The first night was fine. We spoke to the owner Genesis about getting a room and asked for military discount. She said they didn’t do military discount but she would give us a deal. Seemed like great customer service at first. Explained that they were short staffed. We understood, got our things and went to our room. The room smelled moldy. We stayed in room 125. The carpet was dingy. The refrigerator wasn’t cold enough. We are currently on a peace walk across America so we needed to be able to freeze our waters the night before our walks . The next day we tried to purchase another night and they went up on the rate. I spoke to Helen and she told me the managers didn’t want to be bothered because they had to feed their kids and put them to sleep for a nap. I was upset because Helen didn’t have any manager access so I stood there and waited and nobody came. So she charged me the a rate cheaper to help me since she couldn’t change anything in the system. We came back that evening and tried to book it again and the manager Genesis was there and told me she couldn’t help me because she was about to feed her kids. I understand but how are you going to expect to be able to run a hotel and have guests who need manager help, but tell us to come back when a employee with no manager access can’t help me!? I told Helen when she got there that I wanted to check out and that I was going to leave a bad review.

Had to request different room due to intense bad odor in first room. It smelled like someone had smoked marijuana in it. Staff was accommodating, but I'm not sure why the first room was ever rented out. It is a completely non-smoking hotel and no one should be held responsible for the smell except the previous customer! We were given a new room and told it was an upgrade. The rooms were identical, so apparently the first dirty, rundown room is one that they reserve for customers who book a cheaper room online through a third party website. As I said, the staff was accommodating, but the fact that the second room typically costs more, due to cleanliness and wear of furniture is problematic from a consumer stand point. Also cable was spotty and had a great number of channels unavailable. The water temperature in the shower was EXTREMELY inconsistent. It would literally go from freezing cold to scalding hot in the course of a normal shower. I'm glad we didn't have young family members with us because it would have been dangerous, not just inconvenient. We opted for brunch at local restaurants, so I cannot comment on the breakfast. Pool is seasonal of course, but hot tub has been filled in with concrete.

For anyone who may be confused the hotel that is at this location is no longer named sure stay but instead HEMP hotel. i made the reservation at the last minute under the assumption that this hotel was apart of the best western franchise. Listen to the reviews, the quality is not up to par and i felt uncomfortable the entire time i was here. As a smoker the cannabis friendly aspect of the hotel isn't problematic but the kind of people this hotel will attract may not be the kind of people you'll want to be around. The staff don't seem to care and gave off a weird vibe too. please be careful while deciding where you would like to stay.

Best Western should be ashamed to have thier name tied to this place! This is the worse hotel I have stayed at! Room was $114.00 for the Jacuzzi room. I Repeat Do Not Stay here. Husband was trying to surprise me with a Jacuzzi suite. It is really disgusting the furniture has stains the ceilings are falling apart doors were broken. I do not know how they are passing safety inspections. Toilet backed up with every flush. Front desk worker was sleeping and just let the phone ring and ring when I was standing there to check out. So if you are trying to call that is why. Staff is not friendly or helpful.

Where to begin... Let me just start by saying the only enjoyable feature of this hotel was the bar. Jessie (the bartender) made our time there very enjoyable. Otherwise, our room was disgusting! The room wreaked of artificial mango and marijuana, our toilet did not work, the bathroom floor was sticky which made it very unpleasant to walk around without shoes on, and our room in general was dirty. The sheets had stains from who knows what, one of the bedside drawers was completely broken like someone had gotten so mad they kicked through it and the bathroom counter looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There wasn't even a fridge or a microwave in our room which was more of an inconvenience since that's something one would usually expect in their room. Last but not least, the elevator will give any right minded person an anxiety attack! It creaks, bumps and jumps and feels like it is on it's last few rides before it tries going in one last time and falls to the ground! VERY UNSAFE! For the price we paid, we would've rather paid MORE for an up kept hotel somewhere else. Thankfully, we we're only there for one night, but with how dissatisfied we were with the room itself we will NOT be returning to a SureStay hotel in the future.

Great price, great service, and very clean. Breakfast was closed due to covid but they have a restaurant on site with the best chicken and waffles i have ever had. The “gym” was a treadmill, elliptical, and broken chest/arms/leg machine. Overall had a great stay! Shout out to Matt at the front desk and Paul in the kitchen.

