The manager is always rushed, and she has very little patience for helping people. The hotel is very clean and quiet. I am disappointed that they have little to no concern for victims of domestic violence. They absolutely only care about money and not people. Sometimes humans needs a break.

I come to stay a few times for weekly visits and I thought this place was very neat and clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There is a large area for pets out back. There’s a nice gas station next door that’s 24hrs that has lots of good food choices. Parking lot is nice, I think the room was fresh and kitchen is spacious. The laundry facility is clean and always has open machines. There was vending on the first floor if you want a midnight snack! I like coming here when I visit. I’ll be back again. Thanks for the stay!

Horrible! After arguing about getting a refund and the employee and manager being the rudest customer service ever, we decided to just stay. Poor choice on our end, we had to go buy an air mate so that my family could sleep comfortably. First night was fine aside from the air conditioner kept going off. Second night, I am cleaning up our room because we did not get any cleaning service, and found a bullet under the bed. Nobody was down at the front desk I called the number and no answer. Then we ran out of toilet paper mind you there is 5 of us, and we got one roll. I called the front desk and I was told to go buy some from the store! I told her no if we could just get some toilet paper she said they were out and waiting on a truck. So I asked if we could maybe get some from another room and she hung up on me! The rudest employees work here and have no respect for people paying to stay. Livid is an understatement. And forget getting our money back we already had that argument, NEVER AGAIN will we stay at this hotel anywhere!

We came from Florida to see family in okc and decided to stay here. It was a terrible experience. The dresser and TV fell on my 3yr olds head while he was getting a pull up out of the drawer. When I told the lady at the front desk she was very polite and apologetic but her boss couldn't care less. My baby really could have been hurt. Then we woke up with bites all over us and my husband looked all over the room and found bed bugs. We tried to get our money back for the rest of the week and they wouldn't give it too us. I'll never try to go cheap on a hotel ever again.

Zero star rating if possible. Booked with orbitz and paid for trip insurance. Plans changed and Thomacine the GM told us and Orbitz they have a no refund policy. When asked about the trip insurance she VERY rudely exclaimed it was not her problem and she didn’t have time to deal with it then hung up. Since we were not able to cancel we went ahead and checked into the room. Immediately when the door opened we walked into a suffocating bug spray/bleach smell and I’m not referring to a little cleaning solution either this was heavy, flat out can almost taste it. Tried to tough it out due to not many other places available and it being midnight until we noticed flees on our bodies. We then booked another hotel for an additional 240$ To have somewhere to sleep. The next day we contacted the front desk to communicate the issue and low and behold, another very rude employee told us they do not fumigate the rooms or use products such as that. I asked her to please step into that room and take a breath at which she hung up on me. I called back once again and asked for a refund of the rooms as we will have to find somewhere else and she told me we signed a no refund clause at check in (without seeing the room and no idea of room conditions )..this “business” stole 200$ from us with a room that NOBODY would sleep in, and refused to even listen to any issues..stay away, sleep in your vehicle on the interstate, anything but here.

Stopped to check out but upon entry the cigarette smoke was dominant. I asked to review a room to check the place out. The best way to describe it is it felt like a dorm room, but I have seen nicer dorm rooms. It did not feel very clean and the cigarette smoke would have caused my allergies to flare up. We left without staying.

Bed is from the 1950s, springs under a mattress. Bathroom sink stopper is broke. Table in the room is off balance. No soap or shampoo. Other than that it was ok

I really enjoyed my stay, have stayed here multiple times and I’m always satisfied with the experience. The rooms are clean & the staff is kind. I will probably keep staying here when I visit the okc area. The manager is no nonsense & I really appreciate that because it ensures that I feel safe in my stay and the neighbors are polite. Elizabeth at the front desk always offers top of the line service with a smile and sometimes a joke. If you stay here remember to be kind and treat the staff well. They do a great job at making this place feel like home. My room was clean and comfortable

Clean enough but not well maintained. Mattress offered no support, like sleeping on an old fold out couch. Surprisingly quiet and good shower, but bring your own shampoo. Bar of soap the only option

If I could have the location off of I 240 and Sunnylane 0 stars I would do so. The front desk customer service is horrible they are rude and have no clue on what good customer service is. The place is dirty and they charge for cleaning the rooms and all they do while they are in the is snoop through your stuff.

Check in process was easy. The receptionist was friendly. The rooms were clean. The mattress on the other hand was the most uncomfortable i have ever slept on at a hotel.

The Lady during the day who works here is super rude don’t know why she even works here. All you smell through the halls and the room is cigarettes although you’re not supposed to smoke but obviously they dont care or they would do something about it. Our room was barely even cleaned when we arrived needs a mf power washer. The AC stinks neighbors are loud every day and nothing gets done about it wouldn’t waste your money here. The owner should be EMBARRASSED.

