We were not really impressed. There were shady characters in the parking lot. Rooms were decent and pretty clean but after lifting up mattress to check for bed bugs found some drug looking stuff under mattress :( see pictures. Blood on curtains. Staff was very nice tho. Prices were good. Cleaning staff need to take better attention!

Right off the highway, convenient to restaurants and shopping (if needed). Arrived somewhat late and left around 8am the next morning. Assigned a room on the lower floor which made things easy. Entrance to the motel doesn't have automatic doors, getting in and out with the luggage porter cart is a bit cumbersome and the fact that the area around the front door and the parking lot is on a slope, be sure you have a good hold on the cart if you are taking your stuff to/from your vehicle. Room was small but was all that I needed. The water pressure was okay, but the shower head wasn't adjustable so it was stuck only on the one setting which made taking a shower with long hair a lot longer than normal. There was a "Karen" that was raising all sorts of hell in the lobby after I checked in that you could hear all the way down the hallway. The continental breakfast was okay, I've had better.

The hotel was clean and the room was wonderful. All the amenities were open and working. The weight room actually had all matching weights for a change. I would have given it 5 stars but the breakfast was the worst. The staff left all the grab and go items in their boxes and put a paper bag next to the boxes. There was not any reason why the items couldn't be taken out of their boxes and put in brightly colored bowls or containers on the counter. The staff was just being lazy. Also, it would be nice if the staff wore nice polo shirts instead of their regular street clothes.

We got a room on very short notice. The desk clerk was very friendly, helpful and understanding on what we went through from another motel which was disgusting. The clerk gave us a nice room with a wonderful breakfast the following morning. We give this motel a 5 star rating and will be back.

For the price....very good big room. Bed and shower very good. Most important-Clean. Desk help cordial. Only negative, if you're in a room facing interstate you can hear road traffic.

The service staff were all excellent, from check in, breakfast and cleanliness. But this hotel does not live up to the Comfort Suites standard, and should be rebranded as one of your cheaper hotels. The building is old. The parking is tight. The breakfast area is too small.

The room was large with everything we needed (microwave, fridge, pull out sofa) for our family of 6. Service was friendly, sometimes they seemed a little stressed but it was a very busy weekend. Breakfast was good but the eating area was small. Location is close to a highway, so close access to everything.

It was a perfect location for the reason that I was there. The staff was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning was very comfortable. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Everything worked and the room was clean.

The front desk agent was very unprofessional. We came to OKC for night security, and we requested to check in early to sleep during the day and leave before 4. We were told they could do it, no problem. We got there this morning. She asked what was needed and told her to check in. She told us there are no check-ins till later, and she has no rooms available. She told us she's the one who reserved our room, so I don't understand why it is booked if it isn't available. The lady kept throwing her hands up and was very rude. I will not stay here. There was no need for that type of disrespect toward potential guests.

So the room itself is actually really nice and it had not just the two queen beds that we rented out originally but it also had a fold out bed and the couch for the children. Great value for what we paid on Priceline. The power went out for roughly about 8 hours yesterday and because we did not have a car we opted to stay instead of go across town to a different one. That was no compensation for the lights out because as they said it was not their fault. That made me a little weary of them but when we go to check out I was charged a room cleaning fee which again because I have kids not that big of a deal but throwing around accusations of lice because there was a trash box that was in the trash left me a bit perturbed. Either way I've been banned from there so I don't care much one way or the other.

Mimi, very nice late night host. Helped me out with securing a room, and went above in beyond to allow me to get some cereal and milk. Since I was on foot with truck being worked on.

I love this place. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and I really love the jacuzzi. The rooms are great and the beds are very comfortable. The person at the front desk was extremely nice. The showers are clean and nice. The price was not bad at all for what we got. I would definitely come back here again. Please don't forget to like share and follow for more honest reviews. Thank you so much.

First off, this place is more motel than a hotel. The second first room they gave us had a dead roach in one of the drawers. But the second room was clean. The bed was too hard and it was disappointing that the pool was closed. The room was also always to warm. The air conditioner was not blowing out cold air. The only redeeming part of the place was the shower, which had great water pressure and decently heated. And the complimentary breakfast was decent. Even though the hours were not that convenient. I think breakfast should run at least until 10.30 so those who are vacation like us can sleep in longer. The only thing was the waffles didn't get cooked whole each one was bit off on the right. But they had maple and cinnamon waffle, and it was good.

Room was very clean but it had a slight musty smell and was very dark in the bed area even with all the lights on. It was too hot in the indoor pool area to swim during my stay in summer. The parking lot was small but there is parking in front on the street curb for larger trucks and trailers. All in all an excellent value for the price.

The staff were accommodating. The rooms were fairly clean. We had to rent two rooms and both rooms felt very moist inside, like the floors and beds felt wet. One of the rooms had a funky mildew smell. The pool wasn’t very clean. The breakfast was decent.
