Been wanting to come here for a hot minute! Very well known in the community and definitely lives up to the status they have created. Amazing atmosphere with lots of green and brown which set a great tone! Came for date night and we really enjoyed the presentation on the plates along with the flavors that blended so uniquely! We got the Glow Bowl with chicken and the Mother Earth with Chicken as well. The price/quantity ratio is the only reason I’m leaving 4/5 starts. For the two plates it came out to over $30. No complaints in the sense that the food was so fresh and delicious! It just hurt my heart when it came to bang for buck lol. Will come again to try different plates!

An OKC treasure. If you want a clean eating location that has variety and flavor look no further! Set your GPS and take a look at the menu. With amazing combinations and recipes it’s a winner. Their own brand Kombucha on tap and a beer and wine as well. Kids meal options are on the menu and something for everyone. Plates, bowls, wraps and soups. I had their Salmon with Sweet potatoes and gluten free max and cheese! Amazing! Salmon had an amazing flavor and a beautiful crisp edge. I also can’t say enough about the amazing staff. They took care of our party of 6 and everyone was so kind and authentic. Management should be proud!

Friendly staff, light atmosphere, and delicious food! I have never been disappointed. Healthy and very tasty at the same time. No compromise on flavor. Food is fast and fresh from scratch. My new favorite is the seasonal corn ribs and the avocado Caesar salad. I always leave feeling very satisfied, not heavy, or bloated. I LOVE this place!

Inconsistent at Best - I’ve gone three times now to verify my findings. First time was on opening day for lunch. I ordered the tofu with broccoli and the gluten-free mac n cheese. Everything was good. The sangria was a little weak. Service was quick. The second time I had salmon (asked for it to be on the undercooked side for fear of dry salmon) broccoli and gluten- free mac n cheese. This time the broccoli was overcooked, sad and soft. The mac n cheese was overcooked to the point that it was falling apart and complete mush. The salmon was still overcooked. The third time I had the steak, broccoli, and gluten-free mac n cheese. This time the broccoli was cooked right but completely lacked seasoning and the mac n cheese was slightly undercooked, but better than mush. The steak was cooked to a nice medium and flavorful. The service was slow - 30 minutes lapsed between the time I ordered to the time I went in to check on the food and was told that they were backed up on to go orders....

I like to eat local for the most part, but sometimes you just need a quick healthy meal option. Flower Child has so many healthy options you can’t really go wrong. Vegan, vegetarian, meat eater! There is something for everyone! The wrap was delicious and the perfect amount of food. It comes with some arugula salad on the side. The green chile queso is tasty and a great starter. My girlfriend loves getting any of the bowl options when she needs a fast meal. Staff is great and helpful and the interior is well curated. It has a large patio and plenty of parking. Enjoy!

Lovely porch set up with plenty of tables at which to sit. The decor inside is so calm and inviting! The food was just so-so for us, although one of my friends mentioned the tofu was really good. I didn’t care for the bbq carrots as they weren’t cooked enough and I couldn’t even cut through them with a knife. Also, the sangria pitcher was extremely expensive for the amount we got. Overall, a nice one-time visit, but probably won’t become a regular place for me.

Such tasty and healthy options! Seriously this place makes it easy to eat clean. They had a wide variety of options and plenty of gluten free/ vegan options. Interior is cozy and yet very open for social gatherings. Depending on what you order it can get expensive. Patio seating also available. I tried the enchiladas, a seasonal item, so good!

They kill it on service and food! Delicious real food. Many gluten free options. That Mac and cheese is amazing. And GF! I've never had a bad dish here. Dine inside or outside. You can't go wrong with any option they have♡

I was really excited about this place. However, my heirloom tomato and watermelon salad had exactly 2 small pieces of tomato and 4 small pieces of watermelon, zero cucumber, and you needed a magnifying glass to find the "shaved cauliflower" Had I not added chicken, it was basically a bowl of lettuce. Very overpriced for a bowl of lettuce.

First of all, it's such a pretty place to eat, and then their food is really fresh and tasty. I think the best part is you know you're getting quality food and ingredients with each meal. I ordered the Caesar salad with chicken, and my mom got Buddah Bowl. We also shared their chili which was really delicious.

