The ladies that work here have always been very friendly and make the walk there worth it. We, my 3 kids and husband occasionally live nearby and have to walk there on several occasions. Yes, there are homeless people who come in or try to hang outside, but often times there will be security there to keep them out. This area in general has a plethora of homeless people so it’s inevitable to run into them. If that bothers you, then don’t come. The workers can’t control the homeless population so it’s not their fault. I’ve never had a problem with the food or service. I’ve never been harassed and I bring my kids here.

My first time trying their spicy chicken sandwich. It was so messy 😭 my meat wouldn't stay between the bun. The bum broke apart. I tasted the hot sauce. And it wasn't good 😕 👎

At 11pm, 11/24/23 , I ordered 1 regular double cheeseburger and 1 plain cheeseburger (no veggies and no sauce ). Upon arrival home I came to find out they made an error on my plain cheeseburger. It was made regularly. I attempted to call 6 times and received no answer, and worst of all, no option for voicemail! There is no where I can ask for a corrected order online. Extremely disappointed.

literally the worst mcdonald’s u could ever go to lol. every time i go i ask for something and every time i leave i never receive it, and it’s tiring having to go back and forth. y’all need to hire new workers or something. if i could give a lower star i would lmfao.

Terrible experience. I love McDonald’s but when employees won’t give sauces for your food without charging you, it’s insane. If I’m getting 2 sandwiches, I should be able to get two sauces. Unfortunate situation.

I stood out in the cold for them to open. I guess they thought I was homeless. I eventually left after 20 mins of waiting for them to open. The sign said 7 I waited til 720. They knew I was out there too. They are just there for a paycheck let's all pray they find a job they love that makes them want to give great service

Food was warm and tasted old 😥 Restaurant was clean. Rest rooms are kept locked at all times for safety and a employee will open pretty quickly for you. Staff members were AWESOME. Used the rest rooms order Mcnuggets and went to car and ate on way home

The location area tends to have a number of homeless people loitering around but have never felt threatened. Lock your car door if stopping. Drive-thru access is short, so lines are always long during lunch hour. Food is as expected. Spanish speaking is preferred, but English is understood quite well there.

Although I think the experience was funny, it was also a bit of a waste. I had a mobile order for a caramel macchiato. I pick it up and it’s a frappe. I don’t mind and let them know. They were so so nice about getting it fixed and I loved how kind they were. But once they got me the macchiato, it was just milk and caramel in it haha. No coffee, just a whole cup of milk. I don’t mean to leave a bad review because I’m sure the person might’ve just been training but I wanted to share the experience since it was a little funny <3

Before I forget, they have a no loitering notice posted when you walk in. No more than 30 minutes for dine in. Shouldn't be a problem for anyone, tho. The food experience is consistent. I haven't had a problem with any items I've ordered. The iced coffee and the sausage mcgriddle are my favorite items.

Good place very awsome 😀....Good place to get FAT... ...Very good double cheeseburgers .. FRIES ARE OUTSTANDING...CHOLESTEROL WILL SHOOT TO THE MOON BUT YOU WILL DIE A HAPPY MAN....So if I was you I would eat it atleast 3 times a day...Hell I go here 5 times a day...I'm a walking zombie 🧟‍♀️...But I will work it off next year...and will have to say away from here....But we only live once so be fat and happy if you can get the weight off in long run..Go for in I am fat and sassy....I'm 300 and 5,6 short fat bald man.. I went in used the keyos to order 2 double cheese burger using the buy one get one $.29. They lost my order some how. Well when I told them. What happened they asked me what do you want me to do about it. And I told her to let me pay the $5.19 that 2 double cheese burgers and a large coke. Would of cost thur the app. She told me she couldn't do that and know one was trying to help so I just order 1 double cheese and a coke for $5.12

I have 2 years' worth of experience at mcdonalds, so I can get how busy they get, but I've ordered from this mcdonalds 3 times now for my girly that just had a baby. All she wanted is 2 mCchickens and HONEY MUSTARD. I say this because the first night there was no sauce and the same for the second night. But the third was a little different they decided to put regular pure honey in my bag, and all she's be craving is her honey mustard. Please, for the sake of everyone's sauce, pay attention to what you're reading. Stay calm and realize it's ENGLISH, not hard. You need to check on your staffs attitudes because if they cared about their job, this wouldn't happen because they would make it correctly. I gladly give good reviews to other McDonalds, and I will come in and check to see so yall can expect to hear from me again.

