Great hotel and location. Very friendly staff, decent gym and close to everything. The only downside is that there is a lot of noise that comes from the northwest expressway. Had to downgrade my review. The pool is like an ice bath. 104 degrees outside and the pool is freezing, not refreshing. Sad. The patios are being maintained much better now.

10 day stay while waitng for furniture to arrive at new home. Supposed to be ADA handicap accessible room - NOT! NO grab bars in shower/tub. NO shower bench! Maid service ONLY ONE TIME for a TEN day stay! And this was after too many requests at front desk. Just to get fresh towels, we took them to housekeeping ourselves. In a modern hotel a Guest should NOT even have to ask for this! Four days the handicap parking spaces were filled with autos without handicap license plates nor placards. Again the management team should have attended to this. Most Hilton brands get it. HOME2 SUITES does not.

They overbooked and put us in a room that didn't work for us. The bathroom door didn't stay closed. The shower door didn't stay open. We got conflicting information from staff on why the bathroom door doesn't work, but the upshot is that there is no plan to fix it. The pull-out bed was extremely uncomfortable. The lighting sucks. Our entire 4 day stay, they didn't even come in the room, despite their "light cleaning" schedule. On the plus side, the room was clean. There are restaurants in walking distance. A grocery store close by. Definitely do not recommend.

Upon our arrival, the hotel presents itself well. Nice lobby, spacious, well organized room, large shower, full sized fridge, eco-friendly products, and several other amenities. Not to mention, everything was incredibly clean. However, the purpose of a hotel is sleeping and the sleeping situation was severely lacking. The sheets were nice, but the mattress felt old and springy, the pillows were also worn down and lumpy. We had the possibly the worst sleep we've had in a hotel. If you can't 'sleep anywhere', you may want to sleep somewhere else.

Front desk made no mention of our room not being what we booked. Charged for the studio when we paid for a suite. When I called they assumed we wouldn't notice we were missing an entire bedroom. Staff assured me we would get right rate, never took incorrect rate off our booking. Room made me itch and not sleep. Shower door (we were supposed to have a tub) would not close, sprayed water everywhere. This studio does not sleep 5 comfortably. Breakfast...sucked. Cream cheese and butter were frozen. Coffee was out. Staff was super nice and helpful at front desk. I would give 5 stars for staff only. Sorry, but I would not recommend for this price!

Too often good customer service goes un-praised and the only time someone takes a moment out of their day is to say something negative. However, this morning I have to applaud the entire front desk staff at this home 2 suites and the next door Tru hotel. I am a travel nurse and have been staying at the Tru since July weekly when I commute from Texas. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them this entire time and they are extremely accommodating to travel nurses and especially night shift travel nurses. This morning due to no fault of their own was the first time I got off work and attempted to check in early and due to the OU game there were no rooms available. Rather than have me wait (because I had worked the entire night before) to have a room cleaned the staff at the Tru contacted this neighboring Home2Suites and found me the only room available. Then the gentleman personally walked me over to the hotel next door and stayed there the entire time while the wonderful staff at the front desk checked me into my room. Todays customer service by both hotels was unmatched and I am so thankful that I got a good rest prior to my shift tonight. Travel nurses as well as others needing a hotel room in this area, this is the place for you!

It says Hilton, but felt like a lesser quality hotel. CONS: There's a pocket door for the bathroom. Who ever thought that was a good design idea when people are traveling and often stay in a room with other people should be fired! (ZERO privacy) There is a light in the bathroom for the shower, but not above the mirror. Instead there's a light blue light embeded in the mirror that doesn't illuminate anything. Cool, you can touch the mirror and turn the light off and on....pointless! I am baffled why anyone would think very little light in a bathroom is what people want and need. Hello...ladies put on makeup, people want to fix their hair, brush their teeth and basically just have light to be able to see in the bathroom. Again, fire the designer! Also, our pocket door was missing a door handle and just had a gaping peep hole where it should have been located. There were short and curly hairs in the shower floor. The mirror had a heart and someone's initials on it whenever someone took a shower and it steamed. It clearly had not been cleaned between guests. There was no conditioner in the shower, there was lotion (odd), and I am pretty sure there was body wash in the other two bottles despite one saying shampoo. The frame of the bathroom doorway was hanging and barely attached. Stains on the carpet, fridge didn't appear to have been wiped out well between guests, there weren't enough towels for occupants booked in the room...I am just going to stop. It wasn't what we expected from a Hilton. PROs: Friendly staff. Rooms are good sized and offer various sleeping options. We had nearly a full kitchen. Gym facility on property. Food/snacks in the lobby.

We just LOVE staying here! This is the only place we stay when we are in town! I will say they do need more gluten-free items for breakfast! I don't want to eat fruit alone for breakfast! The bowl have gluten in them. I found out the hard way!

Hotel shows a lot of wear for how new the building is. Hotel staff either no where in sight or engaged in personal phone calls. The gym was really nice & had a Peleton bike. That was the best thing about the stay. Breakfast would have been good if it had been hot or even warm. Room layout is good & well equipped but shows a lot of wear for not being that old of a property.

