The beds are comfortable and they do not have any kind of bugs in their rooms. I love their rooms they come with complimentary coffee and cups ,sugar, creamer, and the skinny straws. They also have blow-dryers to dry your hair. They also have the best hot water in taking a shower.

Love the people at the front desk!! Room looked like it was well taking care of until I woke up with a few bed bugs in the bed.

Check in was a process. Room was not priced what we were told when we called 30 minutes before. When we finally got to the room, it was hot and musty smelling. The bed spread was dirty and bathroom was as well. The floors were severely stained. I would not recommend this place for anyone but the health department to check out.

The place seemed safe. The stay was quiet and the room seemed clean. I had a grasshopper and a couple flys in my room but its a motel with outside door access. Price point why stay anywhere else.

First time. Last minute reservation. The owner is extremely helpful & friendly. This is a family owned franchise trying to survive the pandemic. The rate (2 adults & 2 children) was very good; in fact, much lower than I expected or was advertised on web searches. Also, when we arrived we had a couple of special requests which were all accommodated. This location is a block off the I-35 exit. There is a Love's/Subway & Waffle House up the street; very convenient access from & to the highway.

Kumar helped me with am emergency booking for a room last minute. He was kind, courteous, and patient with me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from a last minute hotel booking! Looking forward to waffles in the morning :p

The rooms leaks and it spreads all through the carpet. Smell like mildew. The curtains are stained from leaks. The guy that works at nights is nice tho. Quiet area.

Surprisingly good hotel for the price. Very clean on the outside and well lighted. No shaddy people hanging around. Seems safe. Front desk guy very nice and helpful. The room itself was pretty good remodeled. New carpet, ok bedding, had a microwave and refrigerator qhich was super handy and helpful. The bathroom ok. Super simple. Decent but not remodeled like everything else. Towels a little threadbare. Overall a good experience and would stay there again.

Clean Room, Comfortable bed, good night sleep, felt safe, would stay again. Basic breakfast but it all works for the price.

There was hair and bugs in the shower. The king size bed was broken on both side. The floor, don’t walk barefoot

The Sheets Have Burn Holes( Smokin Rooms) and No Matter If Its Upstairs Or DownStairs There Are Splatters Of Who Knows What On Almost Every Wall! I Didnt See Bugs But I Couldnt Get Comfortable!!! Clean rooms, bed was nice, warm room. Breakfast was definitely something to be improved upon. Cereal and milk, bread and butter. Coffee but no juice. That's about it....

This is definitely an older hotel. But well worth the money! Very comfortable and the staff here are amazing.

For inexpensive motel where you just need to crash overnight it's clean enough no bed bugs. It's on my list to hit next time I come through OKC

Terrible place. They go in your room and snoop through all your stuff when your gone. Always watching you and waiting for you to leave. Make the key for your door constantly go out so you have to go to the office daily to get it to work again. All around trashy place with terrible Arabs 👌🏻

No complaints at all. Stayed for one night. It's not a fancy hotel - it is a Super 8, economy hotel, so no frills - but the room was clean, everything worked, it's easy to find, staff was courteous, breakfast was actually pretty comprehensive for an economy hotel.

Pretty decent place to stay. Refrigerator was cold, had good hot water. Didn't use the TV or the microwave.

Bathroom does not have any heater which is terrible in this winter. Floor should have carpet as well.

Old musty property. Needs many repairs. We had no hot water for a shower. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked good.

TV signal completely stopped one night, burnt out light bulbs, the hot water wouldn't work in my shower the next morning, and it's right next to a very busy highway. Just not my cup of tea. Also, the vending machine drops cans hard enough they bust open in the machine.

Overall not bad for the price, the picture on there site make it look newer than what it is. The individual that check me in was very nice and called 5 minutes after I got into the room to make sure everything was ok.
