July 2022 pools not open. New Property Manager in office is rude, not organized nor professional. I'm speaking of only African American young lady she doesn't give you her name while talking business like. My issue! office put (5) days notice to quit sum of $151.00 . It doesn't mention owed debt (reason) . Unpaid water bill, I'm current on my rent. In my lease contract water is included with rent. I'm still under previous owner contract, but new help said I owe for water bill. My name should be on water source document. New Property Manager trying to get extra money. Peace Be Still.

Will not let me leave a ZERO STAR rating. This place is has gone WAY down since first moving in. They do not care as long as they get their money. Currently looking for a new place, but not much in my budget at this time. I guess you get what you pay for. The office never answers the phones. When you leave a message, they never return your call. If they manage to fix anything, they never call to let you know. They only mow the grass once a year. I repeatedly called in my AC unit, which still has yet to be fixed. Currently, it is 83 degrees in my apartment. Emergency maintenance is a complete joke. Squatters taking cover in vacant units by breaking glass patio doors out. Trash everywhere. It is very embarrassing. UPDATE: So on Tuesday, June 27th, they FINALLY came and "fixed" my AC. (it was originally called in on June 8th) They informed me the capacitor needed replaced, so they did so as well as topped off the freon. It was nice and cool in here, exactly 3 days. Here we are on Friday, June 30th, and the unit will not even kick on. Unit set on 72 and is 78 and climbing. If anyone knows of any places that are under 700 for a one bedroom, please let me know. Current looking.

I found this place a few weeks ago after about 4-5 months of apartment hunting and thought I had found a diamond in the rough. Unfortunately for me (and for the people fell for the trap I was almost caught in), this place is the POLAR opposite of a decent living space. I called 5 times to try to schedule a tour, to which I was sent to voicemail each time. I emailed several times inquiring about how I can get a unit, also to no avail (literally didn't get an email/text/call back at any point). I decided that it was worth a second shot, so I took off an extra hour from work to walk in and tour. Before I even got there, there was a line at the door, due to the staff coming back from a lunch break. After about 20 minutes, I finally got with a rep, only for her to tell me to wait for someone to take me on a tour. No one came after about another 20 minutes. Somehow I decided to give it one final shot and scheduled a tour two days later, meaning I was going to have to take off work again. Of course, I get there, and "the office has closed for the day." No notice had been sent. Half a tank of gas and two hours of work I won't get back. Thanks, Alora. Don't even bother responding to this review asking me to "please call and discuss my experience" or whatever. Your voicemail lady is really annoying.

I moved here in July 2021 back when they were still called Isola Bella. They weren't the best but they were newly renovated/remodeled and the price wasn't bad at all. Fast forward to November of 2021 to now (Sept 2022) and they have been taken over by not just one but two companies since, I've moved from one unit too another and my rent was raised by almost $300 for the same exact size and layout, and I was put in the very back where it's the most sketchy part of the complex. I wouldn't recommend paying a penny to live here, take your time and money elsewhere because even if you're desperate like I was, there's something else better our there for a fact. I would have stayed in the hotels over moving here had I know this is what it'd end up being like. My lease is up this November and I can't wait to get out of here. This place has went to complete hell!!

If I had the option to leave negative stars I would. I started renting here 6 months ago because I was desperately trying to find a place. Big mistake. The toilets are always backed up and won’t flush and when you call maintenance they just say “we called the plumber he should get there when he gets there”, I’ve had merky water coming up through my shower since I moved in to where my apartment was flooded 3 times. I’ve had stuff stolen off of my porch, people screaming and walking by the back door all hours of the night, the gym & pools have never been open, and the laundry mat is sketchy. Waaayyyyy overpriced and they don’t care about you not having working shower/toilet for days. Supposedly there’s new management but I doubt anything will change. Don’t waste your money and get drawn in by their nice pictures online.

As of 2021 there has not been any amenities open (Pool gym etc.) I have not had any lights outside my unit (safety issue) possible mold being ignored and maintance have not pulled carpet after water heater leakage for two months. I was denied washer/dryer hookup as requested and the office management refused to allow me to move units. As far as I know they have one laundry for over 800 units. There is no security force (lots of homeless and unleashed dogs ) the office staff is hard to contact unless you physically go into the office. The staff is rude and mostly unwilling/able to assist you. You've been warned !!!! P.s. unfortunately I still have to live here. And no they don't seem bothered when you complain.

My roof has leaked when it rains for over a month now. I've gotten no ETA or anything. I have to keep buckets around the house and empty out GALLONS of water when it rains. I asked them to at least check on it while I was at work during a heavy downpour so it didn't overflow the buckets and cause damage. They wouldn't even do that. Water leaked on my floor. They deleted my first request after 14 days and I had to resubmit. I think that's because they're obligated to fix it after 14 days. Very shady. Don't move here!!!!

