Just left after after an excellent 4 night stay. As a Hilton Diamond member I can truly say that this property is being managed well. There were some concerns with some extremely rude front desk agents that the manager himself addressed immediately. He made all of negative experiences positive and they will keep me as a customer. On the other side, the hotel is well maintained and very clean. Housekeeping does a great job. They are in the middle of an upgrade to meet the new garden inn standards and decor and I am sure this will make the hotel even better. No concerns at all with any of the hotel services or cleanliness.

Where do I begin? I booked a package deal with Priceline for a flight, rental car, & hotel. Everything was fine until we came to check in to our hotel. Priceline accidentally booked our hotel reservation under a different first name but the same last name. Elizabeth at the front desk was so very sweet and helpful! She helped us get everything corrected with the assistance of her manager Valerie, who was also so kind and helpful. They blessed us with breakfast vouchers and made sure we left with a smile! 😊 Best customer service ever! We will be returning. :)

Stayed 2 nights so that I could be at the hospital with my dad. The rooms were extremely clean and inviting. All staff was kind and helpful but the breakfast attendant, Lola, absolutely made my day. She’s the type that knows no strangers. Her bubbly personality made me feel right at home…like I was having breakfast with a friend. Thank you, Lola, for being so kind…I needed it.

Every morning I was greeted by Lola in the dining area. She always had a smile and made me feel welcomed. She was the best part of my stay! Comfortable stay, nice room. Overall nice experience.

When we arrived, the storm had caused a power outage. The gentleman at the front desk did what he could and assisted us once the power was returned. The staff was very accommodating to our family during the reunion. Even though they could not make room keys, they had no problem walking us to our rooms and unlocking the doors. Lola became part of the family. Everyone was kind.

Everything was AMAZING. We had a 2 room suite with a jacuzzi in the main room, everything was beautiful, and the hotel staff was tremendous. The guy at the front even walked me around the building at 2 a.m. to find my husband so I wouldn't have to go out alone in the dark. *UPDATE* We went back for a second time. The stay was equally as amazing as the first, and the staff was just as friendly and helpful. When we first got there, we noticed a burn on the bathtub but didn't think much of it until after we left the next day and were charged a $300 SMOKING FEE!!! My husband called and the woman at the desk blamed the burn on us and was very rude. TAKE PICTURES OF ANY SPOTS OR DAMAGE YOU SEE or you will have to pay for someone else's mistake!! I feel like I was literally robbed. I guess they intend to charge everyone who stays in the room until they get enough to replace it?!

Stayed during Thanksgiving 23 and was surprised how empty the place was, but that made for a quiet stay. Everything was great, including the gym, but the only complaint was the hot tub water was lukewarm at best. The rest was perfect; clean , safe and operational. What more could you ask?

Staff and food are great for the area! The kitchen manager is a classy gentleman like a Dawn Wan Dela nooch! Very knowledgeable and accommodating! I'll be back strictly because of the kitchen and bartenders presence! Thanks for the great experince!

Arrived Saturday afternoon late. Approximately 2 hours of being in the room the noise started next door. Kids/teenagers yelling, stomping, hollaring so loud even the TV wasn’t drowning them out. Called front desk said they would come up. Calmed down for a bit but was really bad again at 230am and they were even out in the hallway creating chaos. Called front desk again and said they would take care of it. Things calmed down after about 3 am. I stopped at the front desk upon checking out and expressed what transpired overnight. I was told they took care of it. On the positive the room was very nice, bathroom was nice and AC was super cold. Beds were comfortable. Bonus would have been to have an extra blanket available in room but was not.

Nice....bright, air quality is a plus, beds are somewhat comfortable...have to let you know later...close to a lot of shopping centers/Mall.

I waited 10 minutes at the front desk. Finally, another employee went back there and told her there were people waiting to be checked in. Instead of apologizing. She had an attitude with me. Then, she proceeded to tell me I couldn't use my phone number to find my hilton Honors account. Even tho I use my phone number here and every other hilton i have stayed at. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. This experience has ruined my future stays here.

