I love this place! I've had the Sexy Beach and the Elvis and I'm obsessed with both but I don't think they sell anything less than delicious 😋

Jaret and Brittany are both so knowledgeable about the products they provide. Not only do they give you a casual welcoming environment to come in to, but a delicious and healthy alternative to energy drinks and junk food. I literally go EVERY day. Did I mention I have lost 87 lbs. since Oct. 2022....I would call that a bonus for sure.

Service is great and Shakes are made perfectly. I always get dulce with blueberries whenever I make a trip to the city.

Empower nutrition instantly felt like home. As a traveler it was imperative that I found a place to relax and enjoy my time and meet some of the best people in OKC or possibly the world. It was amazing to be surrounded by people focused on their health and well-being and supporting each other to be better in every way. I could not have dreamed up a better place to land and rest my wings. Thanks B and Jared, yall are lifesavers.

The new owners are spectacular and I love the ideas they have in mind to make this location a comfortable hang out for the community. The tea taste great without being too strong and I love that they offer it with club soda so I can get the refreshing bubbly fix I used to crave from pop.

I’m not from OK, and decided to try it. it was SO good and the owner was super nice!! the meal replacement shakes tasted exactly as they were named. i definitely recommend this place!

Very friendly proprietors! Great protein shake/meal replacement at an affordable price. I felt full all afternoon, and there's no added sugar which is awesome. I'll be stopping back in when I'm in the neighborhood for lunch!

Had to stop coming to this location. The two new guys (super nice) don’t make the drinks like the regulars that work there. The teas tasted terrible had to throw it away! One didnt even know what a level 2 tea was. Then I got charged different prices for the same two drinks . $26 one day then $17 the next!! I was the only person in there and waited over 30 mins for two shakes YIKES Bring the girls back!!!!!
