Poor customer service! Not only were we lied to about waving our cancellation fee, but when we called to see why we were charged, after we had been told we would not be, the woman at the front desk was just plain rude. She didn’t even attempt to help, she was just rude. I acknowledge that we did cancel 30 minutes late, but we were told when we called to cancel that it was all good, and then when we called back a second time to verify we wouldn’t be charged, we were again told we wouldn’t be. Then the next day our credit card was charged.

A nice hotel with a very friendly staff. I stayed for two seperate weeks this year. The first week I needed to get a fridge replaced. The second I had to ask for some body wash and throw out a half eaten dried out pancake that was behind my door. The women behind the counter were very helpful and made the overall experience quite nice. There is no complimentary breakfast. Scrambled eggs in the morning is $13 so come prepared.

Decent place to stay, the property is older but the staff is doing a good job keeping it up. The staff is exceptionally helpful, especially Dayna. She seemed to be everywhere. She was helping customers, maintenance and housekeeping. I’ve been here 2 nights within the last 7 and I’ll stay here again.

Ant problems in the room, just a minor annoyance, and internet problems in the room, this was major. The staff were very friendly, especially the african american lady with a slim build. I would stay here again if they could fix their internet issues.

Nightmare! Please Read.. This fiasco began with ants. They have a bad infestation with ants, not a huge deal. I was stung on the eye by a fire ant and had to go to urgent care because my eye was swelling shut. When I returned and brought this to their attention I was told that I was begging escorted off the property and that they wanted me to pay them. I was escorted to my room to discover that my wallet had been stolen by one of the staff. They kept ask my belongings (over $10,000 worth of items) and told me that I could have them back when I paid the $100 or so to them. They would not give me my property or medicine even at the request of Marriott Corporate. I am in the process of filling a lawsuit.

This hotel seems a bit outdated. The room was clean but bathroom door wouldn't close and key card entrance was rejecting perfectly Good key cards once every few tries. Shower floor felt flimsy and looked dingy.

Really great place to stay. It's a little tricky to get to from the highway. The highway is right out the window but the exits are kind of tricky and it's off of a divided avenue. The staff was courteous as always and they took care of the room. We will be looking to stay here again in the future.

It is okay. Stay here once a year or more for conferences, pretty good location to everything. Great service, I have never been in a room with a good air conditioner tho. I like rooms cold they never get that way after hours of running.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and we ABSOLUTELY loved it...This hotel was very nice and very Clean. The manager Mrs Dana Bowman was the BOMB!!! She helped us with our needs, being that we are from Oklahoma, she gave us ideas for good places to grab some food. But yet, VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL. And that I LOVE ❤️. MRS DANA BOWMAN Thanks for everything. And you make us want to ONLY STAY at this hotel when we come in November.

Well… as a Marriott fan and member, this place was surprisingly disappointing. Priceline had given this place an 8.5, which I trusted based upon the good reviews with the hesitant feeling of bad reviews. Unfortunate to say, the bad reviews became the dominant review. Most of what was said is what was experienced between the odor, cold/no water, cleanliness in two of my employees rooms, and some of the plumbing not working. Customer service was great accompanied by the misfortune of not having good rooms. This kind situation of left us out of finding a hotel during this week because the city was fairly busy and no rooms were available immediately. Thanks for the management understanding and specifically Angelique for being patient in carrying out the task. I hate for the unfortunate experience.

There was a Young man that helped me. When we walked in he said sup? I Said Sup? Yea... From there u get the jests. Horrible greating, didn't make me feel comfortable. Shoes got stolen from there... Or the better word is Misplaced... Dont choose this hotel guys... The Parking is horrible, trying to get out of that place is stressful as well... Elevators are so badd, they move so slow.

An ancient Courtyard with the odors and stains to match. The front desk staff could be more friendly and learn to smile on occasion. It's convenient to restaurants and a nearby shopping mall but is otherwise unremarkable and could have been a low budget motel in a previous life.

Had to change rooms because of obnoxious odor in original room. Had a wonderful experience at breakfast in the Bistro restaurant. The cook//cashier went out of her way to prepare breakfast for my wife w/Celiac disease. Very pleased.

My stay checked the boxes of what I was expecting. I stayed in a suite with a balcony, and it was clean and looked fairly recently updated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fitness center was small, but the equipment was functional and met my needs.

Our visit was unbelievable for a Marriott property. We were unable to check in at 4pm because the front desk clerk had locked himself out of the system and unapologetically told us we would have to wait until IT got back to him. When we finally did get checked in, we asked for extra pillows and were told we couldn’t have any because “someone stole like 5 pillows”recently. There were 3 guest cars in the entire parking lot, so the hotel was nowhere near capacity. When we went up to our room, the phone was broken, cords cut and all. We also witnessed another guest wait more than 30m to get checked in because the clerk was absent. I brought these concerns to the manager the following morning who was argumentative, but assured me the clerk would “be yelled at”. Needless to say, this is not what I expect from a Marriott property and I will not be visiting this location again.

Very disappointed this visit. Stayed here back in march and it was so much better! Ask for upgraded room as I am titanium elite and was given the room I paid for. No upgrade . No bar, unable to purchase any alcoholic beverages. Was told they didn’t have a liquor license and they had 3 new owners in past six months. No ice buckets or soap trays in rooms. Asked front desk for them and was told they don’t have any. Certainly not up to marriot standards. Very disappointed!

If you like strange pubes, this is the hotel for you. I’ve stayed here a couple of times & have noted a lack of care & attention to detail from the housekeeping staff both times. The first time there was some trash on the balcony & debris on the floor that made us apparent they didn’t vacuum. The last time was worse, though. The ottoman from the couch was out on the patio, which was odd, but what was worse was there was an active wasp nest with wasps swarming around that went undetected by the staff. The guy at the front desk was friendly and accommodating & gave me a different room a few doors down, but that room ended up being pretty gross. Long human hairs & more pubes than I care to recall all over the bathroom. Thank God I brought slippers—if they let that many pubes remain out in the open after they turn the room, can you imagine what’s in the carpet?? There was black mold in the ice bucket & under the rim of the sink. I’d expect this kind of stuff from a cheap motel, but the room costs almost $200. The suite was well-appointed—huge TV, nice little sofa, comfortable bed, but the lack of care from the housekeeping staff negates it all. Would not recommend this place.

Nice hotel. Furniture and decor is nice. Details in the room show the age or the low bid contractor that did the most recent work (inconsistent paint, cheap towel rack that came apart in my hand). All in all it is a nice place and everything was clean with no fowl odors.

The staff here was awesome the entire time we were there. We utilized one of their conference rooms and they did a great job with that as well. The front desk staff went above and beyond and were very personable the entire time! I would definitely suggest this location as well. It is convenient to everything and in a safe area!

The rooms were very nice and spacious with a great design. The bathtub needs to be refinished but otherwise a very nice up to date hotel.

Enjoyed my stay but if I wanted a microwave in my room I should have upgraded but didn't know when I checked in. Everyone was real nice and loved my room. I plan on staying here everytime I visit the city.

As a hotel, it was a great stay. The food… not so much. Employees were all awesome and friendly. I only got the chicken and bacon quesadilla but $13 for a very dry tortilla is just… damn. McDonald’s next door is very convenient but also plenty around for food options.

Very nice location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The only think I would have liked to have seen would have been a microwave, but that is a minor detail that didn't make a lot of difference in the overall quality of the room and service.

They upcharge for everything. Nice hotel fancy clean room. Charging $15 for one person for a regular breakfast, and $150 for a cat is just silly. Not at all worth it.