The service from every point of contact during my stay was above and beyond. After a long drive seeing and speaking with Elizabeth upon check-in was very welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel if your traveling to Okc.

The rooms were very clean and the checkin with your phone was easy. You also did not need an actual key and could enter your room with your phone. Only thing that was low rating is not knowing that we had to request for room service to get our room cleaned. And the front desk didn't know either until several people complained

We had a national family reunion and this hotel was outstanding in working to fill our needs for registration/hospitality/and meeting rooms plus equipment. The rooms were also beautiful and very clean as was the visiting areas in the lobby. It was a really positive experience for us all.

It’s a clean and comfortable hotel located near a mall on the north side of the city. Service was good and the rooms were fine with the exception that the water in the shower only ran hot. Like very hot. When we called down the only solution was to change rooms. I would also warn anyone that likes a walkable area that sidewalks don’t seem to exist in this part of OKC despite the fact there are a few decent restaurants within waking distance of the hotel.

Upon arrival on a Friday night after driving 15hrs. We had to change the rooms 3 different times. All 3 rooms were not cleaned. Floors were dirty. The bathroom had hair on the toilet and the tub, floor was not mopped. The floors in front of and inside the elevators was nasty that didn't get mopped until Sunday. And the room service I asked for never got done. Out of all the Hilton hotels I have stayed at. This is by far the worst. Zero compensation for the disappointment.

They would receive zero stars if possible. We called to the hotel to specifically check that there was a complimentary breakfast (I am a Hilton Honors member) and was told that it was available. At check-in we were given breakfast vouchers good from 7 am to 11am. I’m a frequent traveler for both business and personal travel. My husband and I are accustomed to a certain level of ambient noise and guest noise at hotels that rarely bothers us. I’m a very sound sleeper. However, the noise from the room/s above us the first night of our 2-night stay was extraordinarily loud and raucous and included loud yelling (every word easily discernible to us), shouting/ cheering, group chanting (the sort you would hear at a bar when people cheer someone who is ‘chugging’ beer), stomping, banging that sounded like furniture crashing into other furniture, loud music, and laughter. We called the desk twice who assured us they’d handle it—-but to no avail. The next morning the kitchen/breakfast was only available to a private party (we were eventually told this inconsiderate guest making the noise was part of this party). No arrangements were offered or available for our breakfast—not even drinks. When we inquired at the desk we were offered pre-wrapped stale pastry. We left and bought breakfast elsewhere at the last minute (before fast food restaurants stopped serving breakfast). The room had obviously not been adequately vacuumed. Unfortunate since the accommodations were newer and quite nice. Night two was a repeat performance so we checked out around midnight and went to a different nearby hotel. Obviously the owner and manager of this hotel don’t care to accommodate individual guests with even their basic promises. They obviously prioritize their large groups over individual guests nor do they empower their staff to handle these disturbances. Our charges were cancelled, but even this didn’t adequately offset 2 sleepless nights with a long drive ahead of us and the added breakfast expenses for 4 people. We have other options that we’ll patronize in the future since we visit the area frequently.

Meye Chef made the best salmon Cesar Salad. The salmon was tender and moist. I was only going to eat half of the salad, but I ate the entire salad it was so good! The homemade dressing was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.

Staff very friendly and Nikki and Elizabeth were very helpful if I had an issue. All the meals that I had were very tasty. TJ is the Chef always made sure we were happy with our meals. Stayed four days and would definitely recommend this hotel.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly, patient, and helpful. Rooms were beautiful and clean, and we're looking forward to staying again during our next trip to Oklahoma City.

Great rooms and great staff. We had a mechanical issue with our original room, and we were moved immediately. Breakfast and dining was fabulous. Chef TJ was the best. She was very kind and knowledgeable about the area. She went above and beyond. Try the parfaits. Pinkies up!

