Definitely expected a more up-to-date hotel for the price I paid. We stayed for 3 nights; good location and easy to get on the highways from thie hotel, but everything about the building was out of date and clearly worn out. The breakfast was mediocre; same options everyday and very few options at that. Anytime we needed housekeeping or went to the front desk, no one was answering the phone or available- I had to make 3 different trips to the front desk to get towels during our stay.

Everything was great until I went into the bathroom and seen a Bed Bug moving around on the floor. I grabbed a tissue and picked it up went down to speak with the night auditor she apologized and moved us rooms at midnight and was told that the manager would be on duty in the morning. I also asked to speak to the manager the following and was told that she was not in and that she would call when she came in. I still have NOT recieved a call. I will never be back after paying over a $100.00 for one night and dealing with Bedbugs in the room this is unacceptable. Is all the day shift Front Desk Agent kept asking is "well did you get bit"!!๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜

I walked into this hotel with my child ready to book a room, and I can't even begin to tell you how appalled I was at the cleanliness of the front entrance. SO bad, that I walked right back out to book somewhere else. There were a group of children crawling all over the tabletops with no adult supervision. I am guessing they were the children of the workers. As the front desk rep sat outside smoking cigarettes knowing there were customers waiting to be serviced. It smelled bad inside, and there were sticky fingerprints all over EVERYTHING. Will never go back.

    1. They gave us a room that was occupied so we walked in on someone sleeping. 2. The sheets and blanket for the pullout were used and smelled like perfume and body odor. 3. The staff wouldn't answer the phone. I had to sit at the front desk for about 5 minutes before they would help me. 4. Neighbor room was blasting music until at least 3 am. The staff didn't seem to care and acted like they didn't believe me. 5. Was promised a call from the manager who never called. I called and she had already gone for the day. 6. The person who answered the phone said they couldn't do anything and it was above their pay grade but that on Monday the manager might be able to call me.

Rooms are dated but fair and clean. Service was great. Location for me is fantastic for my business trip. Reason for the 1 star? I'm on a business trip & choosing this hotel for its location to my customer, and no WI-FI in the rooms? It has an ethernet jack, who has this nowadays? Come on Fairfield, update & please for the love of all that is good, install some WI-FI!! Some new carpet, fresh paint, and new furnishings would be welcomed by all...

Nice clean hotel. Clean everything daily. The mattress is sunk in the middle, and too firm. Don't have coffee until breakfast at six a.m.

I had an awesome experience while staying here. My room was wonderful and the staff was great. Sy at the front desk was sweet and helpful. Their breakfast was yummy with lots of options. I'm sure I'll be making this property one of my go-to locations when I want to setup something special. Overall my stay was excellent!

This hotel is pretty bare bones but is clean and location is great. Don't count on using the pool (a weird color) or the gym though (all 8machines are broken). The staff is pleasant enough. I hope they fix these issues

An overall great experience. However, the night manager was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. He is the sole reason I will NEVER return to this hotel again in the future. I wish I would have gotten his name, because his behavior was both disrespectful and creepy. My partner and I went to the lobby around 10pm to grab a napkin or two from the breakfast area as there are no napkins in the bedrooms. The night manager came out of his office and stood there staring at us the entire time without saying a single wordโ€”assuming we were stealing sugar packets and plastic wear I presume? Unbelievable.

It's an older hotel and aesthetically it needs some work. The light shades in the hall were all broken and it looked bad. The room smelled very weird, almost moldy. The beds were pretty awful, the bathroom had no water pressure and could barely flush the toilet. The breakfast bar had pretty limited options and the juice machine was broken. When I checked in they were training someone and had issues finding the apostrophe in my name even though I said it had an apostrophe in it, then after five minutes of trying to find me, and me looking for my confirmation code and then ignoring me when I found it, they told me it was because of the "dash" on my name. Yeah. I know. It's called an apostrophe, which is why I spelled it out saying "O- apostrophe- M-E-A-R-A. I feel like if you work with the public and last names you should know what an apostrophe is. Just overall, not great.

The rooms were great, the service was good, and the breakfast was delicious. The bacon was perfect ๐Ÿฅฐ. Fantastic stay.

I've been here on an extended stay while my apartment is fixed from a flood. It's been a great experience overall. The workout room towels don't get restocked enough and that's my only complaint.

Room was nice. Breakfast was good. Employees were helpful. Kids was disappointed because pool seemed dirty so didn't get to use.

It's not a terrible hotel. It's just slightly below my standard the Marriott brand and hotels in general. The lobby looks nice though, and the breakfast was good.

The front desk woman was very argumentative about everything down to the late check out which I am an elite member she gave a strong impression that she was under the influence of drugs and made me VERY uncomfortable. This is not acceptable terrible service Marriott HR will be hearing about this. Also room smelled like cigarettes and all she said was โ€œsorry about thatโ€ no good customer service

I did not feel like this hotel was up to the same standards as other Fairfields we have stayed in. The facility, as a whole, was just janky. And there was a weird smell. Nothing was terribly wrong, it just wasn't nice. I won't stay there again, willingly.

