Yesterday I order same thing. I go there today the girl in the drive through wanted to argue and be smart mouthed with me saying that the big box doesn't come with a drink and it clearly said ( drink. )

Initally drive through, no response. Drove around, employee locking door, still no response at window.. Unprofessional. Closed lobby at 7:44 p.m. continued waiting for meal. Long wait 30+ mins. Zero stars- service, atmosphere, communication, entire staff shift needs a manager on site. I hope someone else has a better experience at this location.

This is the saltiest, worst for you chicken out there, and I LOVE it! The fries.... omg the fries... I'm pretty sure the colonel ate here whenever he was away from "home". Bahahaha.... Service wise.... STAY FAR AWAY! Went today (10-21-2020 @5pm) doors were locked. I couldn't go through drive-through bc I was driving a box van with a height of 9'2". Their drive-through is 8'2". Very disappointed. This location needs new management.

This is a review of my last 3 visits. While they sometimes seems understaffed, they are always polite and apologize for any wait when you order. Extremely attentive at the window, make sure that you get sauce, honey, forks, etc. Main takeaway is for me is the attitudes of the 2 workers over the last 3 visits. They are in a good mood and don't take that long, even if they have to cook your food as you order. Most recent visit was today and the food was super fresh and exactly right. They are clearly putting effort into this location.

Tried to order two times in two different occasions but something is wrong with this location every time. The first time I went to the drive through and waited for 15 mins and no one took the order, the second time their credit card machine wasn’t working and No signs were posted until I stood in line and put in my order and when went to the window to find out that they are not accepting credit card.

This location consistently provides by far the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Rude, rushing comments, incorrect orders, and food that is not good enough to make up for it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your food. I won’t be back.

Giving a one star because there is no 0 star. Got food from this place before heading out of town. Manager is pathetic. Messes up your order and yells at you if you ask them about it. Sad service.

Zero stars. 20 minutes in drive through. The guy in front if me is probably still waiting. Dined in last time took 45 minutes to get food. WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!! It made me put one star lol. They don't deserve that star.

I went here on 11/15 @1145 to get some sweet and spicy wings. 1st the headsets were not charged so I wait at the drive through for minutes before I drive around and go in. They say sorry our headsets are not charged. No sigh outside or nothing. Then they don’t have sweet and spicy wings. You just opened. You want ghost pepper? No that place is a shame.

I have to eat Cain's again, because this Popeyes is the absolute worst. I've seen everything from drive through speaker not working causing huge lines, running out of chicken, lobby opens as and when it suits, employees smoking directly in the front door, incorrect orders and even staff fighting and using obscene language. It has come to the point where as far as I am concerned this restaurant doesn't exists. As a Popeyes fan I have given it multiple oppertunities but there's always issues. It's such a shame nobody wants to take any pride in this brand.

Showed up one day for my first time ever to popeyes to try the infamous chicken sandwich. Couldn't find the place even with gps telling me to turn because the lights were off (at 7pm, closes at 10) Pulled up to the drive through and no one answered, several people behind me reversed and left, I pulled up to the window to be told that they were out of chicken and their lights weren't working. Came a couple days later at noon and no answer in the drive through again,, pulled up to second window to find a woman on her phone,, she just looked at me and turned back around and continued talking. She never came to the window and took my order or anything.. then seen a worker standing outside smoking and was told that their cook was scheduled to be there at 9am and never showed. So I sarcastically asked if no one knew how to cook? She said no, they were all literally sitting there clocked in doing nothing! I will never be back.

Stay away from this location nw expressway all the lights out sign and menu you cant see waited 10 minutes for someone to talk to me at the drive through only to tell me my order would take another 20 minutes left and wont be back to this location

If I could give no stars I would!! This is the absolute worst place I’ve been to as far as Popeyes goes. I waited 45 minutes for a chicken sandwich and 3 sides, seriously you could give me a lifetime supply of food and I would NOT eat it from that place 😡

This place is clean with a nice Staff the GM is super nice I don't know if she the gm or manager but she was nice. Food hot and fresh so I will be back like always

By far the best Popeyes we have ever been to! The order was fast and fresh and the customer service was outstanding and friendly. Not to mention this Popeyes is the cleanest one I have ever seen! Great job guys. We live in Texas and come to Oklahoma often and will definitely be back !!

Good food, but haven't been in three years because of bad service and now it will be three more years. I couldn't go through the drive though, they said to just come in the lobby....THEN food was left out...

Burnt Mac and cheese to the point where it tasted like charcoal, 2 raw chicken sandwiches, super uncooked and to make things worse I ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos both with fries and I didn’t get one of the fries or the bbq sauce I ordered but was charged for the fries. Lastly the worker was rude and acted annoyed when I ordered. Do your job correctly. I cannot make this up.

Everything I ordered on the menu they didn't have. I only had 3 choices, chicken, nuggets or chicken strips and got lucky that they had an apple 🥧 pie. Every Popeyes here in Okc is horrible, such a disgrace for the company and terrible representation for such a popular place to eat out of LA. They need an upgrade. #disappointedagain..

