The park is nice but small. It is good for adults and kids as well. There is a shelter where you can do picnic. You have to make reservation if you want to use the picnic shelter. There are lots of fun activities for kids such slide, swings and others. You can run, walk and fly kites here. There are plenty of open spaces where you can do any type of games you want.

Located south of Mama Rojas and Hefner Grill. Playground is for younger children and is handicap accessible. Large fields for flying kites, picnics or kicking a ball. Has a portapotty and two covered pavilions. Ample parking.

Fantastic park with a good view of the lake! Age appropriate for my 4 year old. Super fun musical equipment. Great trails as well! Highly recommend!

This was our first visit to this park and we were beyond blow away! Shade, two pavilions, restrooms, water fountains and tons and tons of activities for the kids! Plus you can’t beat the view!

Nice park overall. Needs a little work on the rubber, missing chunks. The reason for the 4 star is that there are a lot of spiderwebs everywhere. The pictures are bad due to the light and otger factors.

This is a very clean and fun area for children to play. The equipment is in good condition and great visibility around the park.

Pretty good playground. Gets really hot in the sun, so not great for the afternoon. There is a slide built for littler kiddos. Some climbing parts for the bigger kids. Benches with shade around the edges.

I really love this place and so do the kids. It's not too far from our house. We go here very often. Sometimes we bring pizza and sit at the tables and spend an afternoon enjoying the place. Please don't forget to like, share and follow for more honest reviews. Thank you so much!

Nice and calm place for families. Ability to rent out an outdoor space for picnic

As with any shared space previous users sometimes don’t pick up after themselves so be prepared for that but tables and park were in great condition. Bathroom was full and out of toilet paper but I don’t expect much more from a port-a-potty.

You can see Lake Hefner from the park. It was very windy the day we went and there's no place to get out of the wind.

Such a cool place! Beautiful scenery and so many boats to see. Our dogs loved the paved walking trail that goes all the way around the lake. Our 5 year old really enjoyed the playground. No restroom, but there is a port-a-potty, if necessary. Wonderful park, highly recommend!

2 to 5 year olds area, also for older kids, covered picnic table, padded play area, swings, lots of parking. Room to run and play. Good place to walk on the sidewalks and 10 mile circle around the lake.

The equipment is in great repair, nice trails for walking, basketball and volleyball court could be a little bigger, but it's a great place to spend a fun family afternoon.

The playground equipment is specifically designed for kids ages 2-5, and there is a great variety. It is in a beautiful location next to the lake.

Lots of tables and covered picnic area with a nice playground with a good view of the lake. It seems like it's always busy on the weekends.

Why we are just now visiting the park by Lake Hefner, I have no idea. Sitting on the rocks by the lovely waves gave us a moment of peace and beauty that we appreciated so much! Thank you to those who keep this place clean - visitors/tourists like us really thank you. A nice park for families is nearby, and our restaurant was a short drive over. Perfect.
