I've stayed one day and I will not be returning. I've been charged three times for one room. Breakfast was horrible and ants was crawling all over everything. I paid 100 cash deposit to stay. Next morning the lady wasn't trying to give me my deposit back. I notified the office of the ants on the food and utensils. Nobody seemed to care. I only give one star because of the room.

Worst experience in a hotel. Infected with bugs hazardous wiring from a/c unit. Refuse to refund money did want to move us to a different room. Was there for 45 minutes before we decided to leave. Couldn’t find solutions to our problems. Front desk staff the worst. The guy keeps walking away didn’t want to provide us with any customer service. Lied about the refund process. Just kept our money didn’t want to give use the customer service number to file a report. All around the worst experience don’t ever stay at this location.

This place is the best value in OKC. I’m a travel nurse and work nights, so I needed an affordable place, close to the hospitals, that is quiet and feels safe. This place checks all of those boxes for me. I’ve stayed here 3 nights a week for 13 weeks and haven’t have a single bad experience. The breakfast is pretty good and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

$96.53 is more important to Choice Hotels than their guests! We stayed 2 nights. The hotel was absolutely falling apart and didn’t have anywhere near the amenities as promised on Choice Hotels website. The property manager wouldn’t respond to Guest Relations for a refund after multiple requests. Therefore, Choice Hotels is refusing to refund $96.53 after 4 months of this horrendous customer service.

This place is infested with bed bugs!! I checked in at 830pm took a shower and laid down only to wake up at 11pm to being attacked by bed bugs! The ceiling had holes and when I flipped the mattress it even had holes! I checked out immediately at 1130pm and tried getting my money back. They said 3-5 business days. They charged me for 2 nights I had paid for even though I couldn't make it for a night. Worst service I received.

The ceiling fan looked like it was going to fall when on. The check-in staff was a younger woman who was super unhelpful. I booked through Priceline. I called and booked with an agent. I asked for a specific room type and was put on hold so she could contact property for room type availability. She was told they had it and she told me they said they would hold it for me. When I got there the check-in staff said she didn't know anything about it and that I didn't book that room. She didn't try to help me figure it out. She actually tried her hardest to not help me get into my requested room. And I never did. Checkout lady was nice though. ****I found a used Douche bottle between the couch cushions when I set down to watch TV. Gross.

Spent two nights here. My 5 stars are not compared to all hotels but to hotels in the area for this price. For the money, this place is great. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and it's right near some far pricier hotels. The breakfast is standard budget breakfast buffet with waffles, cereal, fruit, etc. All in all, a great stay.

For the price it's well worth it. Rooms and bedsxare nice and clean. Staff are all from the middle east and hard to understand. The breakfast service was horrible. 6 to 9 am but went out at 8am and no food was available. Fruits were old and coffee cold.

Room was falling apart there was bugs and flys in the restroom. Hair and blood stains on our towns left in the room. The workout room might as well be closed because nun of the equipment works. Wasn’t a good experience at all, the have nice stuff to cover up the fact that the hotel isn’t being taking care of.

I shouldve checked the location on Google before booking here because its right next to a night club, which meant loud music til 2 or 3 am. Stayed here Dec 18 - 19. Room had old trash around the curtains, fridge had so much ice accumulation you couldnt use the freezer section, pillows were tiny squares, and too soft to provide any support. I'm only 120 lbs so its not like I need a huge or dense pillow. The stairwell was filthy, with an empty vitamin E bottle on the floor for some gross reason. There was no side entrance you could use for easy unloading of luggage. The side entrance door could only be exited and there was a tattered sign warning you that you'd be fined for propping the door open. We were also up by men shouting. There was a man groaning loudly, no idea if it was in pleasure or in pain until we heard another man shout at him to "get the ---- up" "get your s---t and lets go!" Over and over at him. This went on for what felt like hours. Someone mustve confronted this second man because he was shouting that his "brother is dying." This went on for an insane amount of time and honestly I would've called the cops if it wasnt for the fact that I was honestly fearful that these men might get into some sort of altercation with the police. Hardly got any sleep that night and we got out of there as quickly as we could. No idea what the hote staff did, if anything, to get these men out. If you want a quiet, clean place to stay, look elsewhere. You can book a nicer place for the same price.

Well you’re gonna itch here first of all. The gym is just $50 pieces of equipment from a local thrift store. The breakfast is just super processed scrambled eggs, very cheap link sausage, and gluten in the form of bread bagels or waffle or cereal. The only thing keeping this place together to get business is the cleaning ladies they are good and do their job. Other than that this place is nothing as as expensive as it should be to rest your head. The toilets clog, the air conditioner/heater is terrible, the staff at the front desk is about 5/10 just basically doing their job to a minimum. Maintenance request was put in for a clogged toilet when I arrived they never came I had to get a plunger and do it myself. Ac went out I had to fix it myself. Gym equipment barely works, towels are cheap and thin, breakfast is horrible. 1/10 for a hotel company with millions of dollars.

Air conditioning was not turned on when we checked in 85 degrees in the room. The fan wobbles and squeaks, the room was not clean, and the toilet was not even flushed... I have stayed at 300 plus nights in choice hotels and this is in the top 5 worst. Oh, and the gym is a closet. Like they were trying to check a box more than providing something that was usable.

