DO NOT GET A ROOM HERE!! the front desk lady is rude and a B!tch!! as soon as you walk in, it reeks of cigarettes and the room is disgusting. Roaches in the bathtub and the water doesn’t work. Ac doesn’t work fully and the bed sheets had stains. Save your money and go somewhere else. -100/10. Motel 6 Okc South sucks!!!

This was one of the worst places I've ever stayed. It is disgusting, homeless people all in the hallways, and graffiti on the walls in the rooms. We had to change rooms because the first one hadn't been cleaned at all, the garbage can was over flowing, the sink had stuff all in it, the floors hadn't been swept, and there was dog food all over the room. The next room wasn't much better, but the garbage cans were empty and the floors were swept, kind of.

It was a disgusting place that reeked of cigarettes even in non smoking rooms, the beds were glorified cots with broken springs, the rooms were barely cleaned, the bed I was in was damp enough it was wet to the touch, the bath tub wouldn't plug either. But despite all of that the lady Imogene at the front desk was incredibly sociable, professional, and kind even in the face of me upset and asking for a refund.

Room was average, not the cleanest. Wasn't filthy, but it was definitely obvious no one has been doing any deep or spring cleanings as there was dirt and grime built up around the built ins, under the AC, in the corners of rooms and under the bathroom counter. Staff was rude at times and often fought amongst each other or with guests openly. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay quickly, it suffices as a roof over you're head but not for much more unfortunately.

Weve stayed here a couple times and the staff is always courteous and very helpful! The room is very nice, no bugs, and no crazy stuff going on while we stayed. We've stayed on a weekend night as well as a week night! I would definitely recommend others to stay especially if you're just needing a great night's sleep! Also just wanted to add that our cat loves it here as well! There's plenty of space on the heater for her to lay and watch the birds! Definitely a win win stay!!

The best thing about Motel 6 is the dog policy. They are very welcoming. Staff was cordial and polite but not particularly friendly. It was clean enough but there were cigaret holes in the bedspread and a fake fingernail on the bathroom floor. I would stay there again with my dogs.

Other than very seedy looking people going in and out of the area itself, the hotel was really pretty nice, they could put out the donut or two but with all the homeless going in and out I can understand why they don't.

I have been coming to this location on I-35 and 44th for years I like the friendliness and professional of the staff. Yes there use to be people that was homeless would sometimes come to rent a room but I have never seen them hanging in the halls and I never seen a disgusting room like some of these people say....They are clean rooms and because of this and the price the location and most of all the nice staff I met including housekeepers I would stay there again .

Best of the rooms 12 other rooms I booked in the last 3 weeks. There was no grass anywhere near the hotel, so people were letting their pets defeated all over in the parking lot. I have a dog and clean up my pet's waste. You need to get them to clean up the parking lot. The outside door into the hotel had no latch to open it. The only way to open it was a small place they pried up on the the metal plate. I could barely open the door with my arthritic fingers.

Thought we asked for a non-smoking room but got a smoking room instead with smoke smell permeating room, missing light bulbs, toilet barely works, parking insufficient or inconvenient, mattresses lumpy and slope and uneven, no chairs. AC worked, good water pressure, fridge and microwave worked, nice and friendly staff, even if they misunderstood the non-smoking request.

Loudest place I’ve ever stayed, if you need a good nights sleep don’t stay here! This is the third motel 6 I’ve stayed in 2 weeks and the absolute worst. Has inside hallways that echo every sound

Cheap. Spacious. Smells like a motel. Good water pressure. Ac wasn't that cold. Could've just been the room we were in. Facing the sun and what not. Fast check-in. Fast checkout. Super nice staff.

Clean, quite, it's almost like living in a dorm only without the 'youthfull' glee and noise that tends to come from the young. Inexpensive, and no deposit. I gave it 5 stars because it's the best it can be...

Stay if you like broken things, cigarette burns & ROACHES Had to drive a 16 hour trip so wanted to stay somewhere in the middle. I had dogs with me so I chose a place that accepted dogs free of charge but that’s where my mistake happened. Seen reviews of other people staying good things but that wasn’t my experience by far. I booked for a king, I got 2 fulls. An uncomfortable problem when I had my 2 little kids with me who don’t sleep without me. The toilet didn’t flush. The lady tried coming to “jimmy rig” it but failed. There was some guy walking the halls when we came back from getting food & turned back around I feel as if he wanted to see which room we were in because he acted as if his room was next to ours but never opened to go inside. To top it off after trying to settle down there was a roach crawling around so we left immediately at 1am. Only nice thing I have to say is the staff was a nice lady.

The room, customer service and location were great. The ONLY thing I would have changed was that the dogs had to be taken out quietly. When they barked it echoed in the hallway. I understand that you can't control when and where they bark. BUT don't take them out at 2 am to do their business! Some people have to get up early to take care of things. Be more considerate of the other people trying to get a good night's sleep.

