The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because i thought the breakfast could be a little better. Maybe a variety of muffins and bread for toast, also a waffle maker would be great. The rooms were clean and very comfortable the staff was very nice and helpful. We come to Oklahoma City regularly and would like to make this our main place to stay.

I am a frequent stayer here at the hotel as my job requires me to travel and I am very pleased. My rooms have always been very clean and the staff here is so nice and try to do all they can to assure their guests are taken care of. Maverick and Millie are absolutely amazing! These guys go above and beyond to make sure that the guests are taken care of. Anytime I've needed anything or needed assistance both of these gentlemen have taken care of everything. There's another gentleman by the name of Chad. He is amazing as well! I've been staying at this particular hotel for at least close to 2 years now and I'm here a total of about 2 weeks out of each month and this staff is amazing! I like the fact that this hotel is close to the Penn Square Mall and it's close to the Belle Isle Shopping Center. There's a lot of nice eating places here within walking distance. A Chick-fil-A just went in close by which will be great. Duncan the manager here has done amazing things with the breakfast. When I first started staying here the breakfast was not so great but he's really made some changes that have been a positive. Yasalieni is a lady that works there as well and she's very nice. Their staff tries to make sure that everyone is comfortable and has everything that they need for their stay to be an enjoyable one. And like I said my rooms have never had a problem with cleanliness every room that I have stayed in is clean. I highly recommend this hotel for the fact that you do get great service! Maverick and Millie and Duncan and the lady that I mentioned are all a great team and I think that the housekeeping staff does a wonderful job. So with the great service they give and being located so close to the mall and to the shopping center and the many restaurants I think it's a great place!

Hotel needed updates in the room and in the halls. Bathroom smelled like sewage the whole stay. Since it was off of a busy interstate it was hard to sleep as it was heard all night even with the ac on . Staff was nice and friendly though.

Read the recent reviews. The staff was great! I’m surprised it passed any health code inspections and is not safe due to black mold and exposed wiring near the pool. We didn’t stay there more than 20 mins, but reading a review from days ago about bed bugs, I’m glad we didn’t. The room just needed updating (chipped and stained shower and floor, etc.), but the pool area had a band-aid and something resembling a finger at the bottom, a rusted electric chair lift with exposed wires, and multiple spots of black mold on the ceiling. This was far beyond an un-safe swimming environment! This was the first time I have ever requested a refund, and we’ve stayed at and enjoyed many hotels under the Hyatt brand. Sad to see, and definitely doesn’t represent what we’ve come to expect from Hyatt. I hope this post and my pics brings this to mgmt’s attn, and they can address this with the local owner. We ended up staying at the Hyatt Bricktown in downtown OKC, and it was night and day different……much better hotel all around. Stay there instead!

Wish we would have read reviews and not just booked because we expected a Hyatt. To be fair, room is clean and staff friendly. But this hotel is in serious need of repairs and upgrades. Feels like a motel. Water damage, stained carpet, stained furniture, etc. In OK City, you can probably find something a lot better for this price or much cheaper for comparable stay.

The hotel is very nice ! Looks remodeled recently. The room was very spacious ! 600+ square feet !! Breakfast daily with the room. The desk clerks, especially Maverick, are very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile ! Thanks for a memorable stay !

Bad experience on 09/23/22 - 09/24/22 After driving 10+ hours I just wanted to get to the hotel and get some rest. My son had soccer games this weekend so one of my priorities was for him to get good sleep/rest. At check in, it went smooth. The receptionist was nice but failed to tell me about what was going on. I told him about my kids and soccer.... So I go find a parking spot, get our stuff and go in through the main lobby. Literally as we are walking in, they're bringing out a deceased body. My daughter was ahead of us so she was the first to see it. Now I understood why he put us on the 1st floor but he didn't say anything. We had no clue what the heck was going on. What had happened. Trying to sleep by a big glass window didn't help at all. I should've left and got another hotel but at almost 2am, I was kinda scared to go out again not knowing the reasons of the situation.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were comfortable but outdated. Very economical. Breakfast was the same most days and very limited. Wished they had fresh fruit each day

The room was Clean, We loved the set up, with the coffee sink and the coffee. Just like Folgers, We loved the living couch and how the TV rotates so one could sleep and the other watch TV. Bathroom was good. My husband Love the fake air. Thanks for a great night sleep

This was pretty bad. Outside, the hotel is not in the best location. It's certainly convenient to the raised highway right next to it, but under the highway exists all the things one might expect to find. The parking lot had several lights out, so definitely do not leave anything you like in your car. Walking up to the hotel, the odor of "dead skunk" was so powerful I could smell it on my clothes (I get Hyatt can't really do anything about this, but its not great). Walking into the lobby, all the ceiling lights were blinking, drawing ones eye to the very dirty upper reaches of the lobby. The receptionist was not unpleasant, but we possibly exchanged 10 total words. Entering our room, I could smell a faint chemical smell that reminded me of pesticide. All the surfaces had significant wear, there were some patched holes, the bathroom was in rough shape... my wife and I had a very brief discussion and agreed we weren't interested in staying. We left within about ten minutes of being there. I didn't bother asking for a refund. Hopefully, my less than $100 was the amount needed in the budget to perform a massive overhaul of this hotel.

Booked on our way to Arizona online coming through OK. After driving over 12 hrs we arrived at the hotel to find out that they overbooked us and gave our room away. The guy at the front desk was new and was trying hard to help. He called his manager and got us into a room they mark" unavailable". We should have just drove on, Hyatt name but definitely not Hyatt standards. For $160 I expected a nicer room. Do yourself a favor and avoid if you are driving west just drive past OKC.

