UPDATE: I guess the owner finds it ok to have inappropriate staff members touching children they way that they do. Thanks for your backhanded comment back to me. You obviously do not care. And trying to say you are not in the stick removal business is highly inappropriate on your end as well. Are you an adult or child? You obvious do not know to properly train staff or talk to human beings. Maybe it's time for you not to be so entitled and grow up. Grown adult staff members should NOT BE TOUCHING OR PICKING UP CHILDREN THAT ARE NOT THEIRS. IT'S WRONG AND DISGUSTING!!!! I'm glad this gets to be online instead of facebook where you can delete things you don't like to see because I'm guessing you have been handed participation trophies your whole life. Please stop letting yours staff put their hands on children and learn to not talk badly about people while on the dang job. You obviously need a lesson in manners as well. This should be a fun experience for families and they should not feel uncomfortable around staff while they are there. Please reevaluate how you are running this business and how you are handling comments that you don't like. I love how there Facebook deleted my post and blocked me like that will stop me lol this place was a joke! If you can't take negative comments maybe your doing something wrong... Especially when i have read other reviews about this issue of your elves being rude, and you then proceed to write back to the customer being rude to them. Maybe you need to reevaluate things if customers are saying the staff are rude. And reevaluate yourself as well.. We went there with our school kindergarten field trip and the elves continuously talked bad about our children and all the adults. They were rude. One elf I found highly inappropriate towards my own child. She was in charge of the bouncy house snow globe. She seemed to have favoritism to my child and when it was time for everyone to get out and let more kids in she continued to let my child stay in and do whatever he wanted inside the globe. I told him to get out she then called me mean ol mom, and told him he didn't need to listen to me. When he got hurt in the globe she picked him up and hugged him and was just being inappropriate in my opinion. That's my child and she should of sent him to me immediately as I was standing right there watching everything. Afterwards she still continued to hug my child when asked not to. She was out of line and did not listen. I honestly would not waste money on this place. You honestly can't take criticism well. Lol

The kids love it, what else matters? It hasn't been the same since moving out of Cross Roads... This year was a big improvement. Real reindeer are back and the kids loved shooting the Grinch with nerf guns. 2 stars because our tickets, which were purchased through ticket storm, had the wrong address. We ended up in the middle of nowhere, and when we called the OWNER he laughed. He acted like we were lying, said he's sold over 4,000 tickets and that's never happened. I don't care how many tickets you've sold, mine had the wrong address. Would be 4 stars if the owner would have shown a little professionalism. 5 stars if the storage area leading to the restrooms didn't smell like an ashtray. Smoke outside.

Great time! Fairly well organized and each station was well manned. If I had to make one suggestion, a larger coloring area.

Ridiculous! Paid $60 to do NOTHING because there were no clear lines for any of the activities. The space was entirely too small. We could NOT find where the line to meet Santa Claus was. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT FOR LONG PERIODS IN MESSED UP LINES WITH NO CLEAR START OR FINISH.

North Pole Adventure is a Christmas interactivity attraction filled with lots of Christmas-themed decorations. The staff are dressed as elves and other “helpers”, and their job is to ensure your children have a great time. There are centers and rooms, such as the Post Office, where kids are encouraged to write letters to Santa, an Elf Clubhouse, where they can play games, an Elf University, with desks, and a Snow Room, where they can have an actual snowball fight. They can meet Mrs. Claus and have a cookie and milk in her kitchen. There’s a stable, with an animatronic Rudolf that talks to the kids; a giant snow globe for jumping and bouncing; Santa’s workshop, where elves help them build their own yo-yo; and many other activities. Parents have plenty of photo opportunities. Near the end, they can meet Santa. The cost of the adventure is $15 per child/6 months and older. One adult is included free per child. Additional adults cost $6 each. Included in the price are all activities, one cookie and milk per person, and one picture per child with Santa. Overall, my five and nine-year-old enjoyed this attraction and this is the appropriate age; I would not recommend for pre-teens or older. Although the kids had a fun time, and it was worth the $15 per child, I personally didn’t like the printed wall decorations or the bored attitude of some of the staff. However, I would still recommend this attraction because the kids love it and Mrs. Claus, Santa, the woman in the kitchen with the cookies, the snow room, and just giving the kids a chance to have a fun Christmas activity is worth the chintzy decorations.

