Okay… i know I’m from the south, so my expectation of personalities may be skewed to the point where I notice the “lack thereof” more than others… but nobody in this restaurant smiled or looked like they enjoyed their job (or life for that fact). And they were not good “problem solvers” (at least not erring on the side of the customer, that is). Now the food wasn’t terrible…but the first problem was the “all you can eat salad bar” still advertised on google was now a “one trip” that they didn’t tell me about until i ventured up for my second trip after only getting a few things on the first run. (Didn’t want to overflow my plate…although had I known it was a “one trip limit”… then I would have made different choices my first go around). So.. I paid for an extra sandwich b/c i was still hungry. “Skimpy” doesn’t say enough about this place. Remember the old Wendy’s commercial “where’s the beef”?? Well, “where’s the deli meat, Jason!” Plus, they made the sandwich wrong (not using a wrap as ordered). And we didn’t have time to wait to fix it. So we went back to the conference hungry…and a bit put off. But God is still on the throne, so it’s all relative. This is truly a first world problem here.. but jason gets only 3 stars from me. The good news is we are from out of town and won’t have to eat here again. Not a good value for the money.

Gave me an old potato then when I called the h manager was going back and forth about how fresh their food is. Like sir were the one cooking it or nah. But ultimately I was told that they would send me a gift card for the amount that i purchased the food for and haven’t received it yet it’s been 2 weeks and when I call I get the run away. Will not be going here again unprofessional.

Was used for catering to office staff. Serving size was not accurate in the slightest, charged $150 in total for attached photos, maybe $20-$40 worth of product. Will not be using for future events and told our other offices to not use this vendor. Pursing refund with supervisor.

No complaints here. Facility is clean and modern. We came in for lunch right before noon. A bit of a line alas to be expected but it moved quickly. My husbands soup was super hot when it arrived and he got the Amy O’s Turkey Sandwich. It was crafted very cutely (see below). Great experience.

We paid 22.00 for 2 all you can eat Salad bar. That is what we asked for. I don't put a lot on my plate because I go back for more. I went to get another plate and I was told it is one trip only. Why weren't we told that when we ordered? Still hungry. What a rip off. Not coming back here. That's fore sure.

J.D. catered a luncheon with a very important client of mine. I must say, the staff was very professional and welcoming. It may not have been on time due to unforeseen circumstances but the service was superb. I must ask to all those who order a service, be kind to those who are at your service and offer grace. You never know what they might be going through. Tough days and obstacles happen to us all. I even had my incident the same day. GARBAGE Called restaurant in advance for current situation on salads, etc. Upon arriving after calling Jason's deli, was told a bowl of soup and a visit to salad bar would be $15. We drove from Edmond and Moore for family to meet up. Restaurant empty except 1 person sitting. Cashier would not accomodate. Had to eat somewhere we didn't want to. Have been patrons on a weekly basis since 2013. Julio, manager, ambivalent and without empathy. Apologized insincerely. Digusting treatment of regular patrons. Corporate # will be called.

First time there. Ordered cochinita pibil tacos. They were almost cold. Tortillas felt like they were not warmed enough time, felt like they were just taken out the bag. The meat lacked seasoning too. It hurt when I payed the bill for that.

Good apps and mixers up until the food. The food was very basic and bland. It was 5 of us at the table and we all agreed. This is our 3rd time coming, we usually just do apps and mixers. But very disappointed with the actually food.

On prior experiences with Jason’s Deli everything would be 4 to 5 stars. This day our experience at this location I can only give two stars. I got the Zucchini garden pasta, it was cold and the toppings on the pasta were very skimpy. Strawberry short cake was not fleshy made but pulled out of the fridge, perhaps made yesterday.

My husband and I have been taking our family to this location for years. We drive 30 minutes to enjoy the good fresh food. But my last visit at this location will more than likely be my last. It took 20 minutes to make two sandwiches when we were the only patrons in the restaurant. My sons grilled cheese wasn’t even melted and I got attitude from the workers when I brought it to their attention. My chicken panini was dry and cold which is weird considering I waited 20 minutes for it. We got no apologies only rude attitudes. I usually try to give workers the benefit of the doubt but it’s clear these workers just didn’t care. We will be taking the shorter drive to McAlisters from now on.

Great place to eat. Food was excellent. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. I'm a little disappointed that the salad bar is now one visit only. The prices are starting to get alittle steep too. But over all its a great place to eat.

First things first 10/10!!! The food here is amazing! I ordered from doordash but I can say that the staff is super friendly and accommodating becsuse when they were making my order they called me and let me know they were out of a certain item and offered to substitute it with items that were above and beyond what I even paid for like what restaurant ever does that? Just amazing experience overall. The menu and sandwiches are super customizable and very reasonably priced across the board. Me and my wife got two huge meals an appetizer and drink to share AND desert for just under $40 (AFTER DOORDASH SERVICE FEES!!!) I order doordash all the time and this is the first restaurant that has ever done something like that for me. 10/10 would recommend every time.

