    I would recommend going elsewhere. There are so many other better options. Here you get, extremely long wait times, rude staff and absolutely zero help from corporate office. Ali Singletary from corporate office is a liar and approaches complaints like it's no big deal and says customers can go somewhere else if they don't like it. So that's exactly what I did!!! I would give zero stars if at possible.

    Very best Glo tanning salon so far!! Great beds, wait time was barely there!! I drove from Mustang to try and see if there was a better glo tanning because the one located near Mustang is absolutely horrible! Tanning beds aren’t fully functioning, and the wait time is usually about 45 minutes to do anything! Also Natalie is a great sales rep and always does her best to make sure customers are getting a Great Tan by Great recommendations and switching beds! And she’s always energetics and welcoming always asks how people are doing when they walk in the door even if she’s busy!🤩🩵🩷 Eidan that works there she is a very sweet girl also and she always knows me by name and has more than any girl that works there! I just want to recognize Eiden because it is so nice to go to a business and be a regular and people know you by name

    I noticed yesterday when I walked in there was a young lady Makayla Collins working by herself she had several waiting but she was working non stop making sure everybody was taking care of. This young lady right here goes above a beyond an always has such a beautiful smile along with looking absolutely gorgeous as she has great customer service so glad they have her at this store .

    Sam and Becca are amazing! They are so knowledgeable about their products and know their stuff about the equipment. I go out of my way to go to this location because I haven’t had a better experience anywhere else. The ONLY thing wrong with this location is the AC. Theirs doesn’t work! They are using a residential fan to keep cool! It gets very hot in there and it’s only going to get worse during the summer.

    I went tanning on June 24th and was put in the highest bed and for the max time after only tanning with them one time before. I was severely burnt. When I came back to talk to them the front desk apologized and said I should have NEVER been put in that bed. With the only tanning in one bed before. The worker who put me in it was new and alone working. I have called 2 x to cancel my membership because I am still healing almost 2 weeks after the burn. I have also been in store 3 time for this issues. I have had no response and the women who work at the front have tried to call for me as well. I want the charge from July 1st refund and the membership canceled. Putting me in that bed was extremely negligent and I do not wish to associate with a business that has no customer service. I could not sleep for 2 days because of the burn and went to urgent care for the issue. I have had blisters and severe pain for the last week and a half. It is now July 18th and no one has ever reached out to me! I have filed a BBB complaint as well with no response! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I was FINALLY contacted after a whole month and given a refund of the month that I did not use and offered a free month but I would never trust this company again! My skin is just really getting back to a normal state and would not want to risk anything again! Also the “apology” was oh we were looking into what happened that is why it took a MONTH to let you know that we had even received the complaint.

    I love the facilities and the products however, they’re extremely under staffed. They have one person working most times which is very unsafe and unfair as they are running around like crazy and can’t catch up. It’s not the employees faults, it’s the management’s or whoever the owner is. You always have to wait 30-45 minutes to tan because the beds aren’t clean and they check in people behind you before they even clean the beds which means we all sit there waiting. It’s not just this location. I’ve been to several around the metro and they all have this problem. Other customers talk amongst themselves about this problem while waiting. We pay entirely too much for this to be a constant occurrence every single day. It’s not fair to the employees or us paying customers.

    Love the hydration pods and red light therapy. I tan as well but not a lot. My tan is amazing and my skin looks better after a few sessions. Great Service and explanations of everything.

    PSA: If you or anybody you know goes to Glo Tanning salon and spa you need to stop going there immediately. My daughter worked there for close to a year and they did a store-wide walk out last Friday because of how mistreated the employees were. Not only did they dock people's pay and overwork them with ridiculous hours, they are also filing charges against all of the people that walked out to get back at them. They're trying to say that they all stole from the store. I am so upset right now and cannot believe a business could be the shady. Tell everybody you know to not go there and especially never to work there.

    I am very frustrated because I went and wanted to tan in the KBL bed. They said there were 2 people ahead of me. I waited for approximately 30 minutes and no one went into the bed and it was vacant the entire time. I could have tanned twice and been done before whoever they were holding it for was ready. This is poor customer service!

    The girls here are extremely rude every time i come in. I’ve asked to do 6 mins in a bed and they put me in for the whole time. I fell asleep and it burnt me so incredibly bad. I wasn’t able to go back for 2 weeks. Then i told the girl what happened and i said please only 5 mins… then they put me in for the full time again. I was paying attention this time so i got out in time thankfully. They all have attitudes every time i come in. It makes me not even want to continue my membership and go elsewhere because i feel so unwelcome.