My girls loved it! It was really fun for them. I kind of think it's a little expensive for what you get to do and the descriptions make it seem more than what it really is. We did get a free great pic of them with Santa for free. You get 1 adult with child admission but for $18 you expect a little more or even build a little different toy.. I'm not sure we go back as we are looking for adventure and I don't feel it's enough to visit twice. The staff was super friendly and that definitely makes a difference!

Gave only 4 because of the cons at the end. It was a very cute experience. I would say geared toward ages 2-7. You get to color, make an ornament, make a toy, play on a train, sit in an old sleigh, play in snow/snowball fight, shoot grinch with nerf guns for stealing presents, photo op with Grinch and Mrs. Clause, jump in snow globe bounce house, pet a real reindeer, get a keepsake picture with Santa (Santa is picturesque, red cheeks and all) warm chocolate chip cookie & milk. You could go back to favorite thing and play some more, so not rushed. Elves are young workers so you have to ask how to do some things, but very friendly. Only cons are no bench’s for parents except by snow globe. No sanitizing being done. They have about a dozen coin operated rides (old grocery store type) small kids loved those, they weren’t being wiped down. Flu & RSV season👎🏼 Cloth diaper changing pad🤢 That’s not sanitized in-between either.

extremely over crowded. waiting in line was the worst part. setup was very disorganized and confusing. kids couldn't color at all because all the crayons had been destroyed and i asked if they could put out more but they were not willing to put out any new crayons. disappointing. but the kids did like the snowball pit and the ornaments they got to make and the free cookies and milk. not really worth the money though 😕

Not really impressed with this place nor the fact that we spent $40. It seems a lot of things were included with the price but we didn’t receive half of what was listed. Every worker we encountered was rude and I observed multiple ”elves” whispering and being rude to children that were in attendance with special needs, as a special needs mom, I don’t appreciate knowing children aren’t accepted at the North Pole Adventure for being different. Absolutely disappointed that I wasted my money on this.

We went Sunday. It was a mad house. Lines were long. Kids were pushing the babies out of the ride ons. Almost witnessed a few fights between parents. Finally got to the snowball fight and one kid was getting kicked. My 6yr daughter took snowballs to the face within close range and didn't even want to play. We skipped the globe cause my daughter was then scared. We didn't get cookies or see Santa. We go every year and this was by far the worst experience. Wasted $45. Employees had no control over the chais. If it's super busy do yourself a favor and skip it. Not worth your kids getting hurt by other kids.

My kids had a great time here. We walk in and it is just huge and empty. But we didn't realize just how big the place was! First stop was to an Elf rest stop. There was elf sized beds and some toys and games. Then the kids got to write a letter to Santa. Then there was a section where you "board a train" and get off in a "snow" filled room. The snow feels very strange. But the kids were loving it! They got to play in the snow for a while then we had to get back on the train. *WARNING* the fake snow makes the bottom of some shoes very slippery. A woman was holding her infant and slipped and fell on top of her child. Then there is a couple of real reindeer there for the kids to see. You get to color a picture and have cookies and milk with mrs. Clause. Then theres the toy factory where elfs help the kids make a yoyo. Theres also a station where you fill out a bunch of info about your kid and they print it on a "honorary elf" card. Then theres pictures with Santa! I believe you get 1 free picture but any copies or other poses are extra. Then there was a small train ride and a signature wall! It was so much fun. I know I'm leaving some things out, but it was a lot to do and see!

