I
went
to
tan
on
Sunday
and
was
told
that
I
had
canceled
my
account.
The
staff
told
me
they
were
unsure
what
was
going
on
and
I
would
have
to
call
on
Monday
which
I
did.
The
young
lady
that
I
spoke
to
in
customer
service
told
me
the
same
thing
that
I
had
canceled
my
account
on
the
previous
Wednesday,
and
that
I
would
have
to
speak
with
a
supervisor
and
they
would
call
me
back
within
48
hours.
72
hours
later
I
had
not
received
a
phone
call
so
I
called
customer
service
back
again
today.
Again,
I
explained
the
situation
to
their
customer
service,
and
that
I
didn’t
understand
why
they
were
saying
I
had
canceled
my
account
when
I
had
not
and
they
had
debited
my
monthly
fee
out
of
my
Bank
account
on
the
first.
After
being
placed
on
hold
for
about
10
or
15
minutes
the
customer
service
young
lady
came
back
on
the
phone
and
said
that
the
manager
at
the
89th
and
Western
Store
had
banned
me
from
that
location
and
I
was
banned
from
ever
go
into
a
glo
tanning
salon
anywhere.
To
say
I
was
shocked
and
offended
is
an
understatement.
When
I
inquired
about
how
I
could
be
banned
when
I
have
always
been
polite
and
courteous
to
their
employees
and
other
customers,
never
damaged
any
of
the
salon
equipment,
never
cause
a
scene,
etc.
all
she
would
do
was
repeat
the
same
statement
over
and
over.
So
I
asked
would
I
be
reimbursed
for
my
two
weeks
of
money
since
I
was
banned
for
no
reason
and
nobody
would
at
least
extend
me
the
courtesy
to
tell
me
what
was
said
and
at
least
allow
me
to
defend
myself.
I
was
thinking
maybe
they
had
me
mixed
up
with
another
person
in
error.
Again….
for
maybe
the
fifth
time
she
repeated
the
exact
same
statement
to
me
that
she
had
been
saying.
I
told
her
I
was
not
stupid
I
did
understand
what
she
was
saying
but
I
wanted
somebody
higher
up
to
call
me
and
explain
to
me
why
this
has
happened
because
I
truly
don’t
know.
She
stated
I
would
have
a
supervisor
call
me
within
48
hours
I
don’t
expect
that
to
happen,
but
I
really
would
like
somebody
to
because
I
don’t
understand
why
this
manager
banned
me.
I
am
very
disappointed,
upset,
embarrassed,
and
feel
very
disrespected
for
being
banned
for
something
I
know
I
never
did
no
matter
what
it
is
I
don’t
deserve
to
be
banned
.
And
I
feel
I
have
the
right
to
at
least
know
what
accusation
has
been
about
me,
and
when
this
alleged
incident
occurred.
