This review applies ONLY, to lab testing area. Anyone that’s even done a urinalysis knows that patients need to have clean hands and clean the area before getting the sample. I was only given a cup so, I assumed, as most labs do, the supplies were inside the bathrooms. However, after I get in and checked both bathrooms I noticed none were prepared nor as clean as they should have been. Bathroom one had no cabinet, no supplies, and though the toilet was functional, the sink had no water. Plus, it wasn’t very clean for bathroom hospital. Bathroom two had a cabinet for supplies open wide and completely empty, dirty floors, and the sink wasn’t working either. Outside the bathrooms, I looked for supplies and nothing. They have a working sink outside the restroom you probably won’t see until you’re walking out the way. How can anyone trust the results will be accurate?

This was my first meeting with Dr. Rush and staff. He was extremely thorough, very kind, understanding, and gentle where he knew I hurt. He treated me like I was his only patient. This is rare...But I have found this is the norm for McBride. I am beyond pleased, as well as relieved, receiving well defined answers about my hand, treatment options, etc. I feel like I hit the jackpot... wait! I did! His PA is a gem too!

This is my mother’s 4th surgery at this facility and she has always been in excellent hands. She has seen several doctors, (since 2006) including Dr Taylor and she has always been treated very kind & professionally by all the staff but more importantly, she’s always had great results from her surgeries. We’re very happy with McBride and Dr Taylor!

Dr.Pickrell is very kind and understanding. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, treats you like a patient, and has good bed side manners. All the office staff are great as well..

Dr Middleton was very pleasant to deal with and he was kind to my son. It was frustrating at first because our appointment was at 1115 and we arrived at 1045 per instructions and we didn’t get seen until 1205 and nobody in the front communicated anything. Perhaps if they weren’t so busy flirting with the gentlemen in the lobby it would have been paid attention to that we had been waiting so long.

Dr. Middleton is so good about explaining what he’s doing and really treats his patients with great respect. He’s cared for my hip and he’s been a lifesaver. Very nice staff as well.

Dr. Schick is a great doctor and really wants to help you reduce your pain. He is honest and listens to your concerns. Very professional staff who were very caring towards my questions and concerns. His nurse Cindy is excellent. She always returns my calls and answers any question I have.

Dr Pickrell is very understanding, he listens to what you have to say. Very thorough. I have always had good experience at Mcbride regardless which Dr I am visiting at the time.

Dr Pickrell is so kind, caring & compassionate. I recommend him whole heartedly! He takes plenty of time to ask & answer all my questions & never rushes through an appointment. If you need a rheumatologist, he's the one to see!

Dr Rush is a Board Cert Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Upper Extremities and Hand Surgery. His skill is exceptional and his demeanor is kind and thoughtful. Hand surgery is delicate work and he is meticulous and thorough. I've had great results and reassurance. Blessed to have his care.

Dr. Middleton has great bedside manner and was very personable. He actually said my daughter’s name correctly, which made her feel like he actually cared about her. His nurse was amazing, as well.

If you are looking for a Rheumatologist you’ll love Dr. Pickrell! I especially loved how Dr. Pickrell really took his time to listen to my symptoms. I had a great visit and his demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend scheduling a appointment with him!

The first doctor who took me serious and even looked at my joints as well as felt them move and looked at me as a whole patient not just trying to treat symptoms. The 3 month wait was worth it. He let me cry a moment and was soft and gentle with me. Autoimmune disease hurts big time and I’m excited to see him again. I could just hug him!

My husband and I both have seen Dr. Middleton and he is great! Very caring and took the time to discuss several options for treatment. Nurses and front office were unbelievably sweet given that we were a little late for the appointment, heavy rain was moving in and we had the last appointment. On a Friday! They just smiled and told us not to worry. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The whole team deserves more than 5 stars!

They got us in quick for my son’s broken arm and were able to get him in a cast the same day. Broken arms are definitely a painful experience but I’m glad that my son was able to get the care that he needed quickly so he could start the healing process. Thank you!
