They held a Halloween Carnival event. I thought it was well put together, the atmosphere was great and my girls had a wonderful time. We appreciate all that helped put this together so the kids could have a safe space to party in!!

I joined this gym during the summer of 2020 as my personal trainer was working out of here and unfortunately did not utilize the membership due to COVID. I stopped training with my trainer and I attempted to cancel however you are locked in for the full year. I turned in my contract termination papers and unfortunately the contract auto renews without you being alerted. If you do not plan on renewing your membership be sure to set a reminder to turn in your termination paperwork in person. You will not receive an email or notification to let you know that your yearly membership will auto renew. Save money! Don’t be like me :) Facilities are adequate and probably better suited for someone interested in the basketball courts or pool rather than just as a gym.

Santa Fe Family Life Center goes above and beyond to make their facility accessible for ALL. SFFLC provides opportunities for individuals with disabilities and disadvantaged youth to participate in sports and fitness activities. They offer classes that are accessible for all, provide workout equipment for wheelchair users, they have sport wheelchairs for activities like basketball, and so many different opportunities for those with disabilities. Their knowledge, education, and willingness to continue bettering says SO much for a facility. Thank you Santa Fe Family Life Center.

Sadly, they only care about their contracts, policy and money. I chose to work out here at the request of my personal trainer. Although I enjoyed the facility and everyone at the front desk was friendly, when it came time for us to cancel we happened to cancel a few weeks after our auto-renew contract of 6 months. So although we gave notice, they informed us that we will pay the remaining 5 months of our contract because “it’s our policy”. I should add that after Nick said there is absolutely nothing we can do, he then offered to “let us out of our contract today” at just half the cost of the remaining payments. So it turns out there was something he could do, meaning that he could have let me out of my contract entirely, but chose not. This was not sufficient for me as I am no longer using their facilities, they’re continuing to take my money even though I asked for help and understanding with getting out of a contract I didn’t know I had. I thought we had a month to month contract and at the very least I thought we would receive communication before the auto-renew would go through. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this gym. Any business that forces someone to pay a contract when they tried to cancel, give notice, no longer use the facility and communicate - doesn’t sit well with me. Santa Fe Family Life Center only cares about the money.

Went to watch my grandson play basketball. Didn't realize they had elevators, so we went down the ramp with my wheelchair by the swimming pool to get inside, but they showed us where they where located for us to leave. But the people very nice and friendly.

We play basketball here and this is my least favorite gym. The officials are horrible. I honestly believe the make side money from teams. The pushing, hacking, over the back, slapping. It is ridiculous. You will know with in the first 5 minutes of the game who the officials are for. One team will shot 20 free thrown and the other none. They only reff on end of the court but want you to pay 200 a tournament. These tournaments have went down hill and that is why they can not get more than 3 team in a bracket. Do better Santa fe

This man should never ref a kids game again. For years I have watched this guy ruin basketball games. It is extremely clear who he wants to win and he stops at nothing to make sure it happens to include stopping play to touch all up on our kids before free-throws. Videos were made and submitted to proper channels. From now on I will post reviews on here with pictures of refs that are responsible for Santa Fe losing so many teams for their youth basketball leagues. Save your frustration, play at the Hive

Ridiculous to call this place a Family Life Center with the basketball referees who cuss fans and ask them to meet them in the parking lot. There were witnesses and a Facebook live video of it. The referee has the authority to kick a fan out, if they deem necessary, no problem with that, but to cuss them and tell them, they’ll meet them in the parking lot, is totally unacceptable, when the referees should be the ones showing the kids sportsmanship, wWOW, what worthless role models.

Fantastic basketball facilities that has been hosting the elementary league which our son participates. Courts are clean, well kept, bleachers are provided, and the bathrooms are clean. They also have a full service snack bar. If we lived closer we would certainly inquire about membership.

First off this was our teams first time to play in this facility/league. Definitely another step up in competition. Facility wise it's okay nothing special to note. Let me start with the officiating which is HORRIBLE. I read through reviews on here and other people said how they were bad and they really are. Constant hacking, slapping, reaching, over the back, pushing and I could go on. I don't want to hear the same dumb excuse of our officials are certified through OSSAA. They insult the integrity of the game of basketball truly. That's the normal response to anyone complaining. The league switched our schedule 3 different weeks for renovations so we had to play our final 4 regular season games on a Friday night and then come back and play a double header the next morning. Then we played the post season tournament right after that same day. This league does not care if your happy with their service they simply want your money. I will not tell anyone or recommend anyone to come here. Your officials will possibly have a youth injured because their lack of paying attention or caring for the game of basketball. Sante Fe is a joke

SSFLC is a wonderful facility and organization that is so much more than just a community gym. As a wheelchair user, adaptive sports & fitness athlete, and a veteran, they have provided me with so much support and opportunity to improve myself both as an athlete and as a person. The fitness rooms have adaptive equipment that you just won’t find in most gyms and the staff are available & happy to show you how to use all of it. The atmosphere is vibrant and friendly, and your fellow gym rats are always willing to step in & spot you, share workout tips & tricks, or just have a friendly chat. They also partner with the OKC VA to offer adaptive sports clinics to disabled veterans which help build confidence, allow socialization, and manage chronic pain and PTSD. But that’s not all. There are also adaptive sports clinics for the community at large, a weekly wheelchair-based group workout called Push Club, and their new monthly Wheelie Club to introduce kids to adaptive sports. All of these are free and open to disabled & able-bodied people alike (they have sports chairs you can borrow), and I was honored to be asked & allowed to volunteer to help coach the kids and lead the Push Club workouts for the month of April 2023. All of the above is just the tip of the iceberg. SSFLC offers more than I could list here, but their commitment to being the premiere destination for adult and youth adaptive sports & fitness in central Oklahoma is a major part of their overall mission. I would strongly encourage anyone with a disability or physical/cognitive limitation, and parents/family of someone with a disability or limitation, to come & see what SSFLC has to offer. The opportunities to be active and social can be life changing!

Great athletic club in north OKC. I play pickle ball here regularly. They have nice basketball courts and a great pool too. It’s not overly crowded and while it’s an older facility, they e done a nice job keeping it up. Membership definitely saves you money if your playing pickle ball regularly.

I called to cancel my membership in October 2022 and that I did not want to renew my membership. they told me they would “notate the account” and cancel it out in July 2023. I was not told I had to sign any termination form since I was allowing my account to run its full course. Well, I was charged today for the month of August 2023 so I call the location for a refund. Again, haven’t been to this location since sometime last year. I spoke to Nick, who told me they tried to send a termination form to an email account that was not my email and said it was my fault because I didn’t call back to follow up so I wouldn’t receive a refund. What a rip off! So they are keeping my money and giving me nothing in return. As a mom with a recent life changing event, I am livid that they offered nothing for THEIR mistake. Even Nick saw the note in the account, but still said it’s my fault for not calling no back, even though no one said I needed to fill out a form in October. Don’t let this company scam you when you’re ready to cancel and always go in house to complete the process.

My 14 year old joined their Kendo class. Very welcoming. The instructor was very energetic, you could tell he loves his job.

Haven’t experience the actual facility as a whole as far as it’s fitness center ect.. They did a great job hosting my daughters AAU tournament. The facility has 4 basketball courts, a pool, and a weight center as far as I seen.. very nice.. thinking about getting my family a membership there.
