Complete dump. Disrepair, so on. I booked thru Booking.com on a road trip. Showed up and it's in a dismal location. Property is run down, horrible paint work, just unappealing at every level visually. I attempted to cancel thru Booking. I mean, I drove up, was so put off, I immediately contacted property and Booking. I wasn't going to review until I waited to see if they would honor their word on canceling and refunding the money paid. I am reconciling my checking account, and they indeed did not refund the money. I have no idea who is writing these positive reviews, but clearly they are either not seeing the same place...or well...something. In no way shape of form would I recommend staying here as a family with children or as a single female.

First of all the staff is very kind and friendly. The place is quite and felt safe with my family. I cleanliness is on another level. As soon as you walk in you smell freshness. I wanted to share the pictures of the room I stayed in and the ambience it creates. Loved it! Recommend it!

Absolute dump! It was filthy and the sheets had stains. We walked in and immediately walked back out and when we asked for a refund they said the room is non refundable. The front desk lady called me a scammer then hung up. What a joke.

Heard the rooms in front were remodeled and nice but they but us in the back and upstairs into a room with a TREMENDOUS amount of roaches everywhere, no bathroom light working, no TV working and even roaches living inside the toilet itself.

They had roaches everywhere. On the bed and it's a very nasty place. Cats everywhere and it stinks. I walked in the room and there was 4 roaches on the bed, dead roaches everywhere. When I asked for my money back, I paid $500 for 8 nights, they didn't want to give it back although there was a no refund policy, i was not staying there.

Needed to find ample parking for the trailer I was towing behind a 26' U Haul box truck so I choose this place. The area is not the best so hide your kids and bring a weapon. I won't go further into details since my night was like a bad movie that never seemed to end. I was thankful for daylight and surprised to see the truck and trailer still there the next morning. Do yourself a favor and spend the other 50 bucks you'll be glad you did.

Stay away! I booked through Expedia and the pictures are a deception. I went in to cancel my reservation and the receptionist was extremely rude. In no way shape or form would I have stayed there. This place looked unsafe and unsanitary. They were less than cooperative.

Not a good experience! I didn't get my deposit back after having an incident with my ex boyfriend the police were called. They kept $150 Also another time I got a room that wasn't clean, the tv didn't work and the room was awful. Towels were used and no telephone. I made a complaint and the owners daughter told me not to come back! Haven't been back since! 👎 this motel

Place looked like a dump and very run down. Sketchy people hanging around and Cars that were parked there were damaged. Not a good scene - did not make me feel safe. Also I still got charged even though I said I will not stay here and wanted to cancel (which they said is ok)! Don‘t stay there!

Hands down the dirtiest, nastiest plane we ever ALMOST stayed in, and that description includes the rooms and the staff. The story is so long and disrespectful that it doesn't bear repeating. Just a bit of advice, the reviews are misleading, keep reading, the bad ones are the truth. If you do book, your gut is going to tell you to leave...I don't care how tired or road weary you are, TRUST YOUR GUT. The roaches didn't scatter, they came out in force when we walked in that room, in fact they chased us out of there! They kept asking if i had pets, they should've mentioned theirs! And also, you'll need to go through your bank for the refund because they won't give it up.

Immediately found a cockroach once I entered my room and management wants to blame me because “no one has complained before”, even though I JUST got here and have never had roaches. Don’t stay here.

Horrible. The staff is rude as hell, they do not try to accommodate anyone. Their “rules” are absolutely ridiculous. Would rate zero stars if I could.

I stayed there for 2 nights in february. I made my payment online, but when I came to check in, they took a deposit of 50 dollars from me. It's been more than 1 week and I couldn't get the deposit back, can you help?

Sketchy place. They make up their rates depending on your appearance. According to the internet one night was $48. When I asked how much the night would could, the receptionist eyed us up and said $68 plus a deposit of $50. yeah right. When we decided not to stay we got dirty looks. Would not recommend.

Things look a little sketchy when you pull in the parking lot. We almost left and went to a different hotel. But, we weren’t going to be here long so gave it a shot. The rooms are being renovated and they have done a lot of work. The air conditioner worked well. The linens were clean and the room smelled fresh. Overall, it was a great room for the price. We do t regret our stay and would stay again in the future. Front staff was a very pleasant lady.

My husband and I stayed the night here one night we checked out 6am they said we couldnt get deposit till housekeeper checked the room at 11. Came back to get my deposit they kept my deposit saying our room was dirty when we pulled the sheets and put the towels and sheets in pill and pulled trash and had it sitting by door Last owners where way better and treated their customers better

The price was great, but the room was ice cold. It took forever for the heater to actually work, and when we woke up we discovered roaches crawling around.

I went by the pictures , don't do it .. roaches all over , no ac .. ask to look at the room before you rent . Was gonna stay an extra night , no thank you I will drive home .

The building itself is beautifully decorated, the room was equipped with: a standard bathroom with plenty of space, sink with mirror, toilet, & the best part was toiletries already in room; a full stove kitchenette with sink, AC unit for heat and cool air, a small table with office chair, Tv with remote, & a small but tall bar table with 2 bar chairs; THE BEST PART by far was that the room had 3 full/queen sized beds with phone charging ports in the outlets for the lights; & of course a couple end tables. Highly recommend!!

The staff was extremely nice. The rooms as they are shown on the hotels.com website, are not (and I cannot stress this enough, NOT) what you see in person. There was no ambient black lighting around the headboard. Yes we chose a smoking room because there's no way I would be caught dead or maybe that's the only way I would be caught smoking outside at that property. The deadbolt did not lock to the room the keys hardly opened the door and when you are trying to carry your belongings in and your hands are full it makes it extremely inconvenient to have to put everything down and fidget with the door lock for 5 or 10 minutes go back get another key come back fidget with that one for another 5 minutes before it finally lets you in. Air conditioner did not function very well so the room was warm and the only good thing about the room really was the bathroom. It was like they started a renovation and got as far as the bathroom and then just stopped and the rest remained in 1986. The smoking rooms are to the rear of the property so you have to park out front then use your access card to go through a door down a hallway out the other side of that building and then walk around the other side of another building to get to the room they have that side of the property fenced off and on the opposite side of the fence our parking spaces but no gate to get through so you have to absolutely go the long way around. This was one of those best prices if sight unseen kind of things on hotels.com and it became glaringly obvious why.
