Stayed at Embassy Suites while attending the Women's College World Series with my husband & daughter. Front desk staff could step up their professionalism. Midway through our stay, we were incorrectly checked out of our room. Per a conversation with the hotel manager, staff is to check for ID when checking guests out & did not do so in this instance. The restaurant breakfast staff were excellent. I was asked how often I would like housekeeping and requested every other day. This did not occur, I had to ask for clean towels & for our garbage to be emptied. As I left the hotel daily, the front desk staff rarely acknowledged me or my family. They were on their cell phones or chatting up each other. Simply, they did not greet their guests coming or going. Ive regularly stayed at Embassy Suites, but I will consider other hotels for long stays in the future.

Receptionist was nice and attentive, he explained everything about the hotel (complimentary drinks, breakfast, etc). One of the girls at the bar was very nice. The breakfast was great, and the manager Zahra was very attentive and so sweet. The room was awesome! The best part was the shower 🚿, the bed was so comfortable and fluffy. Overall, great experience. Highly recommended.

Great experience! We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Breakfast is great and I always enjoy the evening managers reception. We also had a mix up where someone accidentally charged some items to our room and the staff was very helpful and understanding and fixed it by the next day.

We stayed a week while visiting family in OKC. Convenient location. Fantastic and friendly staff. AMAZING free breakfast with made to order omelettes and waffles! They also welcome the 2 French Bulldogs that we travel with. My only issue is that parking isn't terribly convenient. There were only 5-10 spaces that weren't dedicated to handicapped patrons. All other parking was behind the hotel. It wouldn't have been a problem had it not been for the 30 mph wind and -25 temperatures.

What this hotel lacks in location, it makes up for five fold in overall experience. The entire stay was memorable. The two free drinks at reception were something more hotels need to do. The breakfast went above and beyond. To the GM-kudos! You should also know your elevators need to be re-programmed. When someone lights the button down, an upward bound elevator will still respond to it. And vice versa.

This is a tough one. The rooms are great. Comfy beds. Clean. Good pillows. The service at the hotel feels more like a budget inn... the mangers "reception" (which is usually a perk) is some chips and veggies. Nothing hot. The 2 drinks are all budget brands I have never heard of (Colonial?). The paper products (tissue, tp, etc) is prison level industrial single ply. Breakfast is good and the ladies who run it are a smiley and kind. Front desk staff is all dressed super causal (t shirts) and nice but not really helpful. Overall it feels closer to a run of the mill Hampton then an Embassy. I think they need to bring in someone who knows brand standards to give this place a kick in the rear.

Loved the rooms, it was very spacious for the 6 of us. The breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel. The only thing we disliked was the pool... you walk in and immediately hit with an awful smell! 😖 the kids got in the pool...it had a lot of hair and was cold.

I travel quite often and when you find a place that really thinks of their customers, it is nice to see. The rooms are clean and surprisingly quiet. The "happy hour" festivities are a nice touch but their breakfast alone is why you should stay here. The breakfast Manager was attentive and very nice. I know where to stay in OKC when I come.

It was alright. Had a balcony room. The couch had stains all over it and the balcony was rugged. I could not sleep because the AC was hardly blowing on “high” and didn’t cool at all. Breakfast tasted like it was from the morning before and reheated and served again. I did like the shower and the free drinks from the bar were nice.

Had a pretty good stay. Got the balcony room that had a great view but it had poor AC quality so once the front desk was notified they promptly upgraded our room. Enjoyed the complimentary drinks as well as after hour food options. Patio area didnt seem to be utilized much but for the most part was pretty well put together. And breakfast was A+ in my book.

We had an excellent stay here. The staff was very nice. Check in went smoothly and quick. As a part of your stay you get 2 complimentary drinks at the bar per person and a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was amazing! So many choices! The room was really nice, smelled great and the bed was comfortable. There's a huge flat screen tv and the bathroom came fully equipped even with a hair dryer and plenty of storage for clothes and even a safe for personal items. We will definitely come back and stay again.

