Memorial Park has it all. Basketball courts, a splashing area for the kids, a walking trail and more. If you prefer inside recreation, the Boys and Girls Club is located on the east end of the park off of Western Avenue. I got some good aerial footage of the area looking into Downtown. Enjoy.

I absolutely love this park! I’ve been taking the children I nanny for here every weekend and they love it! There is so much to do! The park has a splash pad for the summer and it’s right next to the boys and girls club as well! It’s a great place to have a birthday party and to work out as well!

Not too large but plenty of space. Trail with sidewalk. Dog friendly. Extremely clean and well kept. People but not too many. Splash pad for kiddos in summer. Playground. Fountain. Tennis and basketball courts.

Nice playground equipments and open splash pad with lots fun only one thing that is dangerous for kids to play is a swinging shooting water gun could hit many kids faces. And a little bit not really clean on the ground.

Went here for my granddaughters birthday party. Nice park, clean and a splash pad for the kids. Even has open spaces and trails to walk your dog. Only thing I didn't like was the porta potties. Nasty . Wish they would have had regular bathrooms 😕

Perfect location for parties or letting the kids run wild! We enjoyed a nice afternoon here. It's usually pretty clean but also frequented with parties so if you have one I'd get there early for setup or make sure its not reserved. Great walking trail.. I love how they revamped this space. I remember playing at the old park and the community center here as a child.

Very sober experience. The guide does a very good job of telling the story of the bombings. There is so much detail in every single thing there. Very surreal experience, I was glad I went.

This might be my lifetime all time favorite OKC park as it holds many really happy memories for me of all kinds. However, I went to this park and found no water whatsoever at the splash park, no running water as fountains for drinking, the iconic fountain broken again, no tap water to wash hands or faces, no toilets and any number of older men lounging on tables or child toys in the park asleep making it scary for any visitor or child with a caregiver or parent to want to stay. This park has a number of things which I actually rarely or never see people use. It used to be a park with ball games like softball, volleyball, tennis or baseball and now really these sites seem unused. There was a very large pool for kids and this is gone. I don't really understand the exchange of the pool for these splash parks and I do see people walk the trail here often. I tried to eat my lunch but there were so many flies around the dirty tables and over flowing trash I finally had to put it away. I hope someone takes this park more seriously, and I also hope neighbors understand the city thinks clean up efforts like washing down tables or sweeping up glass or maybe even collecting litter or shooing loitering people is up to them. \BOTH OKLAHOMA CITY BEAUTIFUL and then THE NEIGHBORHOOD ALLIANCE FOR CENTRAL OKLAHOMA ARE within a half a block of this place and it is wierd to me this super great historic park is not really doing all it can for the kids it used to serve for ballet and games, swimming and sports, gathering and events and just as a happy place to picnic.

Fun family place. Water Park was a hit with the children. Just not enough shade. But, will definitely go back!

Great local park! Paved walking paths, a basketball court, multiple tennis courts, picnic areas, mini soccer field and a playground. The main parking lot entrance is on 36th. Stop on by today!!

Memorial Park has something for everyone! This park is huge, spanning from classen to Western. It is surrounded by a great quality sidewalk and lots of lighting. There is only one porta potty near the parking lot though, which is about the only drawback. There are plenty of benches and picnic tables with four tables covered. The park has playground equipment for children ages 5 to 12 with supervision recommended. The ground is wood-chip with that rubbery impact material under the slides and swings. There are four baby swings and four big kid swings. There is also a hopscotch and maze and running path painted on the ground, which is more elaborate than any other I have ever seen. They have an additional climbing structure for children that looks like natural rocks with ropes string between. It has its own warning about safety and supervision. The park has a decent soccer field, which is surrounded by a berm so the ball won't roll away forever if it goes out of bounds. There is also a running track around the soccer field which is in decent shape, but starting to show some wear. There is one full size basketball court and the hoops still have nets. There are four tennis courts with high quality nets that are in good shape. They have a splash pad also. Lastly there is a very large fountain with lots of seating around it. There is handicap access all the way to the bottom, since it sits in a natural bowl formation. There are big trees everywhere.

Beautiful park unfortunately I came across it on a day it the splash pad had been littered on + wood chips where on the water area too. It wasn’t safe for my infant and that was unfortunate.

Great !!! The splash park right next to the playground ! The water sprays a light mist on to the playground when the wind blows from the south. Like today . Beautiful , I took my son and I had to carry him away ! Lol !

One of the best parks in Oklahoma city. Took my kids here right before it got dark. I was surprised to see that all the water features of the splash pad were still going and they had tons of light on the playground.

I have absolutely loved this park since I was a tiny child. My Bampa used to bring me here and I took my son. It was beautiful, clean and lots of things to play on. The Park was always meticulously kept. The Park was between Mimi's gifts and children's wear store and their home. Needless to say, I was there much of the time. I won't forget the memories I have there. I think of it often.

Always a great place to visit. They are always working on improving the part and keeping it clean. I love taking my kiddo there or even just walking the mutt. It's friendly for all ages with tennis courts, basket ball courts, walking paths and playground. Only wish there was more shade. They've planted trees so it just takes a little more time for them to grow to the right height.