This is a great hotel for the price. The staff is very professional and polite. The location is great for nearby attractions. The only issues I had were that the toilet in my first room did not work and they moved me to another room with no big issues. The other problem was the Air conditioner in the second room made loud banging noises.

I chose this hotel for its hot breakfast and wasn’t disappointed. Clean common areas. Clean, well appointed rooms with HOT water and great pressure. Microwave, fridge, coffee, and everything else you might need. Secure parking lot. Incredibly convenient location. Friendly staff. Overall great vibe/atmosphere. Best value in OKC. Will definitely be back. I saved this in my Google maps app just to make sure I know this hotel is now my OKC favorite.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and while I appreciate the efforts of the staff, I must be honest about my less-than-stellar experience. Upon entering my room, a distinct smell of mildew immediately filled my senses. It was as if the room had been closed off for an extended period without proper ventilation. I understand that older buildings can have their quirks, but this was a rather unwelcome surprise that tainted my first impression of the space. Furthermore, the condition of the carpet left much to be desired. There were visible stains and a general sense of uncleanliness that made me hesitant to walk barefoot in my own room. This is something I believe could easily be addressed with regular deep cleaning or even a full replacement of the carpeting. Lastly, the walls of the room were showing clear signs of wear and tear. They desperately need a fresh coat of paint to bring them back to life and make the room feel more inviting. The current state added a drabness to the room that was quite disheartening. Despite these issues, I must commend the staff who were consistently courteous and eager to help. However, the physical condition of the room was a letdown. I believe with some attention to detail, this hotel has the potential to provide a much more pleasant guest experience. I hope to see improvements on my next visit.

I really loved the interior of the room. Nicer than average for Comfort Inn's. Lady who checked me in was super nice and professional. Reasonable price for how nice it was. Would most certainly go back.

This was a very good stay. The room was a bit small for the two of us, but it was for just one night. The bed was comfortable for me, although my wife would have liked it a bit smaller. It was walking distance to a couple of restaurants for dinner. The breakfast was good (cereal, eggs, sausage, fruit, coffee, etc). The price was good and the workers were pleasant. Can't ask for much more on a one night stay!

January 10, 2023, Winter, temps 60’s. Not sure if wasps are active during this time in Oklahoma City but we had dead wasps in the bedroom and hallway. Also no available face rags. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay.

Comfortable room, a little older of a hotel. Breakfast was ok, not many items and some were already out early into service.

Room was nice and clean. Bed too soft for my tastes, but overall my room was in good shape compared to other locations around the country! I will stay here again next time we are in the area.

I have been staying here since May never had an issue until last week. I got 2 queen beds for my toddler's and I. Well I was putting my toddler's to bed and had injured myself due to someone putting the thing that locks the bed in the middle and it was sticking out very far. I have a huge knot on my leg from it. I contacted the front desk explained to her what happened. She seemed not concerned told me to call back in the morning. I called and explained it to another lady who is normally there and is extremely nice. I sent pics of my injury. I was told my room would be refunded.. Still haven't received it yet. Got another room the next night. The Indian lady was very rude basically saying don't move the beds like that's how I got injured. My kid's could've been hurt. I had to put a towel over the thing that injured me and had my boy's sleep in the bed with me. I told her how can I move a bed with a broke arm. She tried to lie and say that's not what she intended to say. Long story short I will not be back there. Very disheartening experience. Words of advice never try to have a guest feel uncomfortable when I wasn't at fault. I will be contacting my lawyer as well.

The rooms were clean but obviously recently renovated. There was a huge hole in the bathroom around the pipes. Odd holes in the ceiling where the light fixture used to be. I wasnt impressed with the morning desk person. I asked about the amenities and she just said no and hurried back to the office and the computer there. The young man, Ivaq, who manned the desk in the afternoon was exceptionally helpful and pleasant though.

We had reservations there for 2 nights that was booked through our business for a business trip. upon arriving they ask for our cards to put on file for any damages. after walking into our rooms there was already damage as it was. patched holes in walls and doors. vents/fans not working. bathroom light on timer. One shower not working in one room and toilet not flushing in another. my coworker had to go down the hall to the public bathroom just to use the restroom. they ended up charging each of our cards 50$ and they put a hold on them so we weren't even able to use our cards after that! Still working on gettting that 50$ returned. My coworker had ordered door dash and when photo was sent from doordash that it was at the front desk she went down there to get it and it was nowhere to be found, the response we got from the front desk it that this kind of stuff happens all the time with homeless people coming through there to get their coffee and such and didnt seem to be too bothered by it ...uhhhh what>???? all in all wont be going back there again and will def not refer it to anyone.

Used my points for a room and they said they needed a credit card on file for incidentals and that I would not be charged they lied I was charged. I didn't damage anything but they charged a fee to my card and can't get it back for a week. I asked to speak to management the lady said she was the manager until I explained the problem then she said I'm not the manager I was told the manager would call me in 15 minutes never heard from manager. I'm a diamond member and this is terrible service for some who uses comfort Inn on a weekly basis. I did not trash your room but you charged me for it . Management and owner are hustling the customer with lies and stealing people's money.

From check-in to Check-out the staff was great. Super clean hotel. Room was super clean and good size. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows. Good selection for breakfast each morning. Will definitely stay here again.