Went there to get something to eat and before I ordered I needed to use the restroom I was told that I had to be a customer,so I was going to order the employee just walked away and didn't take my order, but took the person that was behind me. I will not be going back there the customer service sucks

They treat everyone like their homeless We are two block had a problem with our restroom and they made us buy something and then charged me 3 dollars to use their bathroom and keep the hamburger. They are rude .So the 32 of us will never set the there again. I don’t do this often but when you call to speak to someone she just laughs and said came by we will give you and ice cream and would not gave me owner number. So I had no choice but to let people know Please don’t give them your hard earned money to be treat that way

So this is gonna sound odd but my Caramel iced coffee tasted like a swisher sweet blunt stick. I couldn't finish drinking it :( I usually get McDonald's from the mid del area and never have this issue. The people were nice though and the food was good. But the iced coffee was a no go :(

The Old Mexican lady that is manager Is THE SORRIEST EXCUSES OF THAT POSITION OR ANY OTHER POSITION YOU COULD POSSIBLY PUT HER AT! If you seen the way she TREATED THE HOMELESS! She thought I was HOMELESS, IM NOT 🚫 But I played along as if I was. She TREATED US SO (INHUMANE). Took 2hrs to open the doors once in even explaining I'm a paying customer and asking her unlock door to restroom to use it, she told me NO, NO, a started saying she would call cops. She walked through and would yell in Spanish (yelling) and pointing at us and then the door.She treated all us as tho we were in an inhumane dog pound! I AM APPALLED, WAS EMBARRASSED AND FELT VERY SHAMED AND FELT VERY SORRY FOR THE OTHERS. THE WAY SHE ACTED AND TREATED EVERYBODY. She has NO BUSINESS WORKING ANYWHERE AND FRANKLY I WILL NOT EAT AT MCDONALD'S EVER AGAIN ANY MCDONALD'S BECAUSE OF HER AND BECAUSE MCDONALD'S LET SOMEBODY LIKE THAT WORK FOR THEM! I went @ mcdonalds (midwest city) and then a few hours later I did stop @ this location to get some nuggets but i had a cup already so the manager lady refuse to served my drink because i didn’t bought here. Really? Is just a drink from the same restaurant. However the staff was very polite and nice except for the manager.

McDonald's is not the same since the pandemic. This was a place I loved with all my heart. It's still good. This is one of the few that has an open lobby

Terrible service. I repeated my order no exaggeration at least 7 times and and every thing was still wrong. The crew and manager were absolutely clueless.

I was just here. They took my money and I pulled up like you do anywhere. Nobody was at the second window and I saw the sign that said "pick up" at the next window so I pulled up. They handed my food to someone behind me, then when they realized it was wrong they handed it back. Then the lady with a heavy accent came to the window I was at and handed me my food and drink and when I tried to explain the mix up she insisted it was all my fault. First, the signage needs fixed. Second, I am pretty sure that it is a health code issue for you to hand someone elses food into someones car and then reserve it... And I KNOW there wasn't time to remake it. Yes, I'm primarily upset about her putting the blame on me rather than ignoring the misunderstanding, but it seems there is a lot lacking in way of customer service at this location and I doubt I will return.

I upgraded my combo breakfast to a frappe coffee and was charged full price for the drink and full price for the combo. I went back and ordered the same exact thing with a diet coke and a large frappe and guess what it was the exact same price so if you switch your drink your guna lose money

I have to say for a McDs on a busy hiway the food was terrible. Absolutely the worst. I rescieve Hamburgers for everyone that had to have bee leftovers from lunch. Dry, not fresh at all. Ray would have turned over in his grave. I won't be back to this particular restaurant.

While they were fast and fresh. They seem to always mess up on my orders. Whether it's forgetting an item or incorrect size. Was just there and they forgot an entire sandwich.

Stop feeding your kids this place. They claim white meat in the nuggets. Wrong, no meat in them at all. Chicken flavoring mixed with filler. Cmon man if you want nuggets mince up some chicken make cool shapes drop em in flour and fry em! That's real chicken!

Even though they advertise that they are open 24/7, I found out this wasn't the case this day. Went in about 4 am was pumped because, I hadn't had McDonald's in quite a while. Pulling into the parking lot, the restaurant was very dark. Went through the drive-thru and quickly figured out why everything was so dark. They were closed. So I took my empty stomach, and my craving and went on home.
