I
highly
recommend
this
place
not
only
for
the
great
food,
and
service,
but
also
as
a
fun
way
to
experience
and
share
German
culture,
and
cuisine.
Once
inside
the
first
thing
you'll
notice
is
the
custom
word
working
in
the
seating
area,
light
fixtures,
and
trim.
Next,
you'll
see
a
large
window
that
exposes
giant
fermentation
vessels
(not
sure
what
they
are
called)
in
the
area
that
they
brew
beer
in
(yes
they
really
do
make
their
own
beer
here,
and
it's
crazy
good).
All
of
this
combined
with
the
German
music
playing
in
the
background,
and
the
themed
uniforms
of
the
wait
staff
makes
the
place
feel
warm,
welcoming,
fun,
and
compelling.
The
service
was
out
of
this
world,
and
you
can
tell
that
they
take
it
very
seriously.
Our
waitress
(I
am
terrible
with
names,
but
she
had
glasses)
was
always
smiling,
knew
a
lot
about
the
menu,
and
confidently
answered
questions,
and
made
solid
beer
recommendations.
She
even
had
the
small
details
of
the
job
down
such
as
keeping
our
"to
go"
items
on
a
table
near
the
bar
until
we
were
ready
to
leave
so
as
to
not
crowd
the
table,
or
make
us
feel
rushed
(particularly
impressive
because
we
were
the
last
customers
for
the
night
right
before
closing
time).
She
was
a
rockstar.
The
food
was
100%
on
point.
Everything
was
hot,
fresh,
well
seasoned,
and
from
what
I
could
tell,
made
from
scratch.
One
small
detail
that
I
found
delightful
was
the
mashed
potatoes
that
came
with
the
bratwurst.
I
believe
they
had
a
touch
of
caraway
seed
in
them,
and
they
reminded
me
of
my
late
Grandmother's
cooking
back
in
Pennsylvania.
Why
are
you
still
reading
this?
Go
there,
and
try
it
for
yourself!