    My wife started a 90 day membership and was not impressed with the beds low power and didn't get very much color so she was denied access when the membership was canceled. 60 days later they took 180 dollars out of my account to pay for a membership she never used I called and went through a week of being told they were not going to give my money back. After a few threats to blast them at the bbb they agreed and it took another week and a half to finally get the refund . Crooks in my book that set the beds to low on purpose stear clear.

    This evening I went in to tan at your south okc store. I had an issue and Shelby had to call guest services for me. She was the only one working and a line behind me started to form. A couple of the guests were kinda mouthing off unnecessarily. But, Shelby handled the situation with professionalism and grace! Shelby is definitely an asset to your company!

    Good news for people with children!!! They have a daycare there for you while you use the spa services! Not good news for those who spend $75 month to relax in the spa pod next to the room with massage chairs you can listen to all the ruckus of children listening to a movie!

    I tried the service bc it was free .....right now it's not in my budget to be pampered like I was at glo tan .... The young lady who was there and helped us was beyond awesome . The services was great I got a rich color tan in one sitting ... It was just what I needed ...

    This is waaay more than just a tanning facility. Which is only what I expected when I went in for the 1st time. I had planned on tanning like once, but then 2 of the sweetest, cutest girls showed me very differently and their customer service was 100% spot on. I opened my account at the S. Western location but today went to Del City and even the girls there were exceptional. I'm very happy to be a part of Glo. I know I'm going to be very happy here. Thanks to the girls for being just stupendous. I'm not used to that kind of respect from women. So thanks girls. Keep doin what ur doin. It makes a diff even if ur unsure at times. Trust me. And any bad review I've read, seems like bitter people to me. Cause u all rock. Theyre just unhappy and unpleasant. That's not on yall.

    I went to tan on Sunday and was told that I had canceled my account. The staff told me they were unsure what was going on and I would have to call on Monday which I did. The young lady that I spoke to in customer service told me the same thing that I had canceled my account on the previous Wednesday, and that I would have to speak with a supervisor and they would call me back within 48 hours. 72 hours later I had not received a phone call so I called customer service back again today. Again, I explained the situation to their customer service, and that I didn’t understand why they were saying I had canceled my account when I had not and they had debited my monthly fee out of my Bank account on the first. After being placed on hold for about 10 or 15 minutes the customer service young lady came back on the phone and said that the manager at the 89th and Western Store had banned me from that location and I was banned from ever go into a glo tanning salon anywhere. To say I was shocked and offended is an understatement. When I inquired about how I could be banned when I have always been polite and courteous to their employees and other customers, never damaged any of the salon equipment, never cause a scene, etc. all she would do was repeat the same statement over and over. So I asked would I be reimbursed for my two weeks of money since I was banned for no reason and nobody would at least extend me the courtesy to tell me what was said and at least allow me to defend myself. I was thinking maybe they had me mixed up with another person in error. Again…. for maybe the fifth time she repeated the exact same statement to me that she had been saying. I told her I was not stupid I did understand what she was saying but I wanted somebody higher up to call me and explain to me why this has happened because I truly don’t know. She stated I would have a supervisor call me within 48 hours I don’t expect that to happen, but I really would like somebody to because I don’t understand why this manager banned me. I am very disappointed, upset, embarrassed, and feel very disrespected for being banned for something I know I never did no matter what it is I don’t deserve to be banned . And I feel I have the right to at least know what accusation has been about me, and when this alleged incident occurred.

    Every time I come here it’s so relaxing. The women up front Karsyn and the one with the brunette hair always make me feel so welcome! They are so personable and friendly! The facility is always clean, and they always make sure they take care of everyone who walks through the door. I truly appreciate these women after a long day at work. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

    My favorite glo location! Every time I have come in I am greeted with the best customer service as well as detailed suggestions on what would be best for my skin type and tone but without being pushy or sales like. They're very knowledgeable about the products and beds. But it's the customer service for me, they always make me feel so welcomed it's like going to a friend's house every time. Great people. Not to mention the cleanliness is top notch! I always leave feeling relaxed, tan, and happy!

    I'm a heavy woman and was petrified to go tanning. But I have a vacation coming up and I want to do something beyond my vacation for myself. My son passed away and I've been through it. But I went in today and Olivia was so sweet and kind and made me feel okay that big women can absolutely tan. She has great customer service skills and put me at ease. And not every place is ok with your size. You get looks eyeballs etc.. I had a great day used all the services the place is nice clean and everyone was nice... I say thank you I needed that. I highly recommend it. Great value for what you get...