WEED THROUGH THE FAKE 5 STARS AND READ THE REAL REVIEWS BEFORE GOING! This was our first time here and we won’t be back. How do you have a serve yourself buffet style salad bar but you get one trip?? And not only that, it’s so expensive for that one trip! I got soup and salad for two adults and one child for it to be $45! We could’ve gotten a real buffet for that price. They don’t serve you in any way but asked for a tip on the receipt. WOW! One trip? I’m still astonished. I would pass this place and go to the next place. I was thoroughly disappointed.

Food is pretty good they just didn't restock the atmosphere was nice and quiet but there is a issue and that's where the customer service comes in. The lady that checked us in wonderful he is sweet, now the lady who was speaking Spanish had a attitude and even said some pretty dum things to another Spanish lady. I kinda wanna say watch what you say even if it's in another language because I can speak multiple and so can my mother. The disrespect if I'm being honest. Anyways I moved from Wichita to Oklahoma I interview and also rate food places thank you to the lady she was very nice.

I eat here at.least once a week because it is within walking distance from my job. They have succeeded in getting my order correct once. The edge of the bread is always hard and today i have waited over 20 minutes for a bowl of soup. I only come here out of desperation. They are insanely over priced.

Fell in love with this place from the 1st taste. I had a brother come into town and he asked me to go back here. The bill was decent. Food is like a restaurant in Louisville I loved.

Still the bestest salad bar in OKC!

I gave it 5 stars but had a couple things to bring up. The chicken Alfredo was great perfect taste. The service was A1, i had to steak po boy, great sandwich except the lettuce had cores in it, trying to save a dime. The steak is advertised as medium by steak was well done, it was still tender but Over cooked. Still the best deli i have been to in years we will return.

Cashier (mgr?) seemed put off that we were even there. Meat was cold on a hot sandwhich. Husbands sandwhich had no condiments after specific, simple instruction - cold and dry. No chips after requesting. Ordered fruit bowl to go. They threw 2 green strawberries, 2 pineapple and 4 tiny grapes on my plate - instead of requested chips. We'd been staying in a hotel for 9 days with no power after an ice storm and we drove quite a way to eat here because we wanted something good and comforting and not take it back with us. It was terrible!

I changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star because something has changed here. The last three times I have been to this Jason's Deli have been so disappointing. The first time my sandwich contained so little tuna that it didn't even cover the whole slice of bread, which was stale. I didn't think much about it, everyone has a bad day. The second time they were late with our order and my husband's sandwich wasn't made correctly. It was a Ruben, which was supposed to contain Thousand Island, but did not. The third time really takes the cake. My husband went to pick up the order and was 10 minutes late. He went to the pick up counter and the guy told him that they hadn't even started on the order yet. The place was empty, there were no other orders ahead of us. This was pure laziness. Then he asked my husband what we ordered, which my husband didn't know because I ordered the food. The guys acted like it was a big deal to print out the ticket. Then he told us to wait outside (covid-19 era), not even in the restaurant which a guy and his son we're currently running a muck without masks on.

This place is always so good! From the salad bar to the soups and sandwiches. They still have the salad bar but with glass in front and only the employees can serve you, which I thought was awesome of Jason's Deli to do because their salad bar is delicious!

Not quite what I expected. My bread was hard and stale and the shrimp gumbo had certainly been sitting around for many hours before it was served to me. It was edible but doesn't qualify as even good.

This place is definitely a place for a special occasion.

Put in the same order that I've been putting in for years, 2 Plain Jane's. There is a new manager who has no business being one. She decided, this week, to start charging customers an extra .99 cents for the little muffins which have been free for years. They are very small. It wouldn't be bad, but you can only have 4 baby muffins. They were free last week. This week, because of covid, for some reason, they have to charge you .99 cents extra to put the free muffins in your bag. Jason's deli has gone money hungry.

It's been a few years since I have eaten here. The food was tasty and the service was fast.

Came here for a quick margarita. Small place but very detailed. The theme is consistent throughout the place. All of the dishes seem very well out together. Staff and management seem to be working together well, keeping plates coming out at a consistent pace. Bar menu is just as good as the food menu. Tucked away on 16th, make sure to give this unique restaurant a try.

This was my first time coming here, my family has been telling me about the food for a while. It was delicious! Chicken chimichurri and it was absolutely amazing!!!

Iguana has a great atmosphere and awesome service. Come on Tuesday nights for a discounted tacos that are well worth the $1.75. We come every Tuesday night for tacos before class. All of the furniture and exposed brick really look good together. Also certain beers and margaritas are discounted on Tuesday nights. Very easy to park at.

