    Steer clear of this place. One lady in the office is super nice & professional. The manager of the property however should not have the position she does. She is very unprofessional, rude & has a nasty, bitter attitude. I stayed here 2 weeks and enjoyed my stay until I encountered her. The place is being renovated so the upkeep was lacking, but understandable. I'm sure keeping help with the manager there is not easy to do. I noticed several people had reservations but were turned away because the rooms weren't available when they arrived. Hopefully cooperate office take a look into how the manager treats the guest. I would consider staying here again but only if the management has changed. I'm sure she will see her way out the door soon enough. Lady.... The way you talk to people, the guests, is bad enough, but in front of other people, future tenants is as unprofessional as you get. The wrong, but right person will surely knock your teeth out for you, in my opinion, you weren't worth me doing for you.

    Booked a studio @ weeks in advance called 3 days before check in to put my card on file and they have no rooms like I have a whole reservations, the lady laughed and said well there is someone in the rooms. if I had not called I would pulled in with no room for my stay after traveling hours. BAD FOR BUSINESS

    I had to request a clean room because when there is mold present it’s not clean. They are cute rooms and can be clean. The bathtub stopper didn’t work, they fixed but left broken glass in the bathtub. I took pictures. The materials/trash left on the counter. My pink and red makeup travel small bag stolen with essential oils, tweezers and etc, in it. My black leggings stolen. Bottles of my water missing and whoever was eating my chips left crumbs on the floor and counter. Management does nothing but offer to reimburse me for my leggings. Disrespectful and disappointing and rude. There’s a whole on the floor by the window where big beetles and roach came out of. They printers don’t have toner, first they didn’t even print. I had to ask the front desk attendants to print for me. Management never got back with me about key swipes to my room other than me, they ignored so didn’t care because they’re guilty. A concerned business person would have investigated and communicated with the guest for quality assurance. No wonder they were bought out by another company and lost a hotel off Reno Ave.

    My stay at this place was not bad at all. However, there are a few things that keep me form giving it 4-5 stars. (1) There was trash everywhere from the large garbage bin tops being left open. (2) The landscaping could have been kept up a bit better. They cut the grass, but there are weeds growing around the front door areas of some of the units. This really takes away from the curb appeal of the buildings. (3) I got locked out of my unit 3 times because my unit's card lock device would not keep a charge (this seems to be an ongoing issue after speaking with a neighbor who was also locked out once before). (4) They need to have a separate or alternate entrance for those utilizing the gym or laundry so residents don't have to walk through the lobby area with their dirty clothes to get to the laundry or gym area. (5) Last but not least, they need to make sure the rooms have basic necessities like sheets, shower curtains, and towels before the guests are assigned to their rooms. I hope they take this constructive criticism to heart because it will only make the facility a better place to stay for future customers.

    If I had a choice, I wouldn't give it 1 star. Horrible, lazy and inattentive management. Filthy room, infested with roaches, even after fogging. Huge blood stain on the carpet and an air filter that looked like it had been in there since 1980 or before. Avoid this place at all costs, please!

    We are here for a little over a week and I booked 2 different rooms, one for my husband and I and one for my dad who is a senior. We got the efficiency King that included a full size kitchen. It had everything you could possibly want. The reason I did not give a 5 star review is our toilet got clogged while we were here. It was draining very slowly from day one. The outside is nice enough, but they definitely need to do some maintenance on the light sconces and lanterns (more like replace them completely because they are leaning). Overall, the room was nice, the bed was comfortable, and during Covid-19 they will swap out sheets and towels, but there is no room service. The employees who work here were friendly, but I was a little irked at being given the run down about no parties and signing the rules addendum when a party was CLEARLY in full swing from about 11pm-2am Saturday night in an adjacent building. It may not be a good idea to make assumptions about who you think may party, because the ones who were partying appeared too young to be able to get a room in the first place. Nonetheless, I still got a good night's sleep and was up and ready for church the next morning 🤦🏽‍♀️. Overall, good place, but you may want to avoid on the weekends or just find a traditional hotel if you do not need an extended stay situation.

    The manager and her Csr are amazing! The property is clean and well lit. The apartments are spacious and well maintained! We love living here!

    I am overall pleased with my stay here, had a couple hiccups but all got worked out. What you are getting is great for the price, updated appliances, comfortability etc. I like that they are for the people and not just the money. I give my hats off to Alonzo and Veronica, good people.

