😠 The owners are rude people that act like their running a nursing home. When u rent monthly every month the rate gos up 25.00 600 to camp by sewer is not an enjoyable stay can u imagine the smell? The roads are terrible my car was stolen from right in front of my camper no lighting the owner wife is... People often mention people, stay, road, great, park,

We are full-time travelers with my husband's job. We have lived in many campgrounds in the last 5 years. We have lived here for 13 months and we are sad to have to move in the next 4 to 6 weeks. I want to say some of these reviews are total BS. The staff are professional and attentive. If you follow the rules (which there are few and reasonable), they live and let live. They followup with requests quickly and even text when you have a package pickup. It is not really a "weekend warrior" campground, with mostly long term and full-timers, which has been nice. Everyone in our section keeps to themselves and mind their own business but are friendly enough. My husband sometimes had to leave for a week here and there and I have felt.perfectly safe to stay alone. If people are writing bad reviews because of drama, it's drama they made for themselves. I have not experienced a single incident whatsoever. The roads are the only down-side. They are pretty bad but the owners obviously see them and I am sure have a plan for them in the long-term. Awesome job Abes. You are doing a great job bringing this campground back to life. Obviously everything cannot be addressed overnight. It has been a pleasure staying here.

The owners are very nice & the campground was decent. We did lose power for more than 12 hours & had no running water on two different occasions. The road is horrible & the grass was mowed once a month. I also complained about roaches & they never sprayed like they said they would. We moved out a week early because of it.

My mothers roof liner blew off 29 minutes away and with expected rain the following day. fter getting everything setup and a temporary tarp to cover the roof bungied down. They evicted her. The roof repair was 30 minutes. That's not how you treat longtime customers. No human compassion or understanding. Other than that the employees are outstanding, helpful, and just great people.

Site for people passing thru not level very short road full of pot holes some a foot deep. Owner said that they would have the road fixed before we left never worked on it while we were there. No Wi-Fi was told it was because we had apple products and we need to stand out side for it to work. Office restroom was nasty. Young people at desk not helpful at all. Transit people walking thru park at all hours and living in trees beside park. Will definitely not be back.

I did not inform any of the management that I was coming, however park roads were in need of repair and quite a few of the power hookups were in need of repair. Most of the RV pads are for travel trailers and not many for 40 footers. There were sites with trees and sites without trees. Plenty of squirrel food everywhere and close to Frontier City on I-35.

Do you wear hearing aids? Are you hard of hearing or deaf? If so then this is the overnight stay park for you! Cause ain't no way in hell you're getting a wink of sleep otherwise! Park is directly off of I-35 and the noise from the highway is incredibly loud.

Most Spots not marked ( such an easy fix) Not great for pets- stickers in yards No trash cans. Only 2 full dumpsters as your driving out Poor wifi and internet Will do for one night, staff was nice and yards were mowed.

Lived at Abe's for about 2 years, I do not want to go anywhere else. I like the owners and staff, I feel safe here and its spiritually clean = no drug addicts running around. Good place for children with good schools. Like anyone or place It could use a little work, but overall I'd give Abe's an A.

Dumpy and run down. Potholes, short RV pads. Next to interstate, noisy. Stayed there for and overnight stop, I would stay somewhere else if possible.

This place was great. They stayed a little late for us on a Saturday to get us checked in. Yes, they do check your plug on arrival and are prepared to help fix it if necessary. We have heard this is unusual but I’m sure they probably had an event happen that makes this necessary for them. It is not a new fancy campground and the roads are a little rough but their kindness and great customer service make up for it. It is located next to the interstate and yes there is noise from the road. If you are easily bothered by that ask them when you book if they can give you a spot as far back as possible. We were in the very first spot and it did not bother us but we prefer a bit of noise at night. We had a bolt sheer on one of our slides and they gave us a screw that helped us get on the road faster until we can get home and fix it properly. They knew we were brand new to owning an RV and called us before we left to make sure we were very careful leaving because it is a steep drive and didn’t want us to scrape anything. If you are looking for an economical place to park and do not need or want all of the amenities we highly recommend Abe’s. I think a lot of the negative reviews are really just from people that expect too much and/or didn’t want to follow their rules. We will definitely choose Abe’s the next time we go to Oklahoma City.

Great location close to downtown. There is a amusement park near by. eazy off the freeway. It is not a KOA experience but it has 50 amp power water and sewer are all a plus. Lot of shade trees. Very reasonable rates. We are self contained so I don't know what the facilities are like. And it was early September so we had the windows closed and the AC on so we didn't hear the freeway you may. I would recommend it and will stay again.

We stayed here one night on our way to Missouri and way back home to Texas. Very nice people and a good location. Only things that really need work is the road and sewer system. More pot holes than road. The sewer system, unable to screw the hose on. The connection is below the concrete. It's is right off I35, so yes you can hear road noise, but we did not find it too loud. It's a good overnight stop. We will definitely stay again on our travels.

Fantastic management and neighbors. I had a great month here, made lots of new friends and memories. I will definitely stay here again. If you have children or grandchildren then it is perfect because frontier city is literally across the fence.

I had to leave early due to job and they kept my money without getting me a refund. Other than that, they try to nickel and dime you for everything here. Park is full of pot holes, they never finished filling and that area is full of truck traffic, very dangerous. You have been warned.

I live out of my RV moving to Oklahoma City was kind of hard because my RV is very old. Abe's is the only RV Park I could find an Oklahoma City area that would take my RV. From the day I started calling them to make the reservation they were very nice, and understanding. I've only been here for 3 days and I absolutely love it. The people that work here are very understanding. And I wouldn't want to live anywhere else

My daughter & family just moved there . They lost their home in the Guthrie wildfire in March . The handyman was so helpful in setting up the RV . They have an onsite laundry room. It is quiet . The only thing I can see is the driveway needs repair..
