Such a shame a beautiful place has such pathetic people running it. The management would not engage with customers and stood at the host stand just smoking. The bartender was in a sports bra and a hoodie jacket. She would yell at the management across the bar. Which for an elegant classy place was just extremely unprofessional. The old fashion I had was one the worst I had ever had. The bartender was not familiar with Markers 46 or even Makers Mark. The staff just completely ruined the experience. I had planned to bring business clients back there for meetings but I won’t be back.

It's in a great location, And a good looking building inside, and out plus it has a patio out front. I'm not a smoker, and didn't know where we were going, but with that being said I enjoyed myself. The waitress was super friendly, and knowledgeable about the different drinks. The background music wasn't over bearing you could have a conversation, and not scream at your friends. in short great experience. Great staff, good selection of bourbons, ryes, rums and such. Cigar selection not as versed as other places I have been, but hey they are going to push Rocky's products of course. Look forward to going back

The elegant aroma of cigar smoke grabbed me at the front door. The diverse, vibrant crowd inside kept me there. One of the most fun experiences I've had in awhile. Bar staff and waitresses were friendly and engaging, as was the staff in the humidor. Amazing selection of cigars.

Such a great all-around experience! Staff is the best. Always welcoming and attentive. Good selection of spirits & Cocktails. Staff knowledge of cigars is great. Live music is awesome for the evening and a good place to have business meetings during the day.

Outstanding establishment! We drove from Fort Worth, Texas to visit this place and it did not disappoint. Being new, the place is well kept and designed. The staff was friendly throughout the day. The cigar and alcohol selection were abundant and fair priced. We managed to check out the entire facility top to bottom and were continually impressed. Come check this place out! We’re already planning our next trip back.

I was greeted right away by the hostess and was serviced immediately in the humidor. This is the top cigar bar I've been to date. If levels was a picture This place is it. The hit a homerun with this place.

Only place I don't mind the smoke, because everyone is smoking cigars that smells so good. Not now I love going into their big giant walk-in humidor. To pick out a cigar

Came here from out of town and let say that no expense was spared. This place is dialed in. Whether your like me and come to cigar lounges to be alone with your thoughts or want to have a party there is enough space to be alone or to chat with friends. Not to mention the manager came up and literally sat with me just to get know me. Ill be sure to visit again when I am back in town.

Very nice place great drinks seating was ok the staff were very friendly and helpful but not my kind of place it all seemed a little pretentious to me but I believe that's their goal even had a red velvet rope area

I have been lounges cross the country and without a doubt the Corona Cigar lounge in Orlando was the best. This location made me think it's a close race might be better depending on the day. The staff was awesome, as well as the atmosphere. The humidor have a good selection and the tobacconist had a good recommendation. In Nov 22 I stopped at lounges coast to coast. Sponsored by big names and some none and this one was could be consider in the Top 2. Keep the experience alive.

A unique take on a cigar lounge for the modern era. Most lounges are quiet and laid back offering peace and solidarity. This place offered up both the aforementioned and a more upbeat social gathering atmosphere. Be prepared to dress to impress. Not really a shorts and t shirt kinda place as most patrons had on some sort of nice polo or business attire. Possibly just the particular night but judging by some of the scotches and bourbon offered this isn’t a college bar. The drinks are fairly affordable and with a very large selection to suit any to most pallets. The selection of cigars offer a wide spread and the humidor tenant was very helpful for first timers and even seasoned consumers. The house brand of cigars were very well priced and offered up some unique flavors. Looking forward to trying more in the future. Our server Amanda was top notch. We were on the upper floor which offered a private feel but the live music that ranged from blues to contemporary set a very joyous vibe. Amanda is a champ for walking so many flights of stairs throughout the night. And carrying drinks no less. Her other coworkers were also very polite and courteous. Only complaint is the time it took to cash out. A large party had showed up late and because of their size the staff was overwhelmed. A 40 min wait time to get us cashed out was a bit excessive. Will definitely be going back again.

Always great service and friendly staff. The bartenders are ways on point, and the atmosphere is chill during the day. In the evening, they have rules on attire, which means don't come looking like a slob. The cigars and drinks are reasonably priced. Make sure to take advantage of Happy Hour!

The staff at this location is racist and discriminatory!! DO NOT GO I went with my beautiful aunt who is a United States veteran as well myself and sister to celebrate my newly appointed state position. I was visiting from TN and had a temporary driver’s license on my person after purchasing a cigar I was told I would not be served an old fashion as a result of them not accepting my temporary TN drivers license. I am over the age of 25 , I was then told by a Charles and a Caucasian female me and my family had to leave the premises. Very discouraging and disappointing!!

I was pretty excited to come here because my husband bragged about how upscale it was here. We arrived, and we’re seated and we’re never ever served/. We had to go to the bar to get out own drinks. My husband bought a cigar and had to get a light from the bar: I like the atmosphere but the service was subpar.