My wife had the shrimp tacos black beans and potatoes the whole plate was delicious, tacos with homemade tortillas , how can you beat that? You just can't , I had the crunchy fish tacos with the green rice in all honesty the tacos were kind of average. Our waitress Anna was very courteous and friendly. Its kind of secluded but in a way its easy to find 4 stars for sure we will return

I live me some Iguana. The menu has been paired down because of the 'Rona' but its still worth it. I usually have chalupa nachos with steak. Delish. And for drinks you need a pitcher of skinny margaritas. Trust me, go relax and have a drink, you will be glad you did.

Tuesday's were $2 Tecate and Corona. I ordered the Steak Chimichurri with red rice. Overall the steak was really good and rice were great. However, I thought the set up was just okay. Several of the people I was with did like the set up.

Customer service was exceptional. Set a reservation. Was immediately seated upon arrival (and given a cool all black COVID mask). The waiter came to us within 30 seconds and took our drink orders. Within another 60 seconds another gentleman brought us chips and salsa. 60 seconds after that our guacamole and queso got delivered by another gentleman. And then 2 minutes later our order was taken. Perfect timing on everything! A truly great customer service experience! The food was exceptional! Honestly the best Mexican food I've ever had. And the prices on food were very reasonable! Highly recommend checking this place out! Can't applaud enough!

Not what was expected or remember it being.

They changed their menu but the food is still excellent. We had our usual fajitas for two and the fresh made guacamole. I highly recommend the elotes as a side. Staff wears masks and they offer outdoor seating. We called ahead of time to see if they have heaters for the outdoor seating. They said they were not working very well but they are fixing them. We appreciated their honesty in telling us that ahead of time.

Two years ago, I rated this restaurant as a 4. Now, sadly, the quality of this restaurant has changed and not for the better. To my surprise all the food we were served was insipid. We had to add salt to everything, including the salsa! I understand having a limited menu during the pandemic, but not lowering the quality of the food. I probably won't go back. Maybe the chef changed? Did it change owners? I wonder, what happened?

One of my fav places for quality Mexican food. Came in on a Thurs. The bill won't break you.

Food was very good especially the Iguana Queso, shrimp taco, and fish tacos. However, the service was a little slow and we had to request simple things like napkins and chip refills 3 times before receiving either. Be aware of surcharges to such as $3.50 for fajita chicken instead of shredded on enchiladas and $2 for tiny scoop of guacamole with fajitas. Overall, food was delicious and very flavorful though.

Overall food was awesome. Unfortunately the customer service was below average at best. Our server was cold and rather unprofessional. Very uneducated on the menu and what was available. When asked about the bar menu, her answer was “we have all the margaritas and two beers” and then when asked how many drinks does a pitcher serve, her answer was “like, alot?” She just need some coaching and guidance and she’ll do great. Management needs to be present help the staff out!

Great food good people

Food was good, but too pricey for the amount you get. I ordered a California Club with chips and a water. I thought I was going to get the bag of flavored chips displayed behind the cashier. Turns out I just got a handful of crumbled plain ruffles potato chips on my plate. For $10. The sandwich was good, but not worth that price.

The staff was friendly and polite and all of the good things. Unfortunately, it feels like price gouging when you pay 9.99 for a salad bar that you’re only allowed to make ONE trip to. Everything else was overpriced, too. I paid $60 for four people to eat at a barely better version of subway. The taste of the food didn’t match the price, for sure. I haven’t been in years, and not that they care at all, I won’t be back.

Ive been waiting to try this place Unfortunately! Unfortunately I was not excited when I got my food. I waited years to try this place. I lived in another state. Got the poboy bread since I'm from New Orleans. I was SO excited to have my 1st taste of the bread since I moved here in March. Driest bread I've ever had! Not fresh at all or left out too long but that wasn't the worst part. My Veggie sandwich had barely anything on it! I paid $13 for stale bread and literally a few veggies. If someone orders a veggie sandwich....it should be full of veggies! Pasta salad and mac are so bland! Potato salad has a nice taste. Just disappointed in this experience. Maybe I just got them on a bad day.

Quality of the salad bar was top notch. The manager heard us ask if they had romaine on the bar, as I can't eat iceberg and he promptly stated they could get me some from the back. And the options on the bar were amazing...so much to choose from! I eat a gluten free diet and they even had a GF option for my panini! Will definitely keep this one on the list! 💚💚💚 PS please open one in Columbia, MO!!

The staff has a tendency to tell you ways to spend more money nicely. Two locations in two states I have observed this practice. "For the Manager's special, can I have a half potato and a side salad for my two choices?" "I'm sorry, the potato doesn't come as an option with the Manager's special. You can have a side salad and order a potato separately." The cashier didn't give any false information but didn't offer to mention that these two items would be approximately $20. This happened to my 73 year old mother in law. Be careful with the phraseology. Sometimes the facts given are not all the information you need to make wise choices.