The exterior of the hotel is in rough shape, signage is mostly burned out and in poor shape. The room seemed damp and had a lot of air freshener. The ceiling had multiple leaks. Did not eat breakfast there. Hotel ownership should fix the place up.

This hotel was a great deal. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! Everything from scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, fresh fruit, and yogurt, bagels, orange juice, coffee, the list goes on… My only reservation, and the reason I gave 4 stars was because of the bed. My bad was king size, and the side of the bed Where most people sleep was soft. I slept on the other side of the bed and it was better. If it wasn’t for this mattress issue, I would give the place five stars.

This place is definitely dated and needs repairs, but I didn't find it to be as bad as some recent reviews made it out to be. Location is convenient and easy to find. Front desk was very nice. We were allowed to check in a bit early which I appreciate. The rooms are strangely large and bizarrely designed. The TV isn't set up in front of either the bed nor the sofa. Instead it's weirdly between the two. Mirrors are again, kind of weirdly positioned. Beds were perfectly comfortable. Noise level was low unless you're unused to highway hum. I barely noticed it. Overall I think I'd call this place... off color, lol. It was fine but I probably wouldn't book it again.

It was…ok. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional. The hotel is in serious need of repairs and maintenance. There were ants crawling up the walls in the bathroom. However, I did let the front desk team know and they said that they would take care of it, and I didn’t see any more after I reported it.

The rooms are not too bad, however they are oddly designed. Felt like the rooms were older and had been renovated to match Hyatt's style. The common areas, the service, and the parking is fantastic. The location is nice, as well, since it is close to grocery stores and restaurants, and the highway is nearby.

Nice hotel. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was big and spacious. The website did say they had room service and late night menu you can order from but they did not. Lucky that ihop was a minute away. Placed near a Walmart, food places, gas stations, and close to the zoo and science museum.

Great hotel in a convenient location next to a strip center with a Walmart and literally next door to Chik-fil-A. After being turned down by many hotels with an age limit, I was pleasantly surprised finding out this hotel is 18+. We came as walk-ins and we got a room for a great deal. It was very spacious, clean, and the front desk staff were really nice! The breakfast and parking were complimentary which were also a plus especially because breakfast was very fresh, delicious, and there were tons of options. I signed up for their rewards program and will definitely be back!

This was our second stay at a Hyatt (the first one was in Florida) in last three weeks, so we had something to compare this stay to. The service is good by the front desk. We arrived to find that they had just shampooed their carpets and everything was damp and wet in the rooms. Had to change the rooms. The breakfast was the highlight in our Florida hotel stay so we were excited about that - we are vegetarians. Compared to that stay this was a total disappointment. The location in the city is good but the hotel exterior needs work.

Good •front desk ladies are super nice •the rooms are pretty nice •the room temperature was good •lots of storage and space •the front desk ladies were super helpful in moving my room after I felt uncomfortable. Bad •very suspicious location was in the back of another hotel •the room we were first put it in was very uncomfortable and isolated / felt in dangered •after feeling uncomfortable I found out online that they’re was a incident that took place here two weeks ago that I wasn’t aware of , which put my concerns for safety higher . •one of the front desks ladies were super nice but the way she was presented made me concerned •they’re was men that concerned me staying at this hotel , that kept talking to the workers •Since the location is in the back of another hotel , it makes the parking lot darker in most spots which leads into more car break ins that the hotel has posted outside that “they are not liable for any risks “ •I checked out the pool area , I wouldn’t come to the hotel to swim , due to it looking foggy , and the room looked unwell for safety precautions. •hotel room card kept having issues and I had to keep going to the front to receive a new one . •overall the price of the hotel was not worth the 1 night stay .

We brought my daughter and grandkids to town for 2 nights last week and got them a room at this hotel. It could stand to be freshened up bit, but overall it was nice. And the service couldn't be better. The front desk person, whose name is Jocelyn, was extremely helpful, changed the room to a better location for my kids, and sent someone up immediately when I couldn't figure out how to run the TV or the telephones in the room. They took care of everything and my kids were very happy there. The day after they went home, my daughter called and said she had left all of their swimsuits and floaties in the bathtub in the room. She was very upset to lose all of this stuff. Today, we went to the hotel and asked if they were still there somewhere, not really expecting to get it back. But there it was all bagge up and ready for us. I give this hotel and especially Jocelyn high marks. We will be booking rooms there for family members in the future.

Definitely not worth what they charge for a night... breakfast was just sad. Hardly anything was refilled so options were very limited, even though we came down more than an hour before it was over. My kids found a baby lizard in the breakfast area 😳 Hotel is very much in need of some updates! Air conditioner in room was extremely loud.

Came in for a concert and was greeted by Maverick at the front desk. He was the best hotel operator I’ve met and helped out with everything. He was incredibly patient and even kept our room pending when we left to get more money. Him alone made this experience amazing and I couldn’t thank him enough. Rooms were clean and looked amazing. Even though Hyatt is right off the highway, there wasn’t much traffic noise and there’s a mall right on the other side of it.

Odd location. Random people walking through and sitting in parking lot. Hotel needs updating/thorough cleaning. Ants in bathroom/sink area on the 2nd floor. Front desk acted surprised when told, but there are other reviews complaining about the same thing. They gave me a 50% discount, but still feel I paid too much.

Host & hostess were quite pleasant. However the rooms need some improvement. King size mattress sure could use replacement, need newer and firmer one.

Service amazing. Good location. Rooms dark and dingy but spacious. Right by expressway so LOUD. Free HOT breakfast which was a nice touch. It was OK and safe to stay for a night.

Fast check in and out. Spacious room. Love the living room with small kitchen corner. The room was clean. The only thing I didn't like is there wasn't a microwave and the swimming pool is smell like sewer.