I would give a 0 if I could.. first off I stayed for two months... I paid almost $1,700 for my first month for a double bed what a rip off... The room is so small and besides that I had to pay am extra $2 or $3 a day for lining to get washed.. I said bump that all that money I paid and I have to pay extra... I had to take out my own trash basically my own housekeeper..I didn't get no service for $1,700..The walls are thin as ever you can hear people coughing..They have so many rules but don't stick to them..There was a situation where the water wasn't getting hot I dealt with that for 3 days..The beds are small and the key to the room kept messing up every other day..The people who work at the front desk are rude and not customer service friendly....Take your money else where. The only good thing about the hotel is that it was close to the places I usually go...I don't know who own this hotel clearly their money hungry and don't care how their hotel is ran as long as that money keep coming through...worst hotel ever

Staff was amazing. The girl was great at handling fire alarm issue, fireman and customer service at same time. She was a bright spot in our day.

Come on people leave these reviews like they expected a$120 a night room for under $40 I checked in today for a week or two...the manager and every staff member has been super curtious they have held doors let me check my room b4 paying brought me extra pillows showed me the guest laundry...it has been an exceptional 1st night except people coming in and out the outside doors letting them slam and being loud outside but it's only 10:30 pm and there are families with kids and I'm assuming smokers if it continues I will make a nice call to the front desk and ask them to address it. And will know next time to ask for a room away from exit doors......I just haven't seen a problem my room is clean the halls are clean bur like any other community living like apartments you can hear the TV next door and you can hear people coming and going ...turn the fan on and drown out some noise or call the desk and ask politely to have the noise addressed...remember it's not an expensive suite it is a discounted extended stay...learn as you go...and the attitude you give you usually get back...be polite.

The beds are uncomfortable! Be careful of the prices. They will change the prices with no warning! The manager is rude and I can't see how she ever got into management at all. If she treated my customers the way she does here, she'd be out of a job. She falsely accuses people of things they did not do instead of looking things up on cameras. It takes someone at least 20 minutes to show up at the front desk when you're waiting for service. There was a drunk running around bumming things from other guests and management defended her instead of the guests she was bothering.

For the price it's well worth it!! I stayed here for almost a month waiting to get my new home picked out after moving back home from out of town. Woodspring rental is the same or cheaper than the trashy places with high crime BUT this Woodspring is very clean, comfortable, quiet, safe and a decent array of guests. Thomasina is the manager and she runs a tight ship. I was safe and comfortable during my stay. Thank you Tomasina and staff for helping make my move back home less stressful by providing a nice place to temporarily stay without breaking my bank. If I ever move again and have time in-between places I would definitely stay at this location again.

Sry but I just do not agree with having to pay them to wash their towels and sheets and if u don't get off work b4 the office closes u r screwed ! I just wonder what exactly $330 a week is for???

*WARNING* The rooms have roaches, the stove tops doesn't work unless you smack it or ghetto rig it. Nice house keepers but the manager (native woman named Thomasen Buckley) is very rude and doesnt care about the customers when i had a problem and told the front desk she told me if I keep complaining about someone harassing me and my family we will have to leave instead of fixing the situation and told me to quit arguing with her before she kicks me out! I asked for her name and she just ignored me! NOT a family friendly place... not recommended!

We stayed the night at the motel 1 night. My husband had stayed for work, 2 weeks prior. The hotel is right next to a truck stop, that was a short walk across the parking lot.. The lady that checked us in was super friendly. She talked with our 7 yr old & didn't treat all his questions & curiosly touching things with annoyance. Which we GREATLY appreciate! The room had 2 either Full/Queen (leaning towards full ) sized beds. The room also had an electric range top, large kitchen sink, & a full sized fridge! The bathroom had necessary toiletries. Beds were made neatly, there were two laundry baskets, a place to hang clothes, & a dresser. TV worked as well as the basic cable, & phone ( you have to dial 9 to dial out ). I think this room was pretty great for the price. They do offer some pretty decent weekly rates as well & it's within driving distance to lots of places. I would say we would stay again.

Not a bad place. Most of the staff is friendly and they keep the place clean. The new woman they hired for the front desk (confirmed she was working Sunday May 22nd around 12-4 pm since I didn't know her name) is the most unpleasant person I've ever come across in customer service. That's saying alot. I've been staying here for awhile and no matter how nice you are, she is just so inconvenienced by your presence, question or concern. Asked about a $65 tax refund that hasn't showed up for 2 weeks and she immediately cut me off and wouldn't even answer the question or offer more info or a solution. I just wanted to know the status since I honestly didn't know what the refund was for. She should be a prison guard with that kind of attitude. I avoid that front desk like the plague now. I could go on. That's really something considering the fact that she just started. I'd stay away if rude staff drives you crazy

Hardcore ratings and reviews are thinking about doing an official review regarding woodspring suites. Until our consumer review board votes to do an official review I will give my opinion and my own unofficial review. It seems like a nice place with nice sweets. The property is very clean in my opinion but the price is a little expensive however everything looks nice and things are in order. This is Timothy Gadberry director and Senior editor of Hardcore ratings and reviews consumer review board. Hopefully we can do an official review in the near future if the consumer review board votes to do so. Thank you kindly. this has been a personal unofficial review

Thomasen (the GM) was very patient working with me on a stay that kept getting extended. Always friendly, and professional, as were the rest of the staff. Highly recommend.