I loved this hotel. The lobby is beautiful and the meeting rooms were excellent. The food provided for our 2 day meetings was amazing!! The made to order breakfast was very good, and the staff person who managed manage the breakfast area was so friendly and cheerful even early in the morning. The front desk staff is friendly and kind. They have a nightly happy hour that is complimentary. Everything about my stay was great. The location is a little challenging because there isn't much that's walkable but you do have a Starbucks and a Mcalister's deli next door.

This place was AWESOME. Friendly and courteous staff. The bar staff was very nice, led by Alex the Bar Manager. The Pub Food was great and with a pretty good value. The breakfast was Superb. The cooks were very entertaining and friendly, as well as, the Food Manager. I don't know what more they could include in the breakfast. The room was Outstanding. Very clean and spacious. Looking forward to spending another night at an Embassy Suites.

This is a beautiful property loaded with amenities. I had a king corner suite and it was really spacious. I wish I could’ve stayed longer to enjoy it even more. The hotel even has an ATM for convenience as well as an extensive breakfast with delicious options. The staff is warm & welcoming and the location is perfect with it being centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go. Kitchen staff is very friendly, engaging & super helpful. This will definitely be my go to hotel when I’m in town.

Very clean, everyone is friendly. The breakfast was superb. The bar food was delicious. I did not catch the bartenders name but he was super friendly! The salmon and salads are scrumptious! The shuttle could run earlier. It starts at 6 and we needed to be to the airport by 4am.

We had a wonderful stay at the Embassy Suites. Breakfast options are plentiful and delicious. It's in a good location for dining out and sightseeing. We would definitely stay at the Embassy Suites again.

I nearly missed out on this fantastic room, but a quick check on ʜᴏᴛᴇʟᴅᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ made all the difference. This hotel was beyond amazing! Very clean, quiet, and safe. They actually have their own hotel security that patrol the property, so I was satisfied. Only suggestion I have for them is to figure out a better system when hotel guests accidentally lose their room key. I felt racially profiled when the front desk asked me for ID just to request another room key even though I verified my name and room number for them. I even told the hotel clerk she was lucky I was able to retrieve my ID in my room because my girlfriend happened to be inside, otherwise I would’ve been stuck waiting for a manager or something. Oh and housekeeping needs TRAINING. These people didn’t even bother to clean our room or give us clean towels until we asked the front desk smh.

We were there for a convention. They were pleasant and professional. The cleaning staff was good and I especially liked the breakfast and Good choices and cooked to order! My only issue was that it took three times for them to get my receipt emailed to me.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Easy location to get in and out of, near Penn Square Mall. Loved the breakfast which was free. They had so many options for food and drinks. They had a cook who made fresh to order items-omelets, French toast, pancakes, eggs. Rooms were nice we had Queen suite so nice to have desk, couch and chair plus large bathroom. Lounge area was nice to visit with friends. Staff were friendly.

Don’t get me wrong as a brand I like and stay frequently at Embassy Suites. This on was less than overwhelming. The shower floor was scary slick, while it may be the style for every thing to looked polished and new that should take a backseat to safety. The food was good in the bar/ restaurant but the single girl working the bar was severely understaffed. Closing the bar/restaurants at 10 pm on a Friday seemed pretty silly to me when there were 20-25 people in there as well.

Check in was not the best experience. Staff was not friendly and acted as if we inconvenienced them. When I tried to take a shower, the faucet handle wouldn't work. Kind of inconvenient to re-dress and go to KY friend's room for a shower. The conference rooms were nice, but we had to wait 10-15 minutes past lunch time for it to be ready. Due to congestion an long line at ladies' restroom, I went to the second floor restroom. Signage there had me wandering around looking for it. Finally found it on the opposite side from where the signs directed.

This hotel worked very well for us. We were traveling with two dogs and had a room close to exits. Check in and check out were easy. They only serve food and drinks from 5PM - 10PM so it was a little inconvenient but there was food nearby. Clean and slept nicely.

