I
ordered
a
few
items
for
my
daughter’s
room
between
July
and
September,
including
a
dresser,
computer
desk,
a
chair,
and
a
bed.
I
went
to
pick
it
all
up
today
and
find
the
mirror
for
the
dresser
has
still
not
arrived.
After
bringing
the
furniture
home,
I
unpack
the
dresser
and
notice
the
wood
is
busted
in
a
few
spots
(the
side
of
two
drawers,
the
back
area
where
the
mirror
is
supposed
to
attach,
and
the
middle
leg
underneath
is
completely
destroyed.
Two
of
the
drawers
also
will
not
close
all
the
way
as
seen
in
the
pictures.
Definitely
not
a
dresser
worth
$815.
After
contacting
customer
service,
I’m
told
I
can
bring
it
back
and
wait
another
month
for
a
new
dresser.
There’s
that
but
I
had
to
borrow
a
truck
and
round
up
help
to
get
the
furniture
today
and
customer
service
says
they
could
come
pick
up
broken
furniture
for
a
delivery
rate.
What?
It’s
not
my
fault
it’s
damaged.
It’s
on
your
end.
I’ve
already
paid
and
had
to
wait
for
the
furniture.
I
have
more
furniture
to
purchase,
but
with
that
type
of
service,
it
won’t
be
purchased
from
Mathis
Brothers.
I
will
now
return
the
entire
order
and
will
shop
elsewhere
where
customers
are
valued.
Update:
I
have
responded
as
requested
in
the
company's
response
to
my
review,
and
I
will
give
further
updates
as
I
receive
them.
