Both
hard
to
get
to
and
get
somewhere
else
from.
Had
to
go
to
23
Rd
and
loop
back
onto
74
hwy
back
north
to
get
there
from
Edmond
but
couldn't
figure
out
how
to
get
on
hwy
74
to
go
back
to
Edmond.
We
were
discriminated
against
even
on
the
phone
because
my
mom
uses
a
walker
and
I
asked
if
they
had
any
handicap
access
rooms
with
a
grab
bar
in
each
side
of
the
toilet
since
most
toilets
are
too
low
and
she
has
trouble
getting
up
and
down
from
them.
They
kept
asking
if
she
was
independent
and
all
kinds
of
stuff
like
if
she
could
take
the
trash
out
herself.
I
was
desperate
to
find
a
long
stay
hotel
room
with
help
with
the
toilet
area
and
it
did
have
a
higher
height
toilet
so
that
really
helped
but
it
didn't
have
both
sides
with
a
grab
bar
like
they
said.
It
has
one
bar
on
the
wall
on
the
right
side
and
that
worked
for
her.
We
moved
a
table
out
of
the
way
into
a
corner
so
she
could
sit
on
the
couch
because
the
bed
was
uncomfortable
for
her.
She
wanted
to
move
her
recliner
in
the
next
day
but
the
main
manager
was
working
instead
and
she
refused
to
let
my
mom
rent
by
the
month
unless
I
stayed
with
her,
so
my
mom
only
paid
for
one
week
and
didn't
move
the
recliner
to
the
hotel
room.
The
whole
time
we
were
there
we
had
problems
with
comments
and
questions
about
her
independence
level
status
from
two
of
the
employees
if
we
were
at
the
desk
and
the
worst
one
was
the
GM.
She
made
comments
about
previous
people
who
left
their
elderly
loved
one
and
didn't
take
out
the
trash
or
care
for
them
supposably
and
that
"
it
was
no
place
for
an
elderly
person".
We
are
not
them
and
my
mom
could
take
the
trash
out
if
I
made
her
but
I
didn't
because
she
has
arthritis
and
it
takes
her
a
long
time
to
walk
with
her
walker
somewhere
and
back.
I
don't
consider
my
mom
an
"elderly
person
"
anyway
she's
just
a
77
year
old
senior
citizen.
My
mom
paid
$79+
for
two
people
just
for
the
first
night
but
we
had
to
wait
over
an
hour
and
come
back
to
check
in
because
she
said
they
were
having
trouble
with
the
computer
system.
My
mom
paid
for
just
herself
for
a
week
was
also
charged
twice
on
two
different
cards
for
a
week
because
they
said
her
card
was
declined
(but
it
really
went
through
according
to
her
credit
card
company)
but
they
ran
it
again
twice
more
so
it
said
declined
then
and
then
they
charged
another
card
too
and
it
went
through
for
$423.29
as
well.
I
wouldn't
have
known
but
she
paid
for
the
monthly
CC
bill
statement
and
then
the
next
day
I
called
because
remembered
it
was
declined
supposedly
and
I
wanted
to
know
why
it
was
supposably
declined.
Discrimination
period
because
the
next
morning
we
got
up
I
saw
piles
empty
of
beer
packaging
by
the
front
door
trash
can
outside
so
people
weren't
taking
their
trash
to
the
dumpster,
some
nutty
young
guy
acted
like
he
was
high
on
dope
was
bouncing
around
with
no
card
key
in
front
of
the
door
so
i
didn't
go
outside
to
my
car,
a
guy
with
a
pit
bull
got
close
to
us
at
my
car
for
no
good
reason,ect.
Young
guys
not
able
to
pay
bill
yet
making
us
wait
at
the
desk
to
ask
questions.