Loved staying here! Perfect romantic getaway for my husband and I celebrating his birthday. Definitely 5stars in my book! Staff was so helpful and made sure we felt welcome. The room was exactly what we wanted and was told about. The jacuzzi bathtub in our room was amazing.

Worst stay ever. Hotel is under construction. Hammering, power tools after 6pm are you kidding me. I went to from desk to complain, employee told me they have until 7:30pm then quiet time. I understand rooms need to be updated but come on, how about a no demo no power tools after 5pm. I won’t be coming back!!

Although the hotel was undergoing renovation, we found our top floor room to be clean, quiet, cool and comfortable. Also, the area felt safe. The breakfast was just ok - the new restaurant was not open yet so it was a limited buffet. However, all of the staff we encountered were very pleasant and accomodating. No complaints from the front desk to the chef. We will stay there again when passing through Oklahoma City. Believe that it beats out the Hampton.

The room was clean and nice, as expected. The staff was very polite and professional. The facilities, not so much. My daughter was excited about being able to swim, and I was looking forward to a soak in the hot tub. The pool was in the 60’s, the hot tub wouldn’t get above 80. I couldn’t tell if they were getting ready for a remodel, in the middle of one, or doing demo for a rebuild for the building next door. The cleanliness of the room and staff is what I expect from a Hilton property, but the outside area looked like a construction zone and the pool area seemed in disrepair. Definitely not happy about paying the price we did for the lack of facilities.

Proud Diamond Member with Hilton Honors here! Received an upgrade to a suite as a courtesy upon check in. They had the space and offered me a MUCH needed 3pm check out after a long weekend working at the OK tattoo convention. The room was great and bed comfortable. The service was excellent and they received packages for me and called me when they arrived. The hotel is undergoing renovations and some services arent available, such as the business center and the regular hot breakfast replaced with grab and go stuff as a result. However Diamond desk called the Hampton Inn who was more than happy to allow me to use the business center and even offered me breakfast! Wow I love this company. I have never had a bad Hilton experience been Diamond for YEARS

Staff members are delightful. Hotel lobby is very contemporary and inviting. Carpeting in hallways and rooms needs to be replaced. Restaurant and bar were closed. I did not have a car and visiting "nearby" restaurants was unsafe for walking.

SHANNON, the night-time employee is a great asset to this place! She deserves 5 stars, in-fact she's the sole reason behind the stars given! I had an alarm go off in the locked HVAC closet located just steps away from the bed (IN A KING SUITE, A PREMIUM ROOM.) ALL NIGHT! It was similar to the sound a smoke detector emitts. I was dead tired and went to the front desk to report it a the attendant was nowhere to be found! After about 5 minutes i found the house phone in the front entrance to ring the desk, after about 5 rings i seen him stumble out of the back room (where he was obviously sound asleep,) finally he noticed it was me ringing the phone, he leisurely came to the door and let me in. I explained to him the situation and he acted as if he was being inconvenienced by reporting the situation to him. After repeating to him that there wan an alarm going off in the closet, i told him if it wasnt turned off by the time i came back from work, that id need a different room. Needless to say when i came back that evening, it was still chirping away. I immediately went down to the front desk and reported it to Shannon, before i could finish explaining the situation, she knew exactly what i was reporting. As it turns out, there is a memo posted next to the phone explaining how to fix it. Anyway, i highly recommend skipping this place and staying at HOME2 SUITES, more for your money, and hands down, a better place!

Stayed here twice now. Both times, my room had issues. This time, the toilet barely filled after flushing and the heating unit squeaked all night long. Also, ran across some sketchy dudes wandering the halls at 3 AM when I was leaving for the airport. I'll be looking for a different option the next time I'm in OKC.

Worst place to stay. The are under construction and it is unbelievably loud . The construction noise was bad that it was mocking loose the light fixture in the bathroom causing dust to cascade from the sealing. Staff was was rude and said “ we can’t offer you a refund or a manager until Monday. For $ 230. Dollars cost was completely disheartening.