It was actually pretty cute...I definitely want to go again on a year with COVID...it looked like they usually have more activities that weren't available. Included in the cover you get a custom ornaments with your name warm fresh baked cookie and milk, kids color, maze, pet the reindeer, story time w Mrs close a picture with Santa, send Santa a letter and various photo areas. Definitely caters more towards younger children.

We had a lot of fun and found it reasonably priced for our family of four. Grinch was the standout by far. He seemed to be genuinely enjoying himself too

Wow! This place is amazing! 😍 We were in town visiting a friend and decided to take our toddler and baby. Everyone was so fantastic! We had alot of fun, everything was very clean, and they had the best Santa we've ever seen. Santa approached my husband and asked if our daughter was afraid and when we told him yes he actually took the time to talk with her and did his absolute best to make her comfortable before the picture. The cookies and milk at the end are so good! It is worth every penny and it's also the most reasonably priced Christmas event I've found.

We had such a blast !! This was our first time. The staff was very helpful. My daughter has autism and the staff was gentle and patient.I love how they let my daughter get in the train ride 3 times she loved it. My son loved making his ornaments and playing with the snow ❄️ & then there was pictures with Santa !!! && warm delicious cookies with milk at the end. Amazing the lady that gave us our cookies has such a big smile and was very kind. I can’t wait to take them again.

Family fun night was great North Pole adventures. My kids loved the snow room and of course the reindeer. I think it's definitely worth the money.

We absolutely love North Pole Adventure! It is a family tradition to go every year since my first born was little. It's a great place for kids! Tons of activities to do. It is a little busy but so worth it! Also tons of photo Opportunity.

Don't waste your time. This place is chaos. Packed like Sardines. Surely they are violating their max occupancy. Essentially I payed 20 dollars a head to stand in ridiculous lines with no organization, for my children to interact with subpar attractions. FYI, get your children to use the restroom before coming here. I could not locate a public restroom. And if I did I can only imagine how filthy it would be.

This is a fun activity for the family. They have a special day for families that have children with disabilities. They always treat us so kindly and the cookies are delicious. The kids have fun making their own toy they can take home. They have fun with the grinch and get a photo with Santa.

This was the most unorganized event I've seen for kids. I would not recommend this experience to anyone. I seen the owner had her this stolen but still deciding to open with hardly anything for the kids to do. Best part was we made ornaments that we can keep from our kids.

This magical place has lost some spark over the last few years. 2019 was our 3rd time going, we missed 2018 so not sure of that's when they moved again, but we loved this place so much that we were so excited to go again and share this experience with our 11 kid visitors from out of state. Unfortunately so much has changed that its lost a lot of his warm and inviting atmosphere. The computer letters were really disappointing because christmas is all about that letter to santa and the little kids were unable to engage in that activity at all. At least with letters they can write their name or scribble their cute little version of a note to the special man. I love that the santa hasn't changed but the scene was dark and the picture quality was a joke this season. The best part was by far mrs clause who was so warm, friendly and inviting. Unfortunately the only other staff that could be classified that way was the Santa workshop elves who also did Amazing. The kids all got a stuffed animal to keep this year that they 'made' with the elf. I do kind of miss how yall did it in previous years because it gave the kids a little taste of Christmas and sharing that magic with other kids by donating it. I think this was a way of cutting cost because they used to have a wooden toy you made with the elves and a stuffed animal you made for charity but this year was only the stuffed animal. I would honestly give 2 stars if it werent for the fact that I've been previous years and it was amazing those times. I'm not sure if my family will go back next year just because it wasnt as friendly as it used to be. It used to be my favorite thing about the season hitting. I loved the wood floors like we were walking into an actual village/workshop and loved the explanation of the reindeers, yall just got rid of too many of the amazing things you used to have. I've added 2 screenshots of pictures from 2016 to show what it used to be. Now it's just a maze in a warehouse with little to no elf involvement umlike previous years.

We take our kiddos here for various holiday events and it's definitely a neat option. It's indoors, which is great for bad weather days! The staff are all so kind and enthusiastic! There are lots of hands on things to do with a drink and treat included! Best for younger kids!
