Highly recommend Dr. Funderburk. I had an unusually bad injury and he was concerned that it would not heal properly or even work and he did such an awesome job, he said that I am now about 2-3 months ahead of schedule on getting back to normal routine. Have had a couple of other surgeries by him and all have turned out to be very successful. No pain, no problems. Makes getting old a little easier!

Dr.Funderburke is amazing. He is professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I have seen him in the past for hand problems and he's always fixed me up and the recovery was quick and lasting. I came back for him to help me with my knee. My prior knee surgeon at McBride had retired. Dr. Funderburk reviewed my file prior to my visit and knew the history of my knee. He has a plan in place and I trust all will be well .

The staff is great, polite, helpful. The doctor is awesome. He sits down, talks to me, explains everything.

In a world of busyness, Dr. Funderburk took the time to listen and explain to me exactly what the diagnosis was, how to treat it with surgery and followed up with me. His staff always is very sincere and has wonderful phone etiquette. His staff also is extremely prompt with confirming appointments and/or answering questions, or relaying a message to him. When I first moved to Oklahoma Dr. Funderburk performed carpal tunnel surgery on my left hand. 5 years later he performed it on my right hand. Each time I had a superb experience he is the best!

I’ve been coming to Dr. Funderburk since I was 16 (now 40) when I broke my first wrist. I moved to Austin TX after my second and traveled in when I had my 3rd problem. I’ve now had 3 total surgeries and have scheduled another in November. He’s always been honest and attentive, and I’m still fully functional. Hopefully I will not need another procedure after this upcoming one, but if I do, I’ll be traveling back to Oklahoma. Trust and security in this guy.
