Fun as a first timer but just because it was so dang hot not sure if I'd go back. Ferris wheel is surely worth the money, the cold drinks on the other hand.. so pricey.

I went on the $2 tuesday. It was very crowded as expected but not to where I thought I might be able to get a couple of rides out of wearing a wristband. After purchasing the wristband and going to one of the lines I realized the time standing in the line was quite long and it didn't look like I would have enough time to ride too many rides based off of what time they might try to close the par. So I went back to the same ticket booth where I purchased the band and asked if I could swap my brand new unused band for the tickets on the card. They informed me that I had to go to the other side of the park to where the other ticket booths were and speak to 1 of the white tents for the general assistance. After reaching the booth I was then informed that they could not switch out my band for a card. Why would they not inform the ticket booth to tell us that there are no exchanges instead of having to go to the other side of the park to find that information out. Now at that point I got very frustrated and was just ready to leave but I thought about me missing out on my money because you can't reuse the wristbands after that day. If I had the card I could reuse it but not with the wristband so I decided to try and ride as many rides as I could which ended up not being many.. Other than that I did enjoy myself.

Home away from home every October during the Grand National & World Championship Morgan Horse Show. Can't wait for the new coliseum in a few years!

No matter if it’s the fair, the gun show or the free flea market. Love going here, and enjoying it all.

This review is about the State Fair Park when the fair is not in town. The park is improving as okc has started investing in improvements. Hopefully one day it will be easier to access the park from the North like it use to be.

Always a fun active event. Wasn’t too congested this year. The lines weren’t super long. Amazing food

So much happening in the fall and year round. A great asset to Oklahoma. With the new Arena, it's getting even better. Can't wait!

I attended during the fair. The park is actually much bigger than I thought, and the further I walked, the more the park kept growing. From Gate 1, there are several large warehouses all the way at the other end or back of the park that house the animals. The petting zoo is in the Oklahoma building. All of the rides are in one area of the park, and food trucks are lined up every walkway. Several companies and vendors are in one of the large warehouses. The restrooms were very clean. There are so many areas and sections to the fair, I could not see it all. Overall, I thought it was organized very well. There are self-service kiosks to purchase credits on a card pass and armbands as well. This helps to alleviate lines. They scan your card pass for rides.

The best people watching around! Oh and they food is great too! This year my favorites were the Apple Pie Churros. They were not greasy at all, just fluffy and so yummy. HteaO is always great. New to me was the steak pita which didn't look like the picture at all but it was still so good.

Oklahoma State Wrestling Tournament. Time for the Arena to be demolished. Its way out of date and many nonfunctional seating areas.

Awesome Tulsa State Fair. Cool rides, good food, nice exhibitions and plenty of first responders. There was a nice fireworks display...Fun for all.