The staff was nice. Found a cup of soup in the microwave. Kind of worn down, breakfast wasn't great. Hot and cheap. Phone and alarm clock were on the floor. Room was small. Looks like they tried to flip a 3 star hotel and rebranded as a Marriott. Hotel wasn't what we expected from a Marriott. Bed wasn't very fluffy.

This stay was just an overnight stay on way home. The rooms were fine. The breakfast was not however. Lot of the food items containers were empty. The coffee canister was empty. The front staff were friendly, however. Probably will not come back to this Marriott establishment.

My experience was horrible.๐Ÿ˜ซ๐Ÿ˜ญ First starting with being locked out the room @9am after going downstairs for breakfast.(check out 12pm) This happened to multiple others also as the front desk began to gather a lengthy line to have our keys reprogrammed. Secondly after extending our stay for another night the evening before to find out that morning I would need to check out then check back in.. long story short I was downstairs working with the front desk clerk who clearly was new, didnโ€™t have the proper knowledge or training nor did she understand how to work their systems for 3hrs.. 3hrs.. it was horrible! Lastly the manager Noah was incredibly rude, condescending, very disrespectful, and incredibly unprofessional. He himself needs more development as a leader. The way he behaved himself was disgusting and a direct reflection of your business. Neither less to say I canceled and went to a different location.

A bit dated in room, yet comfortable stay. Hot water, flushing toilet and customer service was fine. Broken light cover in hallway, dirty luggage carts and noisy wheels, and spotted room walls. Good parking and around other shopping areas.

Nice Hotel right off NW Expessway. It looks a little older and run down now, but everything was exceptionally clean. The staff here was amazing, very helpful and super sweet. It was inexpensive and a better stay than I've had at more expensive hotels.

Tried to book a room at the front desk and was turned away being told that you could not book for one night but had to book for two. Upon leaving we decided to try and book online, just to find that you can book for a single night. Itโ€™s disappointing that management is trying to take advantage of people knowing they are there for an event and trying to force them to pay for two nights. Upon returning to get our room for the night, the clerk was very dismissive when we informed him that you could indeed book for one night online. Stating that he only works there and does what his manager tells him to do. If we were not staying with a group of people for a function, I would not give this place our money. There are much better places to stay in OKC,

We walked in and needed a room, our friends were staying here. Service at the desk was quick and friendly even though they were busy! Our bed was one of the best I have ever had at a hotel! Not impressed with the breakfast.

The breakfast was terrible. There was very few choices and the choices they had were not good. The lobby gave off a very clean impression but the room was not the same. The area is also a little questionable.

Bed is hard as a rock, old traditional innerspring mattress, terrible for side sleepers. Found this hotel bc I searched "jacuzzi in room" only to learn after booking that this is false. I called ahead bc I forgot my charger to ask the front desk if the rooms have USB ports. She didn't bother to put me on hold or offer to call back after checking bc "she did not know the answer". Had to turn around and go back home to get a charger. Also, no they don't have USB chargers like you would expect when paying $100+ a night. Light bulbs out and tv doesn't work. So far not impressed... at all. Posted a picture of the previous people who stayed here lol

I spent a night here and found the hotel clean, quiet and reasonably priced. People at the reception were very nice and gave me directions and suggestions for dinner. I enjoyed my stay.

I've been a huge Marriott fan for decades and only stay at one of their properties whenever I travel. For the first time ever I was greatly disappointed, with this property in particular. I was surprised how outdated the rooms were and shocked by how dirty certain areas of the hotel. For example, the elevator smelled terrible and was filthy (literally trash on the floor all afternoon/night. The front desk staff were amazingly kind and engaging which is the only reason this got two stars. This does not change my high regard for Marriott, but I think the management at this particular location.

The room was dirty and grimy, the beds were uncomfortable and the AC unit in the room didnโ€™t function, neither did the remote. Definitely needs updating, starting with the mattresses. The pullout couch bed mattress was covered in stains. The breakfast was alright. 1/10

DO NOT STAY HERE! I called to make a reservation and the front desk lady refused to help me. She told me the only way was to book through Expedia. I told her Iโ€™ve had this issue before and requested she please make the reservation. She was too lazy and again refused to help. When we went to check in she couldnโ€™t find the reservation so we had to pay twice. When I call the manager the next day to file a complaint, she said the system was down. So not only was this lady lazy she also lied to me and would not tell me why she couldnโ€™t help me. They didnโ€™t even offer any compensation or help.

Friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms. The only issue and itโ€™s not the hotels fault is that there is a bar/restaurant right outside the hotel that blasts music until 12am. Makes it hard to sleep unless your ac unit is blasting in the room. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay!

Good one. Coffee machine is placed in the toilet&bath room, has dust and lints in the water filling tank. Mentioned the issue to receptionist. No change. What kind of people would be willing to drink a cup of coffee out of that? Super appetite destroyer.
