My room had a musty smell to start. Their Internet was down. I was unable to work. I left to find a place to work and grab a bite to eat. I returned to take advantage of the “Sip & Stay” package booked (includes two drinks in their lounge) to find out that their bar was not even open that day. So, they’d taken payment for something they were not actually offering. They offered no compensation for either inconvenience/accepting payment for a nonexistent service. Sleep? The curtains would not fully close. The parking lot lights smiled at me all night long until I shoved a trash can against the curtains to keep them closed. That musty smell? I discovered why it was there as I showered the next morning. The shower door will not remain closed. It constantly slides open. The bathroom ends up soaked. The shower is interrupted by cold air constantly flowing in through the wide open sliding door. The amount of water that ends up on the floor explains the pink slimey crud in the corner of the bathroom and that musty smell I mentioned. This location also lists itself as Bricktown. I can say it’s close but not where you want to be. This was my first and last experience with a Fairfield property.

When we checked in we found out that you have to pay for parking even though they have their own parking lot which is small and even smaller parking stalls, I don’t know how the city allowed them as a full size pickup pretty much sits on both lines. We were given what we thought was a nice room but the beds were like sleeping in a hammocks because they already used up or supper soft. The blind controls were not by the window but by the bathroom and the blackout shades didn’t close all the way. The outlets by the beds were already worn out and none of the chargers stayed in and even the usb was the same. The bathroom door was hung wrong and when it was open you cant get around it so if you need something in the main area you have to shut the door all the way. The water pressure and temperature were all over the place. The temp went from super hot to warm to super hot and we had to keep adjusting the whole time to be comfortable. We were given the ADA room and if you were in a wheel chair good luck showering, they dont have the right set up for that but lots of grab bars. The exterior walls were so thin and not sound proofed at all it was so bad you could hear electric cars go by. There were missing room numbers. This place felt like it’s been here 10 plus years. There were a couple of sticky spots on the floor. The breakfast was ok, the food was warm not hot. Had scrambled eggs that tasted weird, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, and lastly waffles. For the price we paid I expected more and some fruit. If they charged half then these issues would be acceptable, you are paying for the location but it would have been nice to get some good sleep and food.

Miss Mocha was the absolute best company and sweetest of spirits while enjoying a relaxing time at the bar. She mixed me up the PERFECT little drink to my likings and made my night not so lonesome. It's always a pleasure, those rare moments with others, and I will say that I look forward to more in the future as I am a regular here at the OKC Downtown! Much love baby!!! MUAH

I stayed there with my friend for a concert at Paycom on May 16th. You would think when you pay for a night at the hotel you would get free parking in the hotel parking lot. Well think again. You are going to pay $15 to park. I would not recommend them and since we weren't told that you were going to have to pay for parking and they won't refund my money. I will not tell my friends and family to stay here and I will not stay there again

I forgot an expensive suit in the room when I left the hotel two weeks ago. I called a couple of times to try to get it back and they told me that nothing was found in the room. Unfortunately, I have no other choice than assume it was stolen. Never staying there again.

Stopped in overnight while I was in town for a memorial service. The staff were helpful, and polite and the room was clean and well appointed. Parking at the hotel was limited but there is a parking garage across the street. Breakfast was fine, a little limited but the staff keep the area clean and food was always available. If your staying in Bricktown this is a good option and only a short walk to anywhere I do recommend but make sure you read the warning in the elevator, you need to scan your key before you select your floor so have it handy.

You find out when you get inside that it’s an extra $15 if you’re parking in the back. No sticker or anything. They just tack on $15 if you say yes. It’s $10 to park in a covered lot right across the street. Also, the bar isn’t open. You find that out once you get there too! I was told it’s because they don’t have a bar tender. Bar tenders are hard to find. Lmao. Right. I know plenty who would love to work. Just tell me you’re not willing to spend the money to pay a bartender because you don’t need a bar, you just need to advertise that you have one. Also, maid service will just come right on in without knocking at 7:30 in the morning. They’ll turn around when they realize you’re there saying nothing. You’ll have to get outta bed to make sure some rando doesn’t have a key to your room. And they don’t serve bacon at breakfast. I mean no big deal. I didn’t expect greatness. Just weird. Not a great experience. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly.

