Not to busy and they had plenty of workers. I stopped in about 7:30 am on Friday I got served right away. Several other people walked in and picked up their to go orders while I was there. This store is working like clock work. Wry nice and clean friendly staff too!

We went to Starbucks for an early morning conference. It was walking distance and in the downtown area. There was a long line which is normal for Starbucks. I ordered iced tea. It was good but I would like to have it in a different cup. The ice melts so fast in the plastic cup. Also, it would be nice if Starbucks would put the size options on their menu. It is confusing when I order since I don't know what is available.

Not sure what is going on with the lady taking the order, she messed up the order for the customer before me and mine. She double ordered the previous customer and put in things I don’t want in mine. What is the odd?

I go here when I want an Iced coffee on my way to work. That and a toasted croissant 🥐 The staff is always nice and greet you immediately.

Male employee clearly wants to make everyone as miserable as he is. Highly inefficient and unobservant. Significant eye rolls used when something didn't happen the way he had planned. If you encounter this "barista", recommend avoid. Stick to the others and enjoy your day.

Always has a nice laid back vibe to the place, very calm, relaxing, a good place to hangout. The drinks are usually always made perfectly, many good options for drinks. ✨️ Haven't tried the food yet.-

My go to for a warm up on cold walks buy the canal. Staff is always friendly! Good coffee date place!!!

Best place for coffee and tea

I don’t know what it is about this store but the cold brew is always so much more bitter here than any other starbucks. Ordering identical drinks about 8 times now between this one and several others and it’s always just more bitter at the is one.

Open early, clean, friendly staff, very good lattes.

This is the best starbucks experience I have had. The two batistas, Madi and Delaney I think, are two of the kindest and funniest people. We are from out of town and gave us so many suggestions and did a great job. They were so amazing and absolutely made my day.

Madi was as helpful as getting kicked in the kidneys. Asked for help understanding the drink menu. All answers we're, "I don't know"... "Sure" and over passive condescending remarks. She seemed annoying that I stopped her side bar with other employees.

I was so impressed with the two young women that handled the rudest and most disrespectful customer i have ever seen. They were kind and attentive to rude statements and demands. They displayed the utmost customer service.

good service, extremely small scone for the cost, no drive thru due to location, parking in the adjoining strip mall.

Very nice and friendly staff, but the coffee seemed like it had absolutely no sugar despite asking for 4. My boyfriend didn't know until trying it on the road.

Great place to get a coffee, pastry, or hot chocolate, but be prepared to wait in the drive thru line for a while. I would do 5 stars if the wait were shorter.
