We
order
from
this
location
often
via
mobile
order
and
don't
usually
have
an
issue.
With
that
being
said,
you'd
think
you'd
have
the
same
experience
when
going
into
the
location
and
ordering
face
to
face.
We
ordered
an
onion
bagel
toasted
with
onion
and
chive
cream
cheese,
a
mile
high
club
with
bacon
on
a
toasted
everything
bagel
with
warm
meat,
another
onion
bagel
untoasted
with
onion
and
chive
cream
cheese
and
a
large
fountain
drink).
The
order
was
confirmed
twice,
paid
for
($18.54
for
3
bagels
and
a
drink)
was
sent
off
to
their
cook
station.
While
waiting
we
witness
an
employee
put
on
a
glove,
mess
with
the
boxes
delivered
by
ups
with
that
gloved
hand
and
then
proceeds
to
go
back
to
preparing
food
with
that
same
gloved
hand
(
those
boxes
are
filthy),
other
employees
handling
and
preparing
dine
in
baskets
with
unwashed
and
ungloved
hands,
an
employee
load
a
hamper
full
of
towels
and
wash
cloths
I'd
assume
from
the
store
into
their
personal
vehicle
to
take
with
them
to
be
washed
(if
you
work
in
the
food
industry
you'd
know
thats
unsanitary
and
why
food
businesses
have
disposable
towels
or
a
professional
cleaning
service
provide
sanitary
towels
for
food
preparation
and
use)
and
to
top
it
all
off
our
order
was
wrong.
Neither
bagels
requested
to
be
toasted
were,
meat
on
the
mile
high
club
was
ice
cold
and
the
bacon
added
was
the
consistency
of
a
rubber
band.
After
today's
events,
I
won't
be
back
to
this
location
as
I'm
not
entirely
confident
in
the
cleanliness
nor
competence
of
the
restaurant.