A bare bones stripped down Marriott hotel. No restaurant, no bar, platform beds are awful. The mattress slides all over on the platform and you hit your legs constantly on the platform. The mattress is very uncomfortable. Housekeeping services are every other day and they are continually out of coffee for your room. We stayed there 8 nights and the only good thing I can say about our experience was that the breakfast was decent. Would not recommend this hotel.

Have to stay here for a conference. Staff here were very courteous and friendly. Room was clean but quilt was dirty. The biggest problem is the railway behind the hotel. I got a room facing the railway, there were noise all night. I can’t believe the floor is shaking when some truck or train was passing. Luckily they provide ear plugs in the front desk. Or I couldn’t sleep even I was very tired.

So, even if you were my enemy, I wouldn't recommend staying here. While the decor is nice, it's a sound nightmare. We were put on a room facing the street, and poor construction of this hotel was obvious. Constant road noise, especially noticeable when the light changed from red to green and cars revved their engines to take off. And if you want to feel like the freight train passing by us right in your room, definitely the hotel for you. The staff was also surprisingly unhelpful. No suggestions on what to do. No brochures in the lobby offering suggestions. And when I pressed for some suggestions, the clerk hands me an 8.5x11 map. I get back to my room and look at all the attractions on the map. Seems good. Now, where is the Fairfield Inn in relation to all this stuff? It's not on the map. They seriously gave me a map of stuff to do and they're not among the hotels listed on the map. Stay at one of the map hotels folks. To be fair, they weren't super far from the stuff on the map,but she could have told me that when she gave me the map. Thank goodness for Google, which helped me navigate the city.

Super clean room and actually the entire facility! Delicious hot breakfast that was well-stocked and cleaned the entire time! Staff was friendly and courteous!

The room and location were amazing. Service could've been more welcoming and friendly. The biggest issue was breakfast. They put vegetarian items and non vegetarian items together, with one spatula. When I requested them to make me eggs separately, they were confused and unhappy. I'm not sure why the set up isn't better. I'm hopeful the customer service aspect will improve in the near future.

I stayed here for the Luke Combs concert this past weekend and it was awesome! It is a new hotel walking distance from the Paycom Center. The staff was great, the rooms were great and I loved the key card security feature needed to get up to your room. The hotel bar area was perfect for a nightcap after the concert. The bartender working was fun and on top of his game. I highly recommend staying here. This was my first time in OKC and I would definitely make the 5 hour drive back to stay and attend another concert.

I have been a Bonvoy member for some time, I use them for all my business and personal trips. I had a work trip scheduled and my father unexpectedly passed away which forced me to cancel my trip. The General Manager had his assistant reach out to me after I asked about a refund and they refuse to refund my cost, even though I reached out to cancel. Their reasoning was that I cancelled inside the 48 hour window to do so. I do understand the policy, but feel this was in poor taste by their group due to the situation. I will not be using them nor any other Marriott hotel in the future due to this.

Hotel was nice and clean but the location was terrible. Next to the train tracks and loud cars going by made it hard to sleep. Need to add sound deadening to the walls and windows to the rooms next to Gaylord. Don’t book here if you want sleep.

Clean and comfy hotel. Came here for a concert and it was right by the venue. The front desk staff gave us a late checkout & early check-in . The housekeeping was great 👍

Delivered a DoorDash order here and a customer ordered it as a guest delivery. Customer then wrongfully reported they never got their order. Received a contact violation. I handed the order in person in room number 434 at this hotel on Sept 27. DoorDash refuses to due anything and if I get deactivated by DD because of this I am suing DoorDash and this customer.

