This place far exceeded my expectations! I have stayed at several La Quinta brand hotels over the years and this one was luxurious almost. With pristine rooms and amenities you wouldn't believe. The continental breakfast was stellar! Waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, bagels, cereal, yogurt, juices, Danish, etc. It was a smorgasbord! I was super impressed. Oh and they're pet friendly which is good for our little furry friend, Winston. Highly recommend.

The only star in this review is because the staff member on duty is incredible. This hotel needs some serious cleaning maintenance. I've also spent days on a fishing vessel so let me warn you I'm usually very chill about these things. The first room I checked in was disgusting. Like, actually disgusting. It hadn't been swept in a while and there were many crumbs and there was a ton of weird stains on the wall/floor ESPECIALLY BY THE BEDROOM FLOOR. Also hair in the bed. The furniture shows a lot of wear and tear sure and that's natural and I would've excused it except for the disgusting stains. The worst part is - I went to the front desk - again so lovely and helpful, she checked me into a different room that was half as disgusting. That, not to mention the fact that bed bugs were mentioned 10 and 6 months ago are a problem-- it shows that yeah a difficult problem went months and still showed up. That with the rest of the cleanliness issues and I could not. I typically love la quinta. And I should be getting a refund from the front desk, again staff is great. Idk if i just had bad luck but i went to a different hotel. But this was a seriously poor experience from a genuinely normally chill traveler

Very nice hotel to stay. Beds and pillows felt very good. I wish the force of the shower was a little bit stronger. They had a coffee maker in the room but no water to make the coffee. So I'm assuming you have to buy your own water for the coffee maker. Although you can get coffee from the complimentary breakfast downstairs. Which was very good. Big variety of food to eat and beverages. I will definitely stay again.

The La Quinta Inn Suites by Wyndham in Oklahoma City didn't disappoint. The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, and the colors popped in the room. The artwork was phenomenal. I slept like a baby. When I'm in Oklahoma City, I'm staying at the La Quinta Inn & Suites. 🔥

Stayed a night here, customer service at check in was mediocre not happy to be there. I woke up in the morning and called the front desk to ask when breakfast ended. Which followed with a phone call back stating we were not in the system. BIll hause manager then rudely hung up on me after I told him they took my money. He then was at my room door when I opened it which he seen my naked wife. I'm absolutely furious with this place never before have I been accused of what "stealing" a room.

The service was great! The General Manager was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel grounds are great and the lobby is really nice. The area isn't the best. We had been on a roadtrip for a few days and needed some space apart from a general room so we upgraded to a (sweet) suite. The suite was a odd. The living room had too much empty, unused space. Just a TV, a desk, a chair and a pullout couch. It needed a table or a bar or something. Also throughout the space, the tiles were separating, creating large exposed crevasses. I stubbed my toe a few times. The bathroom was nice, but weird because it had 2 shower options (a tub with a shower and walk in shower). Both right next to each other. We could shower in separate spaces at the same time. The toilet was in it's own room with no mirror. Weird. Would I come back? Meh, probably not only because I never find myself in Ok City. If I do, I'll just stay in a standard room.

We stayed at the La Quinta in Oklahoma City OK at the suggestion of friends...and now we know why. This is a very nice hotel. The staff are all so very friendly and helpful! We were so pleased. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. They have a very nice breakfast area with a nice variety of items to eat.

My stay started out nice but quickly changed, the AC didn't work and I told the front desk and they said it takes time. She explained how to use the AC and After 2 hours of 80 degrees in the room I called back and they put me on hold and never got back on the line I eventually hung up. It was a hot, miserable night. I didn't call back because it was late at that time. Definitely will not ever come back

What a fantastic place. We are moving across country so we are tired at the end of each day. We use Wyndham because of their wonderful pet policy. The extra bonus was todays check in when Kara went out of her way to make sure that out truck and trailer we safely parked. Then Michelle did a fabulous job of getting us checked in with a room on the ground floor making it so easy with our dog. I can’t say this enough, to be able to check into a hotel room and your first encounter treats you like family. This room is so nice and we not only recommend this hotel but it will be on our favorite list. Thank you Kara and Michelle. The Petersons and Corgi Logan.

