Ordered with the app, and arrived to pick them up. My donuts were scattered around in the box with a whitish icing. The 1 I tasted was cold and hard. I called immediately and advised the Manager on duty the problem, and that these were for a daycare my grandson attends. Manager looked up my order and said he would refund the amount. He did no such thing. This was not a good experience. When DDs is closer. Much better on my return visit today.

3 stars because of the friendly staff that actually offered me a hot one this morning unlike any other times, but to be honest I had already picked up the best fresh glazed donuts from my all time favorite donut shop Daylight Donuts on north may. So please see the comparison for yourself and contribute to our local family owned donut shop. The Daylight on North may is by far the bestest, busiest, and friendliest one in town. They actually had to hire more family staff to keep up with the popular demand. So I'm sending them even more customers. Doordash available too

I went to this place being in the mood for their amazing glazed donuts. Although the donuts were very good in taste, the sizes of the donuts were 1.5x smaller than they should be: $10 dollars was not worth that. The service was also lackluster with rude treatment to me by the staff. Good taste, bad everything else.

was across the street getting a flat tire repaired and decided to come over here to do some computer work and have a doughnut/coffee. Clarence and Ronnie helped me out today. I offered to take them but they said they are not allowed to take tips. They are really hard workers and very kind people. Thank you, Clarence and Ronnie, for being so professional and helpful. I will be back!

Visited this place multiple times so far. Every time I take mini box with 6 donuts. Taste is good. My only complaint is they preserve the donuts inside of the transparent refrigerator instead of outside even they made few hours back. These donuts feel like little colder instead of fresh. Please cater customers hot donuts instead of cold one.

Came in on a Saturday at 2pm. Waited at the drive thru with no answer for about 7 minutes. We are patient people and assumed they were busy but we finally decided to give up and go inside the store instead. There were 5 employees just standing there. The car that was just behind us in the drive thru was at the window waiting for their order. Why did they take their order but ignored us for so long? The bigger blonde lady with a ponytail was just sitting by the drive thru window and smirked at us when we came in through the front door. 2 stars only because the donuts are good.

Very disappointing drive thru difficult understanding. didn't have over 5 items on menu in store. Donuts tastes like old grease 1 Donut was filled but nothing was in it. Some Donuts were half the size Very disappointing and I won't be back I paid $14.00 for 1doz I guess some of these donuts are on a diet 🙃

Krispy Kreme has the best donuts hands down. They always give me a fresh glazed donut that just adds to the experience. The staff at this location is always super friendly and they always get me my donuts in a timely manner.Highly recommended

I'm really disappointed of the staff of this place. The staff doesn't have any customers service experience, they're rude and not nice at all. This is the second chance that I come and ask for something and they looked at me like "I'm not gonna do that" and said that the machine is broken or they don't have hot donut when you can see the donut coming out of the rotation belt. I'm really sad about this because the product is good, but the attention is awful

I love this place. The doughnuts have gotten smaller recently. The prices have also gone up. Do you want to pay $19 for one dozen mixed doughnuts? I don't! That is what they charge. I fallow them on Facebook to see when they do their specials. A few times a year they offer a dozen glazed doughnuts for a penny, with purchase of any other duzen. They mostly only use yeast donuts. They do not make a plain cake doughnut. All they doughnuts are glazed.

I didn't think I had given bad reviews before, but I should've read the negative reviews here before I went there. I don't know when things went downhill at this location, but years ago it was great. Now, it's just really, really bad. We ordered a dozen plain and a dozen custard-filled donuts with chocolate on top. All of them have gotten a lot smaller, hardly any filling, tiny chocolate on top, and the taste is way off. We have been getting these donuts from out of state for years, and we know what the regular ones should look like. Sadly, this is the only place left in OKC, and it's terrible. I didn't have any issues with the service; all of them were nice to me. But, my goodness, the donuts are awful.

Visited here on 1/12/23. First when I pulled into the parking lot it looked closed. Stop serving old donuts. This place needs a district manager to pay a visit to this store before it goes out of business. I have never had such bad Krispy Kreme. Gas station donuts are better than these. Krispy Kreme are supposed to be the best ever. This is not my first bad donuts from this store. It just keeps going down hill.

Never should a customer have to feel like they are inconveniencing an employee behind a DONUT. I asked for a specific donut out of the case and was treated like I asked to throw out all the donuts and make mine fresh immediately. Huffing and puffing is unacceptable to a simple request. Rolling eyes is unprofessional. My son is about to be 15 and starting to work and I would be appalled if he was out here being that type of worker. COVID is no excuse for bad service. The manager acted less than interested when I called to complain and said it’ll be dealt with on their end. I’m surprised this location is still open quite frankly. Went across the street to Tom and Chee and bought a grilled cheese donut instead. Which is amazing btw

love the donuts. they need to get much better with glove handling - no touching anything but food with gloves vs touching everything + food with the same glove. they also need to default to asking about rewards program and offering receipt.

Went into today on new years. I bought a dozen glazed and 1cinnamon roll. These Einstein's working here we're cutting cinnamon rolls in half and selling for full price. I complained and they said nothing. Don't go to this location, terrible staff who try to cheat customers.

I called ahead of time and asked if they still had some warm donuts even though the light had just turned off 15 min ago and the lady assured me they did, got there 5 min later and asked for the warmest donuts they have and they gave me COLD DONUTS- not warm at all. $10 for 6 Cold donuts- no thanks

We frequently enjoy purchasing doughnuts from Krispy Kreme! The price is high but there are coupons frequently available for BOGO or half price boxes that we always use. We also love getting a free hot doughnut when the light is on!!

The employees were the star at this location. There was a line when we arrived but the employees greeted us and were quick to move people along in the line. Once it was our turn our server was extremely helpful and kind. Took our order... offered hot and ready... and was pleasant and kind the whole time. Her smile made us smile. Like she was happy...and happy we were there. That was refreshing in a world that seems to not care anymore. Highly recommend this location...

Poor customer service and employees simply do not care about quality of donuts anymore. We saw a lot of donuts being wasted and came very small

I decided to take my son to get a donut after school. There was barely any left and already looked old, it was only 2pm. The worker was so rude and didn’t smile. I actually had to give him proper polite customer service. I’ve worked in hospitality and can tell when someone has a bad day but this guy was straight up moody. It was dirty inside and the donut tasted like burnt grease. We got 3 donuts and we threw the third one away because of the bad taste. The vibe inside was really depressing. Sad how downhill this place has gotten. I’ll continue to go to local places where you are greeted each time with care and where the donuts are always delicious & consistent