Waiting lists last weeks or months if not longer, but they still happily take your money (security deposit) for no reason even though no apartments are available. You'll never get your money back and you'll never actually get an apartment either. That's okay, because I would pay money NOT to live in this rat dump. The property is disgusting. Bugs, mice, and feces everywhere. Pools were shut down. Gym wasn't open. The only laundry room I could find was just nasty and I wouldn't wash my clothes there if it was the last washer on earth. There's not nearly enough lights that actually work on the property so it's scary and dangerous to walk around at night. I tried to talk to staff but couldn't as their office was always locked. Staff on the phone the one time I managed to reach them was nice, but I don't appreciate them advertising properties that just aren't available for months. If you look up this place in the news under the old name, Isola Bella, you will see it for what it really is- a dangerous dump of an apartment. Robberies and fights are not uncommon. Do your research.

Could have better management and better hours for the office. Tried to pay rent and was late due to "closing unexpectedly" also the price is a little high for a one bedroom but aye what can I do. Decent place on 63rd not to sure about the remaining rest of the complex.

These are a complete and total dump I haven't had running water in my kitchen since 12.15.22 and they will NOT fix it or move me and now I haven't had Air conditioning for about 3- 4 weeks. I want to add to this now that I'm moving.... .the reason I have to move is because the Alora WILL NOT fix my clogged kitchen drain and it has become a health hazard for me to live here and section 8 pulled the funding. It has been like that since 12/15/22 and they won't even answer the phone in the office this place is horrible.

Maintenance won't fix anything if they do come and supposedly fix something you will find out that it is not fixed. They put in a new air conditioning unit outside that is bigger than the one we had already which cause our electric bill to go sky high every month. They have tried to fix it several times and every time telling us it is fixed when once again we would have the same problems and our bill would even go higher than the month before. Hot water tank has exploded or flooded back closet and bedroom three times bad flood and they would never came and dried the carpet and or never replaced any carpet which it needed badly! Finally hot water tank exploded and flooded everything again but this time they replaced hot water tank leaving the old hot water tank right outside our front door for the last 4 months.

i grew up in these apartments and it use to be great, so many open pools and a inside pool with a gym, it was safe to walk around. now i have a roach invasion and there was a time where they let the grass grow so long. right now the trash hasn’t even been picked up and i can smell the trash every time i go outside. very disappointing

I am not a tenant here. But I do have family that stay out here and this place is filthy. It is a slum village. For about two weeks the dumpsters over piled with trash, the landscaping is terrible. The workers never answer the phone in the office. There is drug traffic all hours of the night. Drive thru in the day time, and Friday and Saturday evenings to nights before deciding to move here. The property management needs to be exposed for their lack of professionalism. Hopefully, this gets to the actual owners. If the owners are actually running it themselves in this manner it needs to be disposed of. Take the whole property and throw it away.

My review is for The Alora's (Isola Bella) LAUNDRY facility. The laundry nearest to my apt is closed weekends when I need to do laundry most. It really shows a lack of regard to the residents here when you close these facilities. Why do I have to work around your schedule? And what is the schedule? You don't post in on the facilities door. You can change the name but what if you do one better and CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE to one of gratitude for those of us that choose to live here.

July 1rst , 2022 was my first day being a tenant. My carpet was stinky and dirty, I figured before you move in, that will be the job for them to do before they take your deposit, but instead they show up after you move in, at that time ill do it myself. Not only that, the breeze way, looks bad like no maintenance for years, Reported Friday morning about my door wont lock, because of a push force, which was handled by the police and the security very well, but its the people in the office that dont think when I reported Friday morning that I needed my door fixed, no show ups, so the whole weekend, I felt unsafe as a woman and a tenant. Monday morning I got up , went to the office, ask why no one fix the door yet, excuse, I told the maintenance Friday,. In my head, like for real, my door still aint fix. So the New management that’s in the office, said im gonna have your door fixed today,. That didn’t happen. So again tonight I got to put a knife in the door and my couch in front of the door, just to feel safe as a woman. So now that I have mentioned to them 3 times from Friday to Monday, people beware about these Apartments, research before you give up your money.

This ALOHRA place has been taken over again. It's not Isola Bella or ALORHA it's something else now. They don't take care of the apartments nor the laundry room is open on the weekends.

I can admit that I am a complainer It may have taken time but maintenance has fixed my problems. As a people, and community of renters let's be responsible tenants. We can't blame the staff and maintenance for everything. Thanks to the maintenance man named Sterling he came through on three different calls. He looked out for me

😠 (Update) Honest review. It’s not a luxury apartment. Cons: 1. Mail room was worked on BUT your packages will get lost. Ups, fedex, Amazon, Uber eats etc. If you don’t give exact instructions to the driver your package is GONE. They don’t accept your package at the front desk so mail is risky. The c...

😠 This place is a complete disaster, starting with the staff, rude, lazy and incompetent. 👍👍 I lived in The Warwick for a couple of years as I was finishing up college. Everyone hears horror stories of nightmare landlords who do shady things or refuse to ever repair anything. Not here!
