This gym is great. Huge facility, clean and multiple versions of all workout equipment so you rarely have to wait in between sets. Beautiful basketball court, pool, rock climbing wall and racket ball courts... all included. This gym would cost several times the amount where I lived before I moved here. No pretentious health club families and no kids allowed, which is awesome for someone who is looking to workout (and I have kids). Feel lucky to have found this place.

University Health Club has excellent facilities. The health club is free for students. But there is a 40$ monthly fee for others. It has a variety of options to exercise. It has treadmill, cardiac exercise apparatus, basketball and others. There is a nice swimming pool too.

This gym is great with lots of new equipment. The staff is courteous knowledgeable and very professional. Trainers are very knowledgeable on the muscles and target areas that you seek to fix, are extremely supportive and motivational, which is exactly what I need. I highly recommend this gym !!. Definitely one of the better, cleaner gyms I've been to. Only gym I think I have ever been where everyone re racks the weights and in the right place.

This is my go-to gym when I visit OKC. It's clean, has an Olympic lifting room, the employees are helpful, and folks are good about keeping clean since the pandemic. Glad I got a membership here. I wish the barbells weren't so worn (better knurling). 😢

Top Gym in the area. Rock wall hours are stingy, but the gym quality is wonderful. I love the day lockers and the variety of workout equipment they have. They pretty much have what you are looking for and then some. Sauna, steam room and hot tub are nice to enjoy (maybe not back to back!) after a good workout.

I have been a member here for several years. I workout mostly with the weight machines, treadmills etc., and they keep them clean and in good repair. In addition to the wide selection of weight machines, there is a large free weight area, lap pool, steam room and full locker room facilities with secure lockers available. A family membership is around $70 per month.

Great staff, and a great facility! There is so much equipment available that I never have to wait for a machine, even at peak times. The towels aren't the best I have ever used, but at least they provide them. Overall, a good place for a good sweat.

Great gym with lots of options to choose from to get your daily sweat. The only con of this gym is that they require you to have your membership ID on you every time you go. They have the ability to look it up, and staff to do it. Other than that logistical con, almost everything else is a pro. They have all the traditional things, like the treadmill, elliptical, stair stepper, and bike. They also have weight lifting options. They have a free weights area with benches and bars and a machine assisted weight lifting area with the newest machine weight lifting technology. They have two aerobics rooms, one of which has a projector that can play a workout video of your choice. You can choose between Zumba, Pilates, or even Kickboxing, among others. Their aerobics rooms come stocked with bikes, mats, jump ropes, balance balls, weighted balls, and steps. They also have a rock climbing wall, two raquetball rooms, and a full size basketball court. Additionally they offer group classes (included with the membership) and private training sessions (for an additional fee). The staff is always cordial and encouraging. I've never had a bad experience here.

Visited this briefly while my sister had surgery. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to purchase t-shirts from here. I didn't know this place existed. Saw people working out and swimming in a nice pool. Very friendly staff.

Great facility. Not very busy during the weekday mornings. $15 guest fee if you're not a member.

Great gym. The staff are friendly and always available to assist with anything you need. The equipment is very clean and in working condition. There are multiple options available if the gym is busy. There is a pool, rock wall, full-size basketball court, racquetball court, Olympic lifting room, free weight area, and much, much more. This place will satisfy all of your exercise needs. I highly recommend it.

Great place to workout but terrible billing/contract. Be aware of their legal contract they make you sign (it has things that are hidden). Be sure to read through the whole thing or they will get you.. very unfortunate

This is a club for people in and around the OU Health Services Campus. Pool, gym, activities, classes. Great option for winter work outs. There's a fee to apply, a per day use fee but also a fee if you want to use the shower and or towels, per month. There's a cafe and it has stuff most health club dining offers. This is a calm location next to the Harold Hamm Diabetes Center on Lincoln. There's free parking and then there are various EmbarkOK busses thru the area. Most people using this are faculty, staff and students. Some area people use it and then I guess some residents or area business people. The price point is high for the average person. If you have the money and the time off work, this is an excellent location with good if not very good facilities and appropriate accredited staff running all things.

👍👍 Josh, Jamie and Nathaniel are top notch trainers! 10/10 recommend. Me and my girlfriend have had 2 sessions so far. We are for sure feeling the soreness but it feels good. Those 3 guys have us super motivated to reach our goals because they are just as excited as us. The gym can be intimidating but...

👍 It’s a little run down compared to most locations. I don’t know what it is, but it always feels gloomy inside even when it’s sunny outside. The mood is just off. On a more positive note, Planet Fitness is a great place to have a membership with. They offer two types of memberships. The Basic and the...
