Decent enough hotel. Stayed for a few days. Pros: price was pretty good, rooms was newly updated (in the last few years) and clean, LOVED the outdoor garden they had by the pool! Great place to relax and unwind after a long day. Guys working at the desk during the day are great. Cons: lady who checked me in was very quiet and didn’t tell me anything about the hotel. Nor is there any information about amenities or local restaurant in the rooms. Liked the big shower, but definitely feel there needs to be something so people don’t slid all over when using it. Shower floor VERY slick when wet. The elevators need some updating; you can see old graffiti and the front one gives Final Destination vibes. Definitely make sure you get to the breakfast early! They do not waste time, first day was there about 8:50 and everything was already put up. Next day I got here about 8:40 and it was the same situation. Overall would give it a 6 out of 10

The service at the front desk was outstanding, very friendly and knowledgeable with any questions we asked. The rooms were reasonably priced, clean, updated and the beds & pillows super comfortable. The location of this hotel is perfect. There are 2 restaurants in the same parking lot, with many others within a short driving distance. You are very close to a couple of hospitals if that is your need. And on the same road a nice shopping mall and theater. And to add the cherry to this perfect sundae.... SUPER TARGET is just a couple of blocks away! What more can you ask for? I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and will definitely make it my hotel of choice when in OKC.

The hotel has recently had water damage from the sprinkler system on the 3rd floor and is undergoing a partial demolition. My mom's allergies were affected 🤧 and it made for a restless night for her. The room was nice and the a/c was cold. The continental breakfast was minimal. Didn't try the pool or jacuzzi. The staff was all sweet and welcoming.

I was disappointed with the upkeep of this hotel, the pool was definitely not heated, and very dirty, they shock it daily, but it doesn't look upkept at all! By the wall in the pool area was black and hair everywhere, that should be cleaned daily! There is so much chemicals in the Hot Tub it was full of so much suds like you put a deal of Mr. Bubbles in it. When you walk into your hotel room the floor at first is tile, and its extremely slick! That is VERY dangerous! Air Vents in hotel room were not clean. If you stay there a while they will only clean your room every 3 days. They need new pillows and blankets, ours was tore. I asked for my trash to be picked up since they didn't come in to clean and the front desk gave me to huge trash bags. On a positive note.. Staff was very friendly. I never try to complain, but was very disappointed. La Quinta Inn please do better

We paid a premium price for a weekend reservation, probably because there was a large youth soccer tournament in the area. But at that price point, or even the usual rate, we would expect first-class cleanliness, and that simply wasn't the case. While we didn't see health hazards, there was a level of grime throughout the facility. The staff was quite helpful, and the bed was comfortable, but the place is definitely in need of renovation, which we have read may be coming soon. It needs to be sooner rather than later.

I love this room, very comfortable and inviting. Everything was nice and clean. I will say I don't know what they use on their linen and towels but I will tell you they smelled wonderful. I had a great view and a wonderful stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I definitely will stay here again. Well priced per night, I stayed for 2 nights.

We stayed here as locals during a remodel on house with our dog. Not too much to complain about really. Restaurants close by. Breakfast is sufficient. Sausage, eggs, waffles, toast, bagels some fruit, muffins etc. We were on the first floor so we could take our dog out to pee. It was well lit at night and felt safe taking dog out to do her business. Not lots of grass areas in immediate area though. Front desk staff were always nice and helpful and coffee was always on and good.

My dad is disabled and we needed an ADA room that accommodated his special needs while repairs were being made to his house. The room was excellent with a large bathroom and shower that were wheelchair accessible. Room even had a sleeper sofa for his care giver. Breakfast was great!

We booked a room and had to get a different room. They allow pot smokers. Stinks bad. Don't know why they allow pot smoke when they don't allow cigarette smoke. Ha. Bathroom floor tiles broke and moved when you walked on them. No security cameras. Someone broke into a few vehicles plus ours. They need to have security cameras. Won't be staying there again.

Upon check in, she could not find my reservation, even after showing my confirmation email. She stated it was canceled, but no one tried to contact me!! After getting a room, we got up and the room smells like feet, the bathroom was DISGUSTING! Broken tiles, the bathtub was peeling and black, the vents were broken on the AC, and only 2 TV channels worked. They charge a pet fee now of $25, which is fine but there was absolute 0 places to walk my dog. After we settled in and went back and read Google reviews (yes, I should have before) and they were terrible. Talking about how dirty but also about break ins. After reading those, my husband and I realized that the Front Desk Clerk advised us to park in the back for easier door access, so we immediately went and moved it to the front where there was plenty of light. The back area had NO other cars in it, no lights and the door did not require a key to get in. Super sketchy. We’ve always stayed at La Quintas but will definitely not stay at this one ever again.