The Fairfield Inn and Suites was the host hotel for our 2023 Brown and Greer Family Reunion. The service was great and our room was very comfortable. The hotel is near Brick Town and easily accessible to all our family activities.

My family and I stayed at the Fairfield for a weekend while we were in town for an NBA game. We booked here for the location and complimentary breakfast. We arrived a little early, but the front desk was kind enough to offer early check in. The room was clean. We enjoyed being able to walk to PayCom Center and Bricktown. The complimentary breakfast was very basic, but not bad. I felt that $15 per night for parking was too much, but otherwise we were satisfied with our stay.

If you are a light sleeper i would avoid this hotel. Especially if you are on the road side . The road noise and the train noise goes on at all hours of the night and never stops . Not sure if the issue is better on the non- road side of the building but it might be? This was my only issue everything else was great .

Very nice hotel. Looks and feels new. Staff is very friendly. It is ideally located behind the convention center.

Everything was Clean!! Excellent and professional staff! Loved our stay here. Loved the location as well. Waking distance to the Paycom center.

Very nice large rooms, cheaper than most of the hotels nearby! Quite clean overall with some selection of breakfast (although more vegan options would be appreciated).

Within walking distance to the convention center. Bar on site. Rooms super clean and comfortable. Parking a bit goofy, as they overbooked and are ALWAYS full capacity. No other complaints.

Very clean hotel with hard working air conditioning and large bathrooms. Shower was easy to use, water left no film and stocked with several extra towels and good quality soap (something you don't see often anymore). USB chargers to boot, would definitely recommend.

Newer hotel with a perfect location! I stayed here last October while running the OKC Half Marathon and walked everywhere. The room was on the smaller side but it's a downtown hotel so I didn't mind that much because everything else was great. My only concern is the parking lot is tiny. There are nowhere near enough spots for every hotel guest to bring a car, and it's not like Oklahoma City is a transit hub where everyone is taking the train downtown. This is just poor planning. I got the last spot and didn't move my car all weekend. Someone else had complained about the parking being $15/night (it's a downtown hotel; this is actually extremely cheap!) but it was free when I stayed here.

I stayed here for my cousin's wedding 💒. We had a fantastic time. Loved this hotel. First time staying at this hotel in OKC. Highly recommend!!

I had a reservation here due to it being waking distance to the new convention center but cancelled my reservation after reading reviews & confirming with the hotel about the loud noise on one side of the hotel due to the trains. That would have driven my mother crazy! Looks nice enough & would have saved commute time & money but oh well…

My first ever review, but I believe customer feedback is important for any establishment to remain successful: I am a Marriott Platinum Elite member, who’s spent thousands of dollars staying at Marriott hotel resorts, across multiple states and 64 times within the year of 2022. I recently had an experience with an employee who’s last name is Hobbs, at the Fairfield Inn Suites in downtown Oklahoma City, that immediately was counteractive of previous, pleasant and positive experiences I’ve had staying at the hotel with other employees who were great. The employee greeted an older, Caucasian gentleman prior to me with courtesy, respect and a very welcoming and customer friendly attitude. EXAMPLE: He offered the gentleman a welcome gift, asked if there was anything he could do to accommodate his stay; very polite, courteous, helpful. My Experience: Upon checking in and asking if there were any room upgrades available with Platinum Elite status he said no, and did not offer a welcome gift. Upon asking for assistance to complete a possible room upgrade with 100,000 plus points I’ve accumulated, or cancelling the reservation and booking with points; instead of assisting and calling Marriott reservations to help with the process, he called the police and stated I was no longer a guest, was trespassing and unwilling to leave. I thought that reaction and behavior to be very unwelcoming and extreme. I immediately left the hotel and decided to pay double the cost of the canceled reservation to check in to the National Autograph hotel in downtown Oklahoma City, where it was a MUCH BETTER and a very different customer service experience. All the best, - Kenneth Smith