The room was extremely clean, which I feel is very hard to find these days! Even in the nicest of hotels! The design was top notch! Every detail was thought of in the layout of the room, especially the bathroom! The attention to detail and thought was impressive!

The wifi didn’t work on the tv. Witch you would think it would because it isn’t cheap. The swimming pool was so dirty it even had insects inside of it …. the floor and pool had hair in it and on the floor… the floor was just as discussing. For it being a good hotel to book in the service wasn’t the best at all. I called the service desk and got a rude answering lady. The breakfast was great staff there were very friendly. Hope your stay is better than mine.

This is as good as it gets for $200 per night for a suite. Free parking. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Service is great. AC doesn’t turn off when you leave the room. Refrigerator doesn’t turn off. Open bar on certain nights. I don’t have a single complaint. Regarding the open bar - I suggest paying a little extra for good liquor. Especially if you’re not used to the cheap stuff.

We highly recommend to stay at this location! The rooms were spacious comfortable and clean. The staff were kind and helpful. The overall stay was perfect for our family of four enjoying a mini getaway. The surrounding area was safe and conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. The breakfast was vast and absolutely tasty! The complimentary drinks during the managers reception were a perk too! Would recommend to families, couples and singles traveling.

Every time I visit OKC I stay at this Embassy Suites. Very convenient location. The breakfast and staff are spectacular. The Happy Hour is always great. Shout out to Ms. Poppy. Amazing Bar tender. My rooms were always clean. I did have a room mix-up once but it was corrected immediately.

Well worth the price we paid for the hotel! Very clean, the bartender and chef in the morning were the kindest men, and the hotel rooms are very spacious for a large family. If you go to the bar, order a grape nehi. The made to order dinner food was delicious and their breakfast is top of the line! We stayed for a wrestling tournament at the state fair park, 10 minute drive and not crowded for the event (like the other hotels) at all! Highly recommended.

I have never been so impressed with my stay anywhere before. They are all about the guest here. Clean beautiful rooms. Very updated and spacious. If I were traveling for business, the King Suite layout is perfect. Lots of places to "plug in." They have an evening reception on the lounge with complimentary finger foods and drinks. Breakfast was not only above par but impressive. Made to order eggs, omelets, pancakes, waffles, and more. Along with several options for potates, protein and more. Also the location has lots going on! Thank you Embassy for the GREAT stay!

This hotel is so beautiful and clean!!! The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to appease the customer. The food was so good and the food service personnel are very friendly and try to accommodate customers. Best hotel I have ever stayed at, I highly recommend staying here, they deserve 10 stars.

Easy access to the interstate. We had a balcony view room that overlooked Lake Hefner and you could watch the sunset. I would definitely ask for the Lake Hefner view so you can see that. The shower was nice and the room was clean and spacious. The bar downstairs was busy and there was snacks like chips n salsa, fruit, etc.

One of the best hotels I have been to. It was big and roomy, and super clean. The customer service was excellent! The breakfast was free and delicious! They do have a pet fee of $75. The area is really nice. Good for families, couples and business trip. I highly recommend.

Our hotel stay was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the 2 free drinks at the bar for each of us and the complimentary breakfast was amazing! So many choices! The room was really nice and smelled good. There was a big flat screen tv and the bed was comfortable. There was even a hair dryer in the bath room. That's a nice touch. Everything was clean and great quality. My only complaint was that the pillows were too squishy for me, but that's just a personal preference. We will definitely come back again.

This Embassy Suites is the most excellent 3 star hotel I’ve ever stay in. The rooms were wonderfully clean and the comfortable bed and pillows were very welcome after 2 long days. I loved the balcony; that’s hard to find anymore. The staff was excellent and extremely friendly - also not common anymore. The Breakfast buffet was super and, even though I didn’t use it, it was nice to know I could go down to the bar. The rooms were very thoughtful in their small touches. I was very impressed and I’m usually a 4 star minimum hotel person.