The woman at the reception has too much attitude. I called to reserve but she did not have any ideas about the breakfast. She couldn't even tell if it was buffet-style or a mere packet. Please tell her to check her attitude at the door and be knowledgeable about the place where she works. I called at 7.35 PM CST on 5/2/22. If someone is monitoring these reviews, please take a note. It spoils the reputation of the brand.

I stayed here and it was not great. The phone in the room didn't work which is not safe for a women traveling alone. I had to go down to the desk as there was no phone to let them know. They came up and checked it and didn't fix it or offer another room. Then the bathroom light didn't work they did come up and get it on. I was getting ready the next morning and no blow dryer had to go down and get it myself and was asked if I looked everywhere as if I was trying to steal something. Not to mention i waited at the front desk forever because no one was there. The shower had no shelf to put soap or anything I guess your supposed to put it on the floor and try to bend over in the 2x2 shower to get it. Spoke to there manager the next morning about my stay and he could've cared less. Never again.... don't waste your money.

I got the room for my daughters birthday, was the gift she wanted for her day and night. Well we picked this hotel because of the pool and hot tub and breakfast as well as a us previously talking to the front deck associate about needing two rooms with a pull out bed sofa. She told us our room did have those specifications. We then check in and find out that not only do we not have cable, a hot tub or the sofa bed. I just wish now I would have called someone else now and made reservations.really didn’t make me to happy but it’s my daughter’s birthday and I’ll have to make it work. But unfortunately won’t be coming back in the future. Please update pictures on line and info on site and with employees so other people aren’t upset either

Had an overall good experience with the hotel. Checked in very late at night and the front desk clerk was friendly, clean room, pet friendly for a $25 fee. Only stayed one night and the breakfast spread was light but exactly what I needed for the price.

Went in with family (wife, me, and 2yr old) due to a burst pipe in our home. When setting up the room I made the lady aware we have a 2 year old and was still booked into a room with a tub next to tub. Since my son loves bathes he kept getting in the tub and turning on the hot water which over time would burn him. Since we had to leave due to unsafe conditions for my son we where met with nothing but push back including the manager "a real stand up gentleman" not really he was very rude and stated the tub couldn't be a hazard since there was no water in the tub which was just a very stupid assessment and didn't make any sense. They refunded 50 dollars after my wife wrote a bad review but I don't care 50 dollars doesn't fix the fact it was the worst experience I've had at a hotel. My family and friends will never stay at this establishment again.

The place is being renovated, so there is a chaos due to that, however, staff is in tshirt and jeans and could obviously not care to be there (I mean, ya gotta learn to fake it well if you want to work in the service industry!) however, if you leave anything there, even if you call back quickly, don't expect to find it, nor expect people to return to calls or emails quickly. DAYS went by before I finally got an email response (after multiple calls, and emails, including a call later that day when we realized we left an item on the bed). When I asked for a time to chat, nothing. The apathy from the staff is overwhelming. I get people leave stuff, I get it might be annoying at times, but you can't work in the hotel business and not expect that to happen!! I would imagine honesty from your employees, given that lost items happen, would be something you look for in the hiring process, but it feels like it was skipped here.

We checked into this room as an emergency as our pipe busted in our home. When making the reservation we were told there were 2 available rooms. One king and one double queen. We took the king as thats all we needed as 2 adults and a 2yo. They mentioned there being a jet tub in the reservation..we were happy because we our son loves a bath. We told them we had a 2yo and it was not mentioned the bath was in the middle of the bedroom. The tub was literally next to the bed. We couldn't keep our toddler away from it. Turning on the hot water and burning himself. We checked out 2 hours after arrival. We were not offered other rooms but met with a stoned young person like ehhhhh okay whatever. I Told him the reason we needed to go and he said ummm ok. I asked if there was a possibility for a refund and he said no as we were there for more than 1 hour. We were there for 2 trying to make it work. He gave me the managers card and said contact him the next day. I called with us stating we didn't know there was a tub in the room and it became a safety Hazzard for our son. We left after 2 hours and it was late. He informed me the tub was not a saftey Hazzard because it was not full when we checked in. Disregarding the fact that children have hands and can turn the hot water on. Then he stated we used the room for 2 hours and there is nothing he can do. He told us we should have asked for a new room. When checking out the kid at the desk was like uhhh okay. Have a good night. No other room was offered and we were unaware we could ask for a transfer. We paid around 150 for a room We used for 2 hours and attitude from the general manager of the hoter. I wasn't expecting a full refund or any at all, but being told our worries of an unsafe environment was not their fault as the tub had no water when we arrived was the definition of passing the blame. We knew the room was not safe so we left. Being told its not their fault as the tub didn't have water when we arrived was disgusting. As well being told we should have asked for another room. We didn't know that was an option and we were never offered a transfer. Just a kid that didn't want to be there saying... ok heres the managers card. The worst service.