OK under new management I see because I got my food. Fast Fresh and hot I was like don't. But I Gave them another chance super nice new GM and Is staff and crew are friendly.

this popeyes always has the WORST customer service. i'm sure it was the manager that took my order and her attitude was out of this world. the food was cold. my drinks were all wrong. my son didnt get his fries with his kids meal even tho she stated it'd be an extra $2. a waste of $30 forsure! we got no straws and its a shame because i love popeyes but everytime i go i remember why i havent had it in so long. i couldnt even leave a survey because the store number and time was cut off from my receipt. i would rate zero stars if i was allowed.

Terrible customer service… as soon as I pull up to the speaker, this lady gets on the mic and said “alright come on then!” As in hurry tf up… and then I asked to just do 2 separate orders and she said “I can do 1” but I went here last week and they did 2 orders just fine… this locations customer service is about as good as their reviews online… GARBAGE

most terrible experience ever. there was 7 people working and yet it still took 30 minutes to get a 6 piece of wings and a chicken sand-which. didn’t get a receipt but got asked if they could see it bc they had already cleared the order with out ever starting it. the entire staff looked high as kite which is usually a sign the food is about to be good but i’m scared to even eat what the gave me with how awful their teamwork and communication was in that place. just terrible. also i ordered two chicken sandwiches but the guy was so high he only charged me for one and i only got one. i was not about to rewait in line and watch them make fool out of the kitchen some more. i threw my food away on the way out and wished everyone good luck. TERRIBLE

It would be a zero if I could when I asked my friend to get me some food and he asked if they could make my spicy 🌶 chicken fresh they all started laughing at him like he had made a joke and said they were about to close mind you it’s 9:17 and they close at 10pm I’m very upset my food cold they need to close this place down cause this is not the first time they had me messed up and this will be posted on twitter as well cause Honestly I’ve had it

Stopped by this particular location a few days ago and the staff were all so nice and funny. I ordered a Turkey for the holidays and they gave me cooking suggestions and everything. I told them I would definitely be back! Restaurant was also really really clean and well stocked with condiments, etc.

Best drive thru worker the other night. *Monday the 2nd* Such positive energy that before I even ate the food I knew I would be coming back. Thank you! Food was pretty good. Love the chicken Sandwhich, the fries, and biscuits. The Chicken Tenders aren't quite as good as other chains sadly.

Asked for half spicy on am 8 piece. Got drink red beans and rice. Only NO spicy! Unless they changed their Cajun spices and nobody said anything I guess

This is the worst popeyes locations in the whole OKC. I recently ordered through drive thru. Spent 18.00 only received 3 old dried out chicken thighs. No sides. A box of biscuits. ( I can not make this up). The happy meal only had a spicy leg, no sides. Even charged me extra for the child's sprite. Which was carbonated water only. I saw as of today this location keeps there phone off the hook all day. Waste of time and money.

The food is good here however you have to make sure to check your bag before you leave as sometimes my order hasn't been right.

Just left the store two hours ago so many nice people with smiles on there face. It's nice to see people that love there job because I don't want to cook all the time so I stop here every other day because I love the chicken and my kids do too. You can tell the store is changing clean but for me it looks like for the best the people are so so much nicer and helpful to each other. LOVE THAT CHICKEN FORM POPEYES .WILL COME BACK.

Over the last month or two, the service the food and everything here has greatly improved. I love the ladies who work the front counter and all around. Everybody in that store has a positive attitude and is very friendly.

Always great food

I've been wanting a spicy chicken sandwich for the longest time. I decide I'll go up the street and get one. They tell me that the meat is frozen and wont be thawed for another hour. Its almost 2pm and that's what they are doing?? I ended up getting strips but wasnt the same and lacked something. Extremely disappointed!

We stopped in via drive thru for red beans and rice and dirty rice. I guess they heard red beans rice and "fries" because that's what we got! I was disappointed but my husband ate them... so I guess we're good. We'll verify next time. Good read good and hot... forgot to take pics! Shame on me! LoL

This location is the worst!!! Every time we have been here recently, they always say that they are not taking orders but they’re open. They are all too lazy to work and should either shut the place down or find workers who are willing to work!!!

The food smelt amazing the minute it got in my car, the staff were beyond friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone on this side of town to eat there. It looked clean from the outside and the line was short/quick which is everyones dream!!

Food was good, the girl at the window ( I think her name was Liberty) was very polite and concerned about the customer getting the right order in a timely matter. Not only did they not have green beans for our order but we're out of cajun rice and corn on the cob. When we got home to eat we found we received one biscuit instead of the 4 we should have received. I tried calling them but it just rang for 15 minutes. Do not recommend anyone to use this popeyes.

One of the better Popeye locations in the metro. Typically get my order correct and everything is fresh.

Placed an online order, finally get up to the window only to be told they don't show our order on their screen. The order we have already paid for and have a receipt for, which we proceed to show them. The completely ineffectual manager can only say "if it's not on my screen, there's nothing I can do." He even went so far as to call over another employee and say "do you see anything on the screen?" Not the first time we've had problems at this location. We will not be back.

I feel like every time I've been to this location, they've always been out of what I want regardless of whatever it is. No chicken sandwiches, no mashed potatoes, no chicken breasts, back when they used to have wraps/poboys, no wraps/poboys, no shrimp. Its like they're only cooking up one thing at a time and just hoping everyone will order that.