    Great place but was not a good check in! We arrived at the hotel at 9:30pm. I'd advise the hotel we would be late sometime after 9. When we got there they did not have a clean room. The front desk clerk said that it was only 2 people working at the time. His self and one housekeeper. He told me to come back on 30 minutes & it would be ready. We came back at 10 & was told that it still wasn't ready. We'd already driven 5+ hours after getting off of work & was ready to go to bed we were told again it would be about 20+ more minutes. We finally just told the front desk clerk we were going to get something to eat & would be back. He said he would call when the room was ready. At 10:30 I called the travel agent, they spoke with the staff who told them the room was confirmed & would be ready when we got back. We didn't check in until after 11pm. It was really frustrating. To have to pay full price for a room that they had extra time to get ready. As we were waiting at 11 to check in an alarm was going off in a room & the front desk clerk was on the phone with someone telling them that it was an alarm 911 going off & he couldn't make it go off. He talked to this person sor several minutes with me standing there. He ended up putting them on hold, checked me in & returned to his call the whole time the alarm was still going iff. Outside of the check in we loved the room. It was quiet and not a lot of people just wondering around. I hope this was just a bad day for them bc it really is a nice place.

    I was appalled at how filthy the suites are.. Ceiling fan with cobwebs and dirt hanging off it, trash on the floor, food stuck to the kitchen sink, kitchen cabinets broken with paint chipped off many areas, toilet plumbing filling up constantly, had to actually turn it off. Air handler defective, rattling like a 747 airliner. Upstairs window AC so close to bed and so noisy you couldn't use it. Cigarette burns on the night stands. Plus the door to the room from outside is so badly fitted that critters have easy access and all your air conditioning is sucked right out. No Mattress Covers, just a thin unfitted sheet between you and the surface of the stained mattress. My list is endless. I moved rooms and it was barely any better. Front desk staff were surly and indifferent to my needs. Ginger who handled my reservation was extremely helpful prior to my arriving, but sadly my complaints on arrival were met with "it's hard to find the staff". Nightly social was a joke, no choice at all and what was there was inedible and I could not believe that at the breakfast buffet the following day the same sour cream and salsa from the night before was still on the buffet along with the breakfast items !!!. This was the worst hotel experience of my life.

    Very friendly staff. Very quiet. On site laundry, gym. 24hr security. Great place to stay for a short time and even better for a lengthy stay. Close to shopping, restaurants and airport. Would definitely recommend🧚🏼‍♂️

    Great place to stay fully furnished with everything you need. Absolutely love the staff they are amazing 🤩 they don't get much praise for going above and beyond for their guests, but they do a great job will definitely be going back after holidays

    I was disappointed in the state of the property, the grounds were dark. The lighting was very minimal. The 1st room smelled like smoke and had some kind of stain on the head board and floor. The toilet howled when you flushed it.The second room was better but security locks did not work and the bathroom door could not open cause it would hit the toilet. The bedding was dingy. The rooms are spacious. I am an Elite member and stayed on points, my card was charged. The staff was kind and helpful and assisted in getting charges reversed. The staff is what i liked most about the property. Security upon my request walked me to my room because i didn't feel safe due to how dark the property was. This property needs a little love and care.

    I was having trouble with the washer, struggling going back and forth to the front desk and back. The lady that worked there today at 10 am she lock herself at the back and don’t help her customers. Later on I come back to the front desk the third time, asking another staff to help me get to her. She said she can see the cameras in the laundry room. The wait was more that 3 minutes for her. Like, “ okay if you saw me in there with cameras and I came back more than a couple times for ask for help, why didn’t you come help me if you saw me on camera struggling?” Your customer service doesn’t make sense, therefore she should be fired. Poor service from her this Tuesday morning, then she says I can’t give you a dollar and 75 cents for laundry when I put the money in already, It does not make sense! It was only a dollar and 75 cents and you can’t even make me shift to the next washer? It doesn’t make any sense when she told me she sees me on camera struggling but ignoring and avoids a customer who needed her service. Therefore you guys should look through your cameras and see how your employees are handling your business.

    I love this place been here over a month and Veronica is literally the sweetest person ever, she goes above and beyond for you. The maintenance guy I think his name is will also is amazing he always makes sure he listens to what you need and get it done asap. Tiffany at the front desk also is always so sweet and friendly.

    This is a great place if you’re looking for an extended stay. The setup here is more like an apartment complex. I’m in a studio unit and it’s very spacious. Veronica was very helpful getting us checked in and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful as well.

    Siegel Suites has been a great experience. From the moment I walked through the door the staff made me feel welcome and important. The rooms are very big and completely furnished. The wifi is super fast. It's very quiet. I was actually looking for an apartment but after staying here a month, I'll stay for a little longer. I highly recommend this place for short and long term.
