I am a current guest here. I have to say housekeeping is very nice and attentive when I ask for my room to be serviced. When I checked in, the gentleman was very friendly and welcoming. There has been this older lady working the front desk she is very rude. When I ask her a question, she looks like it kills her to answer it. Why have someone who is not customer-friendly working at the front desk? She hates her job. If she greeted me when I checked in I would of canceled my reservation because no one wants to stay there they feel there not wanted. Please talk to her about the importance of customer service and smiling is part of that job.

Great value and very comfortable bed. The room (suite upgrade) was big and was great, couch was the only thing I would say is not that comfortable but overall everything was wonderful. The service was great and staff was friendly. Much Better priced than 3 mins into downtown.

Very nice, clean, large room. We didn't realize the room had a kitchen with it. For $89.00, it was a fantastic deal. Loved the shower, and so nice to have a laundry room available. And great location with free shuttle to Brick Town. Loved it!

When we reached the hotel, Shay check us in. She was very pleasant and nice to speak to. She even allowed us an early check in, which is always great. The hotel was clean and the sweet was a nice size. All members of staff were very pleasant to be around. Eric was kind enough to show us to our next destination upon this check out. I would recommend this hotel especially if you're coming in with a family and would like to do some cooking or always have leftovers and need a refrigerator

This particular unit had a kitchenette which was nice to have access to the microwave for reheating leftovers from restaurants and cooled off coffee. Nice and clean room. Fluffy towels after bathing and the bathroom was nice and clean. When I was in my teenage years I worked at a Ramada Inn as a Housekeeper. It's not an easy job at all. Some people are pretty sloppy/messy. Thanks very much to the Housekeeping staff. Tell them thank you from us!!! Appreciate them with genuine compliments and I bet you'll have a happier staff! 😊

The hotel was in decent shape, and appeared clean, and orderly. We were in town for the Bocelli concert, and a few other events in the following days. One of the main reasons we chose Candlewood in Bricktown was for its close proximity to the downtown area. The other reason was for its in-room kitchenette. We stopped by the grocery store before we arrived at the hotel, with the intention of cooking a meal or three during our stay. The kitchenware was sparse, the stove was basically a built in hotplate, that sadly, was inoperable. We requested for our room to be serviced with clean sheets, and fresh towels. In addition, we asked if the "stove" could be looked at, and possibly repaired. No one ever showed for any of the above. I was told by the front desk in order to get clean towels, I needed to go to the front desk to pick them up. When I went down to pick them up, I was asked to bring the used towels back down😳. I'm not trying to deter anyone from staying at this particular Candlewood...I just hope the establishment recognizes the few bumps in the road, and addresses it. Continued success.

Great location, good prices. Stayed here last month and it went well the first night but the next day I encountered an infestation of tiny black ants on our 2nd floor room. They were all over the desk and wall and my babys bag on the desk. The lady working didnt seem surprised either. Also the night clerk made me show my ID to get an extra towel ?? Never had that happen before. Was upset and didn't stay our 2nd night.

My stay was short but very comfortable. The shuttle to bricktown running until 3 am was also very appreciated and I’m glad to see this hotel doing their part to make it easy to go out and have fun without worrying about DUIs or anyone having to be left out to be the DD. The room was very clean and the bed linens were very comfortable. I also liked that when I did my typical checks along the bed seams for bugs I found none and the bed had multiple different liners on it to keep gross things out of the mattress. Check in and out was a very simple process as well and front desk staff were very kind and helpful.

Rooms are adequate, nothing fancy. Well appointed for a work trip. Have small kitchenette. Good beds and pillows. Have a shuttle to near by attractions. The only negative is the smell. Our room smelled like strong cooking odors every time we walked in. After a bit you got use to it, but it was there every time . Must be in the carpet or drapes.

Rooms were not super clean for spending 170 on one room for one night with 2 beds. That's insane. At least they allow pets. Beds were comfortable. But they need to clean better. The walls were filthy and the towels had black fuzzies all over it. The rug looked like it's never been washed. So many questionable spots.

Stayed at this property last night and I was running late so i called the front desk and added my daughter to the reservation so she could check in. Check in was seamless and front desk attendant was nice and personable. Room was nice and front desk attendant arranged for the shuttle to take us to the paycom center. Will stay at this location again.