Poor customer service lead to an awful experience upon check out. We recently stayed with the La Quinta OKC airport. The hotel was lovely and the room was nice and clean. However after my interaction with the general manager BILL HAUSE - I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. When a concern about billing was brought forward Bill was ignorant and dismissive. Going as far as throwing his business card across the counter at me to show ‘I am the general manager’. As a manager of a hotel his responsibility is to resolve and manage issues and concerns with care and grace. His inability to speak to me in a calm and appropriate manner was appalling. I have never had a person in leadership treat a customer with such disrespect and contempt. Needless to say he did NOT handle the concern in an appropriate or reasonable manner. I left the hotel feeling feeling extremely frustrated. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone if the management continues to operate in this capacity. Bill Hause was rude, dismissive and showed little to no care regarding my concern or to be honest - anything other than himself and his self importance. Too bad because the hotel itself is nice but if the staff and specifically - their leadership - doesn’t have the guests care and concern in mind, it’s not worth the stay.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This is the second time I've stayed at this property. The first time, my friend and I stayed, the reservation was under his name and I paid without issue. This time, Perla demanded to write down my credit card number on a "credit card authorization form" that was just a piece of paper off the copy machine. Not only did I make the reservation online and enter my credit card information securely, I don't appreciate someone wanting to write down my information so that it can be stolen and misused later. I shared that the first time we didn't have to go through all that and she said "well, that person didn't know what they were doing then!" Seriously, that employee was providing excellent customer service which enticed me to return to the property to spend more money the next time I needed accommodations. What was provided on this stay definitely WASN'T customer service and I will NEVER be staying at this property again nor recommend anyone else stay here if customer service is what they are looking for. Oh, once the reservation got changed over into my name, she just handed us the key cards without a thank you, the elevators are down the hall this way, your room number is (pointing it out on the folio), NOPE, nothing. Again, apathy in the hospitality industry is kind of an oxymoron. I'll definitely be staying at a property that appreciates customers, doesn't hassle them, and is courteous in every aspect and encounter - unlike what was received here! Good Riddance !!

The reason for 2 stars was the breakfast! To be fair a ton of blue collar workers taking a lot of food. However, the bacon was almost raw! One of the truckers was polite amd told the front desk worker. She did not care and was borderline rude. The kitchen worker was working so hard to keep up and had zero help. She was nice. This La Quinta is centrally located. It is decent. Showing some wear and tear. The individual that checked us in was friendly.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that lives outside of this area!!! They refused every debit and credit card I have. They claimed it was prepay my chime credit card, debit card, my step card, my Amazon card, and my Varro card because it’s not from a major bank company. The people working there are extremely rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or company to anyone. There is however a very nice Marriott hotel in the same parking lot close to the airport that I highly recommend!

We checked in for a one night stay November 20. When I got up to use the restroom that night, there was a cockroach on the toilet seat. And two more on the floor. I couldn't stand the thought of staying in the room overnight knowing there were cockroaches, so we packed up and checked out at 2:00 in the morning.

So the wife and I stayed while visiting friends. While it's minor, coffee pot not cleaned from previous occupant, and shower floor still had shower gel, what I really had a major problem with was the shrieking from the shower head when the water was turned on towards hot. Even warm enough to shower was met with the annoying sound

The hotel is clean and modern and the location is great, but the rooms are sterile and the staff is surly. Yes, there were problems with our reservation that were not the fault of the hotel, but the employees could not have showed less empathy. They noted it wasn't their fault and therefore all they could offer was a shoulder shrug. Friendliness is not in the employee handbook and they don't appear to be paid for it. Breakfast is the usual powdered eggs and rubber sausage along with the usual pre-wrapped muffins and cold cereal. Skip that and treat yourself to a serious upgrade at the nearest Denny's. Pro's: Location - right off I-40, room size, towel quality Con's: staff, typical breakfast.

We stayed in a one bedroom “suite” because we had our dogs. We’ll we got the space, it was basically a huge open space with a tv, loveseat and 2 small tables. No larger table or chairs. The bedroom was fine but very strange to have a large room with nothing in it. I appreciate La Quinta for accepting pets and the front counter people were very nice. The area seemed sketchy even with several other hotels nearby. People were always lurking in the parking lot. We won’t stay at this one again.

Our room is so big. So clean and updated decorations for sure. Our check in was so easy too. I would definitely stay here again. Bed was so comfortable and quiet.

When checked in the staff was very polite. When I got into the room noticed there was not enough towels so went back downstairs to get more towels and missing remotes for the TVs. I checked the pillows and found one with blood on it and then the floor my son stubbed his toe. I pulled back to couches and seen that it has not been cleaned or vacuumed for quite some time. Definitely was not a clean or cleanly hotel to stay at. And they decide too clean the pool for the entire morning so my son didn’t get to swim at all.

Actually book our room across the way at Tru, but needed a laundry. Was accommodated at La Quinta and greeted by Shelby at the front desk. Very personable and helpful. Treated us as if we were HER guests. Laundry was great. Clean, air conditioned very well and the machines were in great shape. Thanks for the assist! The lobby was very welcoming.