I stayed here for a few months for work and this is what I experienced: Location: great location. It's conveniently next to some major roads, restaurants, gas stations, and a gym. Laundry: 2 washers and 1 dryer, $1.50 to run each machine, dryers work very poorly and require very small loads or multiple runs, coin operated and no coin dispensers in the building, front desk may or may not be able to give you quarters depending on if they can spare any. House Keeping: cleans once every five days of your stay, will not service your room outside of that even if requested, very inconsistent, they will sometimes take your towels without replacing them, they took one of my pillow cases without replacement, they commonly forget to vacuum and restock tissues or toilet paper. Room: I was emergency relocated a month into my three month stay due to a maintenance issue with the room above me, the room I moved into was not thoroughly cleaned as the previous occupant's garbage was still in the room, temperature can only be lowered to 65 degrees which is not ideal for those that enjoy the cold, it is easy to hear noise through the walls, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, shower is gets nice and hot. Overall not a bad place to spend a few months. Also note that none of the bathroom doors will close in the entire hotel! The latches for the doors were removed due to being recalled and not replaced. If you are staying here with multiple people, I hope you enjoy watching each other while you poop and shower.

I really didn't have a very good experience customer service-wise, by the front desk at night but everything else was good. The breakfast was pretty tasty and the staff there was really nice. Really convenient location.

To whom it may concern; as I stayed in your hotel at your property there on NW EXPRESS WAY there was a few things I noticed, 1. The staff have always be nice and 2. The food was always amazing. A few months ago in Jan / Feb the front desk agent Jacob was so warm and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Thank you for all the hard work you amazing people do. Hope to see you all again next trip.

This hotel was stellar. We were greeted at the front desk by Charles who was pleasant and helpful. Our rooms were clean and roomy and the beds were comfortable. All of us enjoyed the breakfast variety. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Always a great stay when I stay here! Employees are friendly, and the breakfast has a decent spread as well. A great experience all around.

It was great to feel so welcomed by everyone on staff. Great stay for a great rate, one of the most generous breakfasts I have seen COVID changed our lives. Turns out I like only having daily housekeeping if and when I request it! Also appreciated the commitment to a green-stay.

My family and I love this place. Clean, pet-friendly, a little apartment with an incredible price .You don't feel distant from your own home. The breakfast is really good. Mrs. Norma, the lady of the kitchen is really sweet and kind, the receptionist( Thomas and the sweet girl at the morning) as well. Highly recommended, you will receive great and affordable service.

I specifically requested a suite with a roll out sofa for our mother/daughter weekend. The electric blinds were broken and wouldn’t roll all the way up or down. The carpet in the living room was sticky. The refrigerator barely got cool. I have had great stays at Home2 Suites in general, but I will not stay at this location again, and I do not recommend it to others. I am editing this to add: I was contacted by the general manager of this location. He apologized profusely for our inconvenience. He is fixing all the things I complained about and he adjusted my bill to compensate. I very much appreciate that he reached out to me personally. I felt it only fair that I come back and update my review.

I have stayed in the last 2 years 4 months worth a night's. The last stay was the worse. I had dirty rags. My sheets at must smell. There was dirty qtip on the floor. Highly disappointed. I brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk and she said the housekeeping manager would call me. Never happened

Its a nice place. Its clean and the rooms are comfortable. The staff was helpful. The pool is clean and they have a section with two grills next to it. That would have been fun if we had stayed more than one night. The water in the pool was COLD even at the end of June! The area is between two buildings so its shaded. That was handy woth the kids. Its located close to Integris Baptist hospital and very easy to get to from there. We will stay here again.

Clean, spacious room with a lot of amenities (full fridge, dishes and silverware in-room).Comfortable bed. The best light-blocking shades I've ever experienced in a hotel room (blackout quality, with metal frame to avoid light leaking) to support sleep for light-sensitive people like me. Good breakfast bar with fresh fruit, quality yogurt, cereal, coffee, toast, bagels, omelets, hard-boiled eggs, waffles with excellent toppings (high-quality granola, berries, etc.). Seemingly more eco-friendly than most hotels I've experienced in this part of the US (recycling bins always available, non-disposable plates and dishes in rooms and with breakfast, etc.). Friendly, helpful staff. Clean.

Great location! Quiet. Parking is somewhat limited and during my stay several doors that would have made parking easier, were locked for entering. You could exit but not get in. Not sure why but it really was difficult to find parking with the doors like this. All employees were extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were clean.

It was super clean. Super nice. Super best. I will definitely stay here again. I absolutely loved it. The only thing it was missing was a batch of scrambled eggs in the am. However, they did have egg sandwiches with bagels and my favorite cream cheese. Coffee was good. Stay was excellent. No wait times. Excellent location.

The staff was all very friendly and attentive! The rooms are very up to date, clean, and spacious. The gym has good equipment as my baby brother is training to play college football, and it’s literally the perfect location! The only downside was the breakfast. Definitely worth the price though!
