Clean rooms for an older motel, and staff friendly. What I like best of all is check-out is at 11am, but can stay later. I needed to sleep more and asked if I could check out later. They allow you to check-out late, a few of $10 for every hour past check-out time. So I paid $30 to sleep, shower, and not rush checking out. Thanks Newcastle Motel, I will stay there next time I'm in Newcastle again.

Not impressed! I paid $60 for an outdated, torn up room. The toilet wasn't fully attached to the floor, there were holes in the bathroom door, the bedding was stained, no plate covers on outlets, an old tv and a torn up microwave. The best thing I can say about it is there were no bugs. Don't waste your time here. I stayed in a 5 star hotel earlier this week for only $15 more than I paid here. It's time consuming but from now on I'll hunt online for deals. I won't be back at this place.

This motel may not be fancy, but they have very clean and comfortable rooms. Their service is outstanding. I was treated very well from the time I walked in the door. I may have stayed here out of necessity, but if I am ever in this area again, I would be more than happy to stay here again. I would also recommend it to my fellow travelers. The people who work here are very caring and compassionate people!

Run down moldy rooms, got sick staying here. Over charged us, we finished job early and they don’t give refunds. We paid in advance. Stay away from here.

Don't let the outside of the building fool you Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Ours had a King sized bed with a work area and large dresser for your clothes. Great place to stay under 80 dollars

It was convenient at the time an cheap enough. The floor was wet due to a leak in the plumbing. The door didn't seal well so I could hear the traffic buzzing by all night .

It is very nice on the side that is renovating and very clean they are still in the process of finishing up on the whole side and it is only 350 may or may not include a deposit. For a while 7 days

Falsely advertised as pet friendly online then posts a sign on their stained ancient menu board "no pets". Guy Would barely speak to me thru the glass and kept asking for a room number before we were assigned a room. He was rude, and i came further than i needed to in order to have my dog with me.

Terrible,filthy rooms. Unsecured locks on the doors. No ice,no soda machine. The phone didn't work. No fire alarm system. Terrible manager. Don't stay here.

I recommend this place. Our room was comfortable and clean. The beds were comfy. The young lady that checked us in was professional and friendly. This motel was a great place to stay for 2 weary travelers. Note to other guests for the morning...no coffeepot in room. We bought to go coffee and nuked it in the microwave in the morning!

This is a good place to sleep for the night/week
