I really like seeing more healthy food choices available so I wanted to love this place. Unfortunately, though the food wasn't bad in any way, it also wasn't memorable. The bean chili I had was very bland. Chili doesn't have to burn your tastebuds off but it needs to be robustly flavorful. I also had the best salad. The beets and greens are fine but unspectacular and the citrus vinaigrette dressing was quite bitter. With a few tweaks and a little bit more creativity, this could be a great place.

We were really excited about the gluten free and dairy free healthy options of this restaurant. Since I have medical health restrictions. I made the mistake to ask if they had any chicken or high protein options. :/ They gave attitude and responded very narrow minded as if I was ignorant and said to me โ€œwe are all vegan and gluten freeโ€ I apologized and smiled even though I felt very uncomfortable after asking an honest question. It was dead silent after that While they prepared my food, they were not friendly and did not smile. I was very polite and said thank you anyway. I most likely will not be back because it's a very weird vibe. They don seem to like anyone that is not exactly like them. It's just bad business in my option.

Great place. A hidden little health bar! I had the kale salad and the burrernut squash soup. Very good!

Hands down the best little food bar in OKC! Iโ€™m both vegan and gluten-free (gf for almost my whole life) and seriously everything is amazing. Itโ€™s so nice to be able to order off the entire menu. I LOVE the kale salad, golden milk smoothie, pesto sandwich (their homemade bread is amazing), and their homemade vegan cheese is to die for. AND the owners are the sweetest people! You have to go ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

Honestly, I was surprised to find this little gem tucked away in downtown OKC. Very happily surprised! I just ate the very best kale salad I've EVER had (and trust me, I eat a lot of kale). The butternut soup? When I got to the bottom of the bowl I wished I'd gotten the larger one! I am trying to think of another reason that I would need to be downtown just so I can have lunch at Nourished again.

All of the food is made in house, and delicious! You leave feeling satisfied and nourished. Menu is simple but ample. Make sure to try the house made cashew cheese!

This place was great. The only reason I didn't give a full five stars: They COULD have been a little more friendly and conversational. As it was, I felt like I dropped in on something that wasn't really for me but they accommodated me. The food was what it was. Vegan. Good for vegan, odd for non-vegans. I'm a vegetarian, so I'm flexible. But this food is clearly not comfort food.

Recently moved to okc and trying to eat at every restaurant within walking distance of my office. I donโ€™t have any diet restrictions but figured I would try it out. The tomato basil pesto sandwich was excellent and I will be going back. Place is clean, organized and priced fair. I would imagine that people in search of vegan and gluten free food would really be happy with it.

The cashew cheese spread was great! My chips were a little soft for my taste, but flavorful. My hummus sandwich was delicious and very colorful.

UPDATE 11/01/2021 I was a bit disappointed the last couple times I have been in. The bread while now it comes in a nice wrapping with logo, I am not sure if they changed the recipe, but it has been dry, and very crumbly, like it's days old when I bought it. The other thing is the price per loaf went up. The loaf used to be 9 dollars and you called the day before to pre-order it for the following day, always fresh. Now the loaves are $15 dollars but they are available everyday without calling ahead and taste old. On top of that, the pumpkin raisin muffin, and lemon poppyseed cookie I purchased with my bread were both burnt and dry. I drive from Mustang to Downtown just to come here, and I really was so disappointed that I wasted the time and the money to come here. The gluten free selection is vast plus I believe it's almost all vegan..... Which doesn't make any difference to me because the taste speaks for itself ! I ordered 2 gluten free loaves and ate an entire loaf of bread before the day was over.... I know not the healthiest but the taste, texture, chewy, rich flavor was the best hands down. Aside from my mother in laws gluten free cooking, this is one I cannot shut up about! Love love love the food, atmosphere and options for everyone โ™ฅ๏ธ. Do yourself a favor if you work in the area to go and try it out! The cookies and muffins are amazing!

I never got to try the food because it was closed during open hours. And after making a special trip and paying for parking, I was extra irritated.

๐Ÿซค Prices (that didnโ€™t really make sense to begin with) were different on the menu then what rang up. Then I was treated like a cheap idiot for questioning and offered no mitigation. Essentially demanded phone number and email, even when I told them I didnโ€™t want to give it. In and quickly, but was mad...
