Not what I expect from a Holiday Inn. The rooms were quite dirty and things were broken. Only one of the two elevators worked and both stairwells took you outside instead of the first floor so you are forced to use an elevator which was VERY SLOW! Also breakfast is not included, even when paying $120+ for a subpar room. Oh and they only had one person working the desk. One lady was very nice and helpful but they were always busy or out smoking and had to wait on them to return.

This is not a 3 star hotel it’s 1 and below. Something weird is happening at this hotel should be shut down. My experience was the worst I’ve ever had DO NOT stay at this place. The staff is never at counter always outside smoking or at the bar hanging out with the guy customers. The housekeeping will not clean your room unless you request. The swimming pool was out of order. The trash was always full by elevator all the way over to the wall. In guest laundry it’s one dryer/washer very dirty area and dryer barely works. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. So I repeat DO NOT stay at this sorry hotel.

Canceled our reservation when we were 30 minutes from hotel. Called to question the location which was not what they told us when we booked. Used our IHG Points. If they treat IHG members like this I feel for the non members. Presently sitting along I 40 outside OKC looking for another hotel for tonight

i am going to be as diplomatic as possible when i say this place is ruined from the management downwards. the owners son thinks he knows what he is doing when he gives advice that clearly suggests he has no clue what he is talking about. they dont give out paystubs to their employees and if anything there is some kind of resentment when a person is meticulous and wants everything that is due to him as an employee. the owner wants a guy that can fix hvac for $14 an hour when i know from my girlfriends nephew who is an hvac technician that they get paid $22 to start and over $30 an hour for having more than one year field experience. basically the owner is cheap and management is lazy. one time the general manager had to install a tv in the room and he didnt bother anchoring it down to the furniture because in his own words the TV is too heavy. i probably weigh 50lbs less than him at 175lbs and i manage to anchor it down and pull out PTACs out of rooms. then the entire entitled deluded staff thinks i shouldnt be able to do anything i am hired to do in which case one wonders why am i even there in the first place. enjoy your stay here if you are a guest but the only hard working people here are housekeeping and kitchen and the houseperson who is an old workhorse. everyone in front desk and management and the owners are expecting things way above payscale then resent you if you tell them they dont know what they are even talking about. if your guest door doesnt show light when you put in card its the onity card reader that needs replacement. the door doesnt need programming nor does it require new batteries as the owners son foolishly thinks is the remedy. but as i am posting here that is the hotel you stay at. a bunch of people that refuse to give you your paystub for your pay while deducting more out of your paycheck than legally required and also completely clueless on everything they claim to be is their profession.

One of the worst stays I've had at a hotel. I booked at this location over the Holiday Inn express across the highway because of the advertised pictures on their website. I even paid extra for a suite. Found that the heater in our room worked intermittently and the shower in our room was disgusting and the tub was clogged. So every time we took a shower it would fill up. They also charge extra for breakfast, they had very little options and the food was always cold. I was also surprised that the pictures online are outdated and the hotel lobby looks rundown. I've stayed at better hotels for a fraction of the price that I paid to stay here. Was very disappointed to say the least.

We stayed here during Thanksgiving and now for Christmas (just passing thru this time) and both times, Jackie, was the person who checked us in. She greeted us with a smile and asked if we were having a good day both times. She remembered us from last time which made us feel even more welcomed the second time. Thank you for your good service and hospitality!

This hotel was okay, the room wasn't it! The iron was leaking and had brown stuff in it. We took off the do not disturb sign so housekeeping could come in and take our dirty towels. They never came. They only had 1 towel at the pool even though I checked in with the front to see if we needed to bring towels or not. The waffles felt like cardboard, I couldn't recommend eating breakfast there. My coffee had grains. We also had to pay for it. At the front, we ask for a service for a Uber so we could make it to a wedding. Appearly they didn't have a special contact with one. Even though they said they did have one. The groom had to call the service so the Uber could pick us up. But the place is pretty though. 3/5 stars.

My husband & I stayed here on our way back to Minnesota from Texas in mid-August and it was wonderful! Al (the front desk guy), bent over backwards & went WAY beyond what was expected to make sure that our stay was top notch! We asked him for a restaurant suggestion that was nearby and the one that he recommended was perfect with excellent food! We're headed back to Texas this week and we'll be staying here once again both on the way there, as well as the way back!

Terrible customer service. Employees don’t wear any uniforms name tags etc. very rude. Rooms smell. Ok rented 3 rooms. Keys wouldn’t work had to go to ft counter 3 times to get a key that worked for the door we were on 5th floor. Then bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush properly and staff wouldn’t even come look at it. Very unhappy with the experience.

My family and I are staying that the Holiday Inn Express in Quail Springs Oklahoma City. We were shocked with the room given to us. There was splatter of what looked like blood and bodily fluids on the bedside lamp. Hairs on the bed and toilet. The curtains looked like the rod was about to break and leaning forward. We requested another room and was given one. That room at least didn’t have splatter on the lamp shades but the bathroom floors are un-mopped and hairs everywhere. No door handles on the closet door and and the grates on the air unit are broken. The shower head in the shower head was one that raised and lowered and it wouldn’t stay raised and had very low water pressure. Bath tub looked so dirty we wore our flip flops and crocs in the shower. We took the kids to the pool and it was unheated which isn’t safe to swim in for how cold it is outside. Almost every pool chair is broken. I just want management to be aware at the condition of this hotel. In the past, I’ve always considered Holiday Inn to be a good family friendly hotel. This stay has been shocking.

Had a wonderful 4 day stay here! They are a pet friendly hotel, and all of the staff were so kind to our dog baby, Murphy, who tagged along for the trip. The hotel was clean, and we didn’t have one complaint.