Bed was incredibly hard, could barely move by our second night. Multiple loose and broken tiles. Very small bathroom. Blankets very thin. Poor TV reception. Breakfast was mediocre and unorganized. Very strong pool smell in lobby. Not enough luggage carts. The luggage cart we utilized upon check-out had a flat tire. However, the staff was excellent.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, doesn't charge a pet fee for any size of dog and the lobby was beautiful. One star off because the bath tub had a sticker on the bottom of it, not very hygienic for needing to bathe little ones and the room did smell like dog. Doesn't bother me cause, obviously, I have a dog, but it might someone else. But other then that, the room was cozy and roomy.

Checked in after it being warm all day and found the room had the heater turned to the highest setting all day and it felt like a convection inside. I went back down and told the night clerk who checked us in, who stated that every room had the heater on and they weren't willing to switch rooms. I took my refund and went across the street and got an upgraded room for 8 dollars more. It was well worth the price difference as I also got a King suite with kitchenette instead of a normal double queen room, and magically the heat wasn't turned on... Don't waste your time on this property.

I've been in OKC for three weeks due to my Mother being in the hospital. I've been in 4 local hotels. This one makes me wish I had been here all along. I feel safe and secure here. The bed is comfortable. Not just comfortable for a hotel, but comfy! It's clean and relaxing. The young man at the desk was very nice and helpful. I read reviews on here before I decided to go through with renting here. I almost Backes out because of a few. But honestly, I have NO idea what the complaints are all about. I cant find anything wrong with the place. Some people say it needs renovations done. I don't seem to think that. It's not meant to be a modern hotel. It's just a nice place.

I want to give a special thank you to Michelle and Katie S. These two ladies are angels. I lost my mother and I booked a few rooms for my out of town guests to attend my moms funeral and they were the most compassionate young ladies I have ever met.The entire staff was wonderful, but I wanted to really give praise to these young ladies. I will definitely come back for a mini stay cation. The rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious and this hotel was in a great location for shopping, getting last minute things for my guests. And many surrounding restaurants. I hope the manager does something special to show these ladies how wonderful they are. Sincerely Stephanie G

Lady at the front desk that checked us in was extremely rude, bad stains on the carpet in room. On my booking app pics of the hotel show big scrumptious breakfast, which we were so looking forward to. Got up early on Sunday went to eat breakfast and all they had was packaged muffins, cereal & yogurt. We were very disappointed to discover this as was many other guests.

Lady at front desk had no idea how check in worked! Within 5min of being their it was loud and we had cookie thrown at our door!!! Their was a party in the lobby…. All night TV blaring next to us in more then 1 room. Called front desk no results on helping. Breakfast was horrible, and I’ve stayed at hotels that had a nice breakfast for way less! Definitely not your moneys worth at this hotel at all!!!

Dirty rooms. Broken windows (last count was 6). Dirty floors upon entry, torn linens, bathtub was disgusting and old. Not properly cleaned at all. Fingerprints all over the TV and stuff dumped on fridge. Toliet sounded weird when flushing. Dogs barking and weed smells coming from room next door. Run far away from this place! I travel enough to know this is not standard for a La Quinta. If it is, I won't be staying there anytime soon.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. There was a little bit of noise from the people on the floor above us but nothing to unbearable. The only drawback was breakfast was grab and go type options (cereal, muffins, etc). However with the pandemic its understandable. But I do miss the waffles!

Front desk staff is very helpful and quick (5 stars for him). Our room has a smell, bathroom has obvious water damage to tub surround. Asked for a 1 king bed suite since there’s 5 of us staying... no bedding on the hide-a-bed or in the closet... also no bedding on the roll away cot. Won’t be staying here again... expect a little more for the price I paid.

We have stayed at many La Quinta's and have always liked them.... except for this one! Not only were the rooms outdated, but also not that clean. (Stains on floor, scuffed walls, ripped carpet, etc.) We asked to be switched out of our 1st room because the sink hardly drained. Breakfast- no good choices. Due to it being only grab and go, the only options they offered were sugary cereals, granola bars, a fruit cocktail cup, and sugary yogurt. Towels- apparently they don't have any extras. We had 4 people and our room had 2 washcloths and 3 towels. When I asked for more, I was told "We don't have any more." Really!? Same with the swim towels. There were none in with the pool. I went ask for some, but as expected, they didn't have any. Awesome. I certainly hope the other La Quintas don't stoop to this level! On a positive note, the indoor pool/hot tub was nice. The pool was heated enough for everyone to enjoy.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Stink, stank, stunk. This hotel is definitely showing its age. Carpets, bedding and towels are all badly stained. Cracks in walls and tile grout. “Pet friendly” means everything stinks like wet dog. Pool and hot tub were very cloudy and foamy. Breakfast was a joke, single serve cereals and packaged muffins, the only thing that saved it from a one star was the staff. They were very nice, helpful and friendly.
