My
experience
was
horrible.๐ซ๐ญ
First
starting
with
being
locked
out
the
room
@9am
after
going
downstairs
for
breakfast.(check
out
12pm)
This
happened
to
multiple
others
also
as
the
front
desk
began
to
gather
a
lengthy
line
to
have
our
keys
reprogrammed.
Secondly
after
extending
our
stay
for
another
night
the
evening
before
to
find
out
that
morning
I
would
need
to
check
out
then
check
back
in..
long
story
short
I
was
downstairs
working
with
the
front
desk
clerk
who
clearly
was
new,
didnโt
have
the
proper
knowledge
or
training
nor
did
she
understand
how
to
work
their
systems
for
3hrs..
3hrs..
it
was
horrible!
Lastly
the
manager
Noah
was
incredibly
rude,
condescending,
very
disrespectful,
and
incredibly
unprofessional.
He
himself
needs
more
development
as
a
leader.
The
way
he
behaved
himself
was
disgusting
and
a
direct
reflection
of
your
business.
Neither
less
to
say
I
canceled
and
went
to
a
different
location.