It’s hard for me to write this review. Why? Because there was some good but the bad far outweighed any of the positive. Check-in was pleasant. Dominic helped us get in quickly. He was very friendly. We got our keys and went up to our rooms. Here’s where it starts to get bad. There are “no smoking” signs all over the place but apparently that doesn’t cover weed. The moment we stepped onto the second floor it smelled like a pot farm. The aroma was so thick that I could taste it. After the five of us got settled into our rooms we decided to go down to the hotel bar and grill to get something to eat. The staff were super friendly. They sat us immediately and took our drink order right away. The bartender seemed a limited in their knowledge. They said they couldn’t make a few very popular drinks but gave us acceptable alternatives. The drink presentation wasn’t amazing. We ordered a few margaritas and a martini. All the drinks were served in small plastic cups. Not the end of the world. Our meal was good. We ordered some Nigerian food which is a special once a week I think. It was very tasty and the chef was very friendly. Once we were done eating we went up to our rooms and had one of the worst nights of sleep in a long time. The weed smell got intolerable. I literally woke up coughing form how heavy it was. There were also people running up and down the hall all night and banging on doors and yelling. In the morning as we were leaving we found razor blades on the ground. That’s not a good sign. We most likely will not be going through Oklahoma City again but if we do we probably won’t stay at this hotel. Im joy saying you shouldn’t try it but if you do enter at your own risk.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in the hospitality and hotel business ever! Right off the back the hotel appearance was disgusting and poorly kept. When attempting to checkin with my reservation, I was told that there was an issue because my rate couldn’t be correct because the GM told the staff to not accept nothing but higher rates. I explained that I already had a reservation, a confirmation number, a confirmed rate, and not only that, I was a Best Western “Friends and Family” member. The front desk agent called the GM and spoke to the wife and she told the desk agent that none of this mattered, that they would not honor my rate or confirmation email or authorization letter from Best Western, and to cancel my reservation. So my reservation was canceled and I was sent away to drive around town looking for another hotel at 8pm at night, which after 5 hotels later La Quinta happily took me in at an amazing rate with amazing accommodations. I would NEVER recommend this establishment to ANYONE ever and will be sure to contact all the proper channels to report this experience and incident so it doesn’t happen to anyone else again. The ONLY positive experience out of all of this was the professionalism and kindness Helen the desk agent showed me while we tried to work through this situation.

Best hotel I've stayed in! The shower was AMAZING! Kid friendly, the staff was very nice and friendly. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because housekeeping took the empty tissue box from the trash and put it back and didn't give us another roll of toilet paper. Also the trash wasn't taken out and they had sprayed inside my suit case with the room sent spray witch made my toddlers eyes swell up. Other then that the room was clean and we had a very cool view.

This place doesn’t exist. Only hotel at this address is the Hemp Hotel. Google admin please remove from the map. Best Western doesn’t even show it on there main site as a hotel associated with their chain.

This hotel needs repairs. Our floor has a soft spot. Door is missing the security latch. Bathroom looked clean but the floor was sticky. The place could benefit from a remodel and deep cleaning. We won’t stay here again.

The entire hotel smelled like mildew and the room smelled worse. By morning time, I felt almost wheezy with the amount of mold. The bed was clean but they need new comforters. The pull out couch had a flat, old, and stained mattress. The carpet was worn and there were holes and stains on the curtains. Pool was small, but ok. Staff was friendly. Bagged breakfast (granola bar and water). Won't stay again.

This hotel truly surprised my expectations. Great service great staff and excellent breakfast especially during the pandemic. In the last month my grand children an I have stayed at four different hotels in four different states and this is the only place that served an actual breakfast free of charge scramble eggs, hash brown, sausage links, bacon, waffles, blueberry & plain pancakes and on real dishes or to go if you desire. I don't know who's, who but the morning and night front desk operators and the cook seam to be very dedicated to making sure that we were comfortable. Thank you

She wanted to call the police because she THOUGHT I didn’t pay. I mean??? Alo? - - Disappointed. I felt welcomed. Other staff members were nice and understanding as well as the manager. But What is the management system at this place? The black lady at the front desk is rude, mean, and doesn’t know how to do her job. She wanted to call the police because she THOUGHT I didn’t pay. I mean??? Alo? I saw her talking and behaving with other customers, she treats them really poorly too. She doesn’t add any value to the hotel, the opposite, and I strongly believe she should be removed from it.

The room was fine, seemed clean. The shower water pressure was absolutely terrible. The place is very poorly maintained on the outside- trash everywhere you walk in the parking lot and around the exterior. Walls seemed poorly insulated as you can hear every conversation in the hallways. The only reason I chose this hotel was for being pet friendly. There is a small park a short walk away which was great to let my dog run around.

First, we stayed here under the circumstances that our city was under a pretty bad ice storm and COVOD19. I won't judge them as harshly on things like they couldn't serve us breakfast, but there were some problems that felt like they would have existed regardless. The worst thing was how flat and hard the bed and pillows were. I woke up with a sore back and could not go back to sleep. When I flushed the toilet, small amounts of water would leak from the tiny crack out of the bottom. We could not change the channels on the TV. The remote and buttons were not responsive. The refrigerator was not that cold. It just felt like an old refrigerator that needed to be replaced. The hotel was clean, and the staff was as helpful as they could given the situation. I hope someone else has a better experience. I probably won't be coming back even if my power isn't back on yet.

After reading reviews I wasn't sure what to expect since we were on our honeymoon but we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was very nice! The staff was very accommodating and our room was clean. My only negative (it was my own fault) was I lost a very important necklace while staying but they assured me they'd call if they found it. The breakfast was great too. We will definitely stay here again!