Good experience with motel 6 se 44th st okc, the rooms are decent and good response from frontdesk clerks. Overall, recommended place to stay for people travelling long distances.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed at. It’s absolutely disgusting!! Bugs in the rooms blood on the sheets mattress and comforter. A bullet shell under the bed. Graffiti and holes in the wall. It looked like it had never been cleaned. Like ever. I stayed at a nice motel 6 in Arkansas and had no problems. But this one is so nasty and scary. Homeless people everywhere dogs barking loudly and it smells awful. What a waste of money. Not to mention the fire alarm is beeping which means it’s dying. Nothings updated. I mean it’s just a hazard all around. Idk why the owner isn’t taking any initiative to make this place better because honestly this is like mind blowing how bad it is. My dang door doesn’t even close all the way. Looks like it has been kicked in at some point.

Too many loud ppl running up and down the hall all night every night.. I stayed for 18 days and I suppose it was ok but cost too much to have homeless people roaming the halls and I just didn't feel safe to leave my room after dark. And black mold the bathroom ceiling..

Homeless in hallways sleeping. Roaches in the room. The room I had only had one working light in the whole room. Broken TV screen, looked like a fist went through it. For almost $50 I could have went to a friend's house and just payed to use their bed. Area is very sketchy. Graffiti all over the motel as well, even in the rooms.

Room falling apart, towels and bedding not washed it seems. I could probably get anything illegal I wanted here. It's just nasty. I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel but dang

I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to for this place, because, I felt like it deserved a good one. I was originally, going to stay in a more expensive hotel, but upon arriving in OKC, I discovered I had left my debit card at home….So, a family member wired me some money. Since I didn’t have my card, and the hotel didn’t take cash, I found myself needing a room, in a pinch. Tbh, after reading some of the reviews, I was a little leery about staying here, but it was late, it was a weekend, and very importantly, they had a double room on the ground floor (my SIL and I are both disabled). And they took cash. Honestly, I don’t understand all the negative reviews….the lady that checked us in was very sweet and friendly. As was the lady, the next day. The halls were clean and quiet. The price was very reasonable. The room was better than I expected… It was very clean and very spacious. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and we were provided more, when we asked, along with an extra blanket. We stayed for 2 nights (we would have stayed a 3rd night, but a family member, rented us a room, somewhere else). No one ever bothered us. No one was loud, no one lurking around. In fact, a very nice fellow, coming out of the building, stopped and helped me load my walker into my car. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it.

DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL! -40⭐️’s Staff is RUDE AS CAN BE. Homeless people lining the hallways & being disorderly & loud at night. I complained. NOTHING was done. The room was filthy. The ac/heater? Held together with a bungee cord! I had to fill our ice bucket with water to pour in the toilet tank so it would flush! Avoid this hotel at ALL costs!

Very friendly staff, however, when we got to the room to check in, which we were told check in time was 2:00 pm, our rooms weren't ready. The rooms were trashy. We rented 3 rooms, my son ended up leaving after he paid due to the filth, the toilet wouldn't flush and the AC worked poorly. My other son's room was just as bad, the handle fell of when he turned the sink on and when flushing the toilet a soap bottle would fly up and go back down the drain. Mine and my husband room was a little cleaner, however, there were holes in the walls and most of the lights in the room did not work. The remote for the TV didn't work and it was EXTREMELY noisy so we really didn't get any sleep. So we really wasted over $200,00 because we wound have been better off diving the 3.5 hours home because we wound have ended up getting more rest.

inside the first room they gave I found it full of steam and dripping wet, since the shower had been left running on full hot. It hadn't been cleaned and had been smoked in, against the rules. I was moved to the room across the hall. Hallway reeks of smoke, and the room stunk. The TV pictures would freeze up and the wifi stopped working. looked like a half way house. the bed was comfortable enough to wake up with no back ache, so there's that high point. good price, poor accommodations.

Single-handedly the worst hotel I have ever seen...... $20 is well overpriced..... We are not talking lack/poor service... Let's ignore the hallways that reek of weed..... Let's ignore the grime and dirt throughout the hallways..... Let's ignore the graffiti in the parking lots..... Let's ignore the homeless and such individuals roaming the grounds..... Let's ignore the excessive noise from the other rooms...... We are speaking - facility maintenance! General housekeeping..... Graffiti throughout the room..... Mold growing around AC...... Mold growing throughout the bathroom.... Damaged fixtures...... Simple neglect. -5 stars would be more fitting...... There is absolutely 0 excuse for this..... Don't reply with some kinda apologize telling me (This isn't our standard)...... Look at the pictures and tell me - That graffiti has came ( stranded ) to that room for sometime...... What makes me the maddest - I had my son with me - I can not believe a establishment would knowingly allow a child to be part of such environment....
