful. Especailly Diamond!! Always answers any question that I have and when she doesn't know she gets the answer for me. Always a great attitude and a smile on her face 😁

    This place has exceeded my expectations. The staff is all so wonderful especially Brandon the manager, Gabriella the assistant manager. Diamond is awesome and Mike the maintenance man is so amazing my husband is disabled and Mike went above and beyond to get us into a handicap room so when my husband got his surgery he would be able to shower and get around better.the people here have treated us like family will not stay anywhere but here when in OKC.

    The room was nice, I love the kitchenette, and regular size fridge. But at 1 am, a couple down the hallway were screaming and yelling at the top of their lungs, throwing things and stomping around. This went on for 2& 1/2 hours. It was scary, disturbing and uncalled for. We will never be back. They should both be in prison.

    The hotel stunk like dogs and cats and cigarette smoke. The AC sounded like a diesel engine. The room had burnt marks in it very very displeased If I can get 20 30,000 points out of this, I would be happy people drinking in the hallway, disrespecting other people just a very bad hotel

    The rooms were dirty there was still trash left under the couch and the sheets had stains. There was bed bugs to the point where I got bitten and had a allergic reaction to the bites I had to go to Dr and the management did nothing about to but move me to a room that was equally dirty. Terrible place would not recommend at all.

    Since the manager was able to get our issue with a dirty room resolved we decided to return for our second stay. Upon arrival the room was extremely clean and I was very impressed. As soon as we got in the bed we were bit by several bed bugs and we have proof as shown below. Once the staff was notified we were moved to a different room and told we have to wait for the manager to arrive for any further assistance. At this point I want a refund as well as payment for all our stuff to be exterminated. Very unsatisfied with this establishment and I will not be returning.

    I’m not allowed to play music because it is considered to loud. My dog barks we get told something. Everyone else that plays music gets away with it. There dogs can be going off and what do they say nothing. They can bang on the outside door and wake my baby up from his sleep at 9am

    Very friendly staff. Got my large family set up and even gave us extra blankets. Staff is always smiling!! Donnie helped us out so much!! Rooms are big enough that the small kids had room to play.

    I have to say that this was the far best experience of living that I have had since being in Oklahoma. Staff here are so funny and polite they don’t look at u different they invite you and welcome you like family Shot out To Brandon who has worked with me when time was rough and providing excellent service Shot out to Jessica who has always provided me with excellent service and listened to me with my issues and best part is when I see her little girl who puts a big smile on my face and warms my heart shot out to my boy with the caddi lol I forgot your name 😩 don’t be mad but always gives me excellent service and makes me laugh with his positive attitude and always in a good mood and keeps it 💯 Thank you Shot out to the late night crew I wish I had time to get to know u all but times that we had our in counters you all were so polite I appreciate you for your hard work and dedication to this job you all are what customer service is all about thank you so much until I come back to Oklahoma I’m headed to Arizona Oh by the way the place is always clean Thank you to the maintenance guy who always comes when I need him or if I need something fixed he’s there in a heartbeat cool dude high five to you my friend 🙌🏻

    This was a terrible experience. My husband & l stayed 2 nights. The first night someone 3 doors down the hall was having a loud party at mid night, the whole 2nd floor smelled like weed. The staff did nothing. 2nd night around 9p.m. a man & women were having a screaming & slamming door fight for about an hour, again the staff did nothing. They advertised free breakfast & other amenities that were not available. The sheets were dirty & stained the whole hotel was filthy. We will never stay there again. 👎

    I didn't stay here but visited someone who was staying here. Very big, open, and nice space. If you're looking for a budget hotel this is definitely a good option. Just expect whatever you'd expect from a budget hotel. They were nice enough to give my friend two bottles of delicious drinks for staying here !

    The extended stay has been pleasant! Diamond was very polite and helpful! She answered all my questions. I came to this extended stay due to bad customer service at a previous hotel my kids and I where staying at. And I can honestly say it is so much better here. I strongly feel good customer service is a must and Diamond went over and beyond to make me and children feel welcome!!! I will definitely be staying here again!!! Thanks Diamond for your good customer service.

    Donnie and Brittany at the front desk were amazing!!! Brittany is very friendly and engaging. She’s the type of energy we need in the mornings! Donnie has what I call a dying art which is “Great Customer Service”. He was willing to take the time and explain anything I didn’t understand. He was very knowledgeable about the hotel industry. He went out of his way to make sure my family was comfortable during our stay. He was so friendly and always had a smile for the customers!! I wish we had more Donnie’s in customer service industry!

    This location has been our home away from home in between the sale and purchase of our homes and I can’t say enough about how welcoming the staff has been. General manager seems to really care about customers and keeping them happy. Also love that our pets are welcome here. Can’t say we aren’t excited to move into our new place but it’s been so comforting having a place to land where we don’t have to worry about much. Definitely recommend this place for anyone needing a place to stay for any length of time.

    The staff member Donnie knows how to make you feel exceptionally comfortable, welcome, and very friendly. He goes out of his way to make sure we always had fresh towels and addressed any minor issues that we experienced. His assistant Gabbie is amazing as well, always friendly and helpful. Brandon the general manager saved this place when he hired them. This place has a long way to go, but closer than any other location in the area to be what was described online.

    My husband and I have been here 7 months. Has been great till today. First of all you can never get clean towels on the weekends. When there is no manager on duty. Today (no porter). The trash was left out in front of guest's room and in the garbage collection area. It was overloaded with bugs and trash. Have pictures. When I went to the front desk I was shocked by the clerk Donny who said they didn't have a porter and what did I want him to do. I asked him to take the trash out it smelled. He said no I have too many other projects to do. That's not a priority to him. Since I pay my rent on time I expect him to do his job. I told him I would could corporate and he said do what you need to do. Never have been talked to so rudely. How would you like to smell trash ? The sad thing is this happens often when the manager is off.

    Donnie and Brittany are soo amazing. Both are friendly and very relatable. They make you feel welcome no matter what time of day it is and that just puts a smile on my face. Donnie has the best customer service and is very patient with all the questions and information I needed. It's rare someone keeps the same positive attitude no matter how people talk or treat you. Donnie has the ability to make you feel like no matter what your situation is everything will be okay. The amazing kindness and friendliness is a breath of fresh air.

    Posting for my daughter Customer service horrible. Let prior customer stay in my room that I booked for 2 night. Need 2 beds and couch new room they told me I would have only 1 bed and couch didn't even offer any kind of refund only I can take it or go somewhere else

    Between Expedia and Extended Stay America, they overbooked the hotel -- and didn't bother to notify us until we got there. We were able to get a similar suite at Sonesta Simply Suites, and had an excellent experience there. But to add to our experience at Extended Stay, while I was there waiting on the front desk clerk, there was another customer there whose truck was broken into in their parking lot, the night before. She was asking if they had security camera footage available for the Oklahoma City Police to review for additional evidence (the clerk didn't know if they could release it, and called for the manager, and then turned to me to tell them they were overbooked). So overall it may have turned out better for us that we DIDN'T stay there after all.

    The location is where I needed to be, but I wish I would have stayed somewhere else. When my partner and I first checked into our room, it reeked of pee and I know the hotel was aware of it because of of the windows was open in an attempt to "air it out.." Luckily our stay was only overnight, but I won't be staying here again.

    I stayed for 2 weeks and it took a week to get a plate, cup, utincles, pot and pan. Ink pen scribble marks all around the room. Banged up chipping furniture all broken in some way. Brown drips on the bathroom ceiling. Staff unprofessional, too many residents for a hotel . If you can look past that it s a great place to stay.
