I'm a trucker I've been here since last Thursday & was kicked out because I asked why all of a sudden I had to pay an hour before check out today. The assistant manager flipped out when I asked to speak to the manager. She refuses to let me pay & calls the manager makes a scene claiming I'm being hateful & rude. All I did was say I've never been anywhere where you have to pay an hr before check out. She flipped out. The manager was just as bad her name is Karen 🤣 I filed a complaint with Wyndham & I have a free night & 500 free points. They blocked me from staying in any of the hotels near by as well. Completely uncalled for. If you're black don't stay here. The white lady with the attitude I'm front is a horrible representative of the motel as well as the manager. There's plenty of motels within walking distance please don't stay there. You may up in a bad situation because of the management.

I didn't get my deposit back because the housekeeping wouldn't change out my linens and I had to clean up my husband's hair off the floor with the wash clothes so the housekeeping told front desk all the towels were bad. Liars the staff (housekeeping) are very rude and the customer is always WRONG. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND STAYING THERE OR BE PREPARED TO BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS AND BATHROOM TOWELS BECUZ THE HOUSEKEEPING WILL LIE AND SAY ITS ALL BAD . SO THEY CAN KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT

Our stay was not too bad. But what we didn't like was the housekeeping was very rude to use and we had security always knocking on our door. After my husband talked to the front desk, everything was great. The only other thing we didn't like was random people coming and knocking on our door, and it wasn't who these people thought it was.

First off, the pros...location is great. Its right off the freeway and super convenient. Additionally the price was really awesome comparing to hotels. The bed was comfortable and they have cable, a microwave, and a fridge in the room. All great things. Now for the cons...the room smelled old. There was a hole in the top blanket, the AC/heat unit was somewhat dismantled, and the bathrooms are small. Additionally, the toilet was barely bolted to the floor which got kind of interesting. The toilet fill tube sometimes worked and had to be tapped on to fill and conversely when it did fill, the toilet overfilled.

Well rates are great and area is convenient but as I stayed the second night I started itching so I washed my clothes and that's when the real problem started I do not recommend any one stay here until they actually treat for bed bugs I have never experienced such a thing they were in the bathtub and when I called to move rooms and find how to quitely to report such a nasty bug the lady at the front desk said and I quote ur just now noticing them. And so they moved me rooms and after check out they ask me to leave

I stay here when I come to town. It’s convenient and the rates are reasonable. The rooms are clean and staff is always friendly. They do charge a $50 cash deposit if you pay cash or use a prepaid card but you get it back when you checkout as long as everything is ok in the room and you’re out by noon. The assistant manager (Tammie) is very caring and professional. I’ve never had any problems staying here. There is homeless in the area and around the hotel. They don’t bother me though. It’s everywhere. I travel alone with just me and my dog. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was clean, but blankets were burnt in several places. Paint is peeling very bad. Outlets covers missing. Homeless people walking around everywhere. NO TRUCK PARKING. Poor overall maintenance. While sitting on toilet the exhaust fan cover flew off and hit me in the head.

Bad location but rooms were surprisingly clean and nice new wood panel flooring. Clean linens etc. Front desk clerk was young girl who was beyond nice and helpful. Foreign man the next morning who also works next door was very short with me and rude.

A very nice surprise. Room clean with ammenities Included . Even laundry, breakfast, privacy, cordial and helpful staff, and even small business center. Yes there are homeless walking about but is totally the area Not the motel. Which is why it's the diamond in the roff. And hence the nice surprise. Maintained but courteous. I'm

Tammie and Pedro were helpful, kind and on top of any task brought to their attention. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast they offer is good and filling. I'd recommend this hotel for the price and the services.

Very decent room. Comfortable bed. Very quiet surprised by that for sure. Easy on and off interstate. $30.00 cash deposit. No microwave or fridge in room.

The people were rude and acted as he was being bothered by having to do his work. The bed in room 107 was broken we had to move some bed rails in order to sleep. Both beds were the same, having broken pedestals. Shame on Wyndham chain for having them being part of the chain.

Rooms are always cleaned daily. They do serve breakfast but it’s literally right next to Denny’s so you can walk there for a higher selection of food.

It was a little better than expected. Clean room with a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Nice free breakfast with a waffle maker. Only issues were no hot water when I got there. They quickly fixed the problem. I saw one roach in the bathroom. And they make you leave a $50 cash deposit. But for the low price I don't expect perfect.

The customer service was great. The room was horrible and the location was horrible. The location was full of street walkers and homeless people. The room was dirty and nasty, the desk chair had bodily fluids on it and the floor boards were coming undone.

The manager here was extremely rude. I had question about the website. An he refused to answer anything. On top of that he said he was sick out in front of everyone in the lobby. After I asked him to show me where it says that prepaid Cards are not excepted there. If I would have known that I would have never stayed there. I also looked at his web site an no were in there dose it say prepaid cards are not excepted. An he said that it dose. I asked him to show me on my phone an refused to help me. Awful service here.

Pros: Breakfast was pretty good. Cons: Non-smoking room smelled like someone was standing in the room smoking Hard beds but we made due Dirty floors Small rooms Front desk 2 people gave us the wrong information about the room 3 times to turn out to tell us we would have to pay 160 more dollars just to stay 2 more nights after telling us it was 88 then 90 then with the 160 plus our 50 deposit we already paid

Amazing service from the staff! 1 star les because of the amount of homeless people around the area. Makes one feel unsafe to leave the room.

Clean nice comfortable rooms. There are definitely some crazy people around at night so just be careful. But I've never really had any problems

Not a bad place to stay. Rooms are nice and the bed comfortable. Showers could use a bit more pressure. The breakfast was decent with fresh waffles.