Delicous American cafe food (salads, carb and protein bowls, sweet muffins, etc.) with various dietary options (e.g. vegan, gluten-free, vegetarian). Best part is their beverage lightly flavored tea and lemonade options. Atmosphere: Open, bright, and airy cafe space. Pet friendly. Food: Delicious quality food with surprisingly complex and rich flavors. Cost: About $15 for a protein and 2 sides Service: Pay at counter. Food brought to you, but service yourself. Suggestion: Yuzu Brussel Sprouts as a side and Mango Green Tea.

The mother Earth bowl was amazing, but this place doesn't need to get mothers involved. This place is messing with people's emotions. If someone has a poor relationship with their mother, they'd probably have a negative association with the mother Earth bowl and be less inclined to order it. I guess if people have a bad relationship with Earth too, they'd definitely stay far away from the mother Earth bowl. I'm assuming more people have difficult relationships with their mothers rather than Earth. I hope everyone on Earth likes Earth, even though Earth probably doesn't like us too much. Anyways, then you have to think about all those people that have good relationships with their mother. They might subconsciously order the mother Earth bowl just because of the name. This place could be tricking people into ordering this dish! This is exactly why I don't like Russia being called "Mother Russia". Don't deceive people into being more or less patriotic by bringing up mothers. Anyways, I don't know if I was tricked into getting it, but I'm happy either way. The mother Earth bowl was delicious.

The Flower Child is a cafeteria style restaraunt where you order at the counter and seat yourself. It has comfortable table/booths. Now for the good stuff...the food did not disappoint. I had the tofu entree with roasted broccoli (veganized) and roasted butternut squash. The tofu and broccoli were delicious! I wasn't so fond of the butternut squash. The hummus was our appetizer and yummy. Their signature rose lemonade was good too! And the best part was that they had vegan dessert: chocolate pudding topped with almonds and flaked toasted coconut. Yum, yum, yum! I'll definitely be back to try some other vegan dishes! This is a great place to eat out if you like to eat out but also want to be healthy!

I have tried dine in and pick up several time, but will not go back. This is unfortunate because the recipes and ingredients are good but the service is always slow and indifferent. Really slow! Slow evening and waited 45 min for a turkey wrap that I had to ask for twice. No apology. 🙁

Very tasty fresh meals that don't leave you feeling guilty after clearing your plate. I had the Bird is the Word Wrap and it was very good! The broccoli was a nice touch. I would love to explore the vegan options when I return. Lots of space to sit inside and out, and very chill and cozy atmosphere. The menu is quite large so there's something for everyone. If you play PokémonGO, there is one stop within range, and very low spawn rate.

Update: I just want to say that the customer service here is amazing. I had an issue with one of my pickup orders and the manager Amanda went above and beyond. And I’m still loving this place!! Just found this place and loving it so far. It’s nice to have a fast lunch option that’s healthy and yummy! I’ve tried the chopped veggie salad and the Ginger miso crunch salad.

As you can see in the pictures this is a pretty popular spot! They've got really great food! I was brought here by the advertising and the reviews, mostly the vegan reviews. I can't classify this as a vegan restaurant though, vegan restaurants don't allow the entry of animal DNA. When you cook foods they relinquish the genetics into the air and on to all things in microbials begin spreading at 1 million times per second, so introduction of raw meats, dairy products, eggs, is a contaminant. It's great food, I had the forbidden rice bowl, I'm sure I will be back to try some more of their vegan items, but just trying to warn true vegans that this restaurant also serves meat - other than that is a very genuine, very nice place. Great location great parking, not too bad pricing either! And the staff was wonderful!

Customer service and decor is always in the top of things to consider for me to rated a place. Well, the flower child delivered on the decor, is beautiful, cozy and inviting. On the other hand the customers service they might need some improvement, they weren’t consistent, I had good interaction and no so great ones, nothing that more training can fix. Food wise, I was very happy, I was impressed how delicious it was for how simple it looked. I thought the price was great for what we got. I will definitely comeback and if customer service improves certainly it can be come one of my favorite places to go for something fast and tasty. Oh by the way, I thought it was such nice touch to have a little basket for your Goya mat.

I always enjoy eating at Flower Child in January for their featured Whole30 dish. They have salads, bowls, and delicious sides on the main menu. The menu also includes vegetarian and gluten free items with attention to clean eating. They have an app to order online for pick up. A table has to be available to order so make sure you plan accordingly. This location has a beautiful patio if the Oklahoma weather cooperates.

I would give 5 stars, but the chicken was horrible. I would have been happier with McDonald’s Chicken nuggets. The chicken is dry, flavorless and cold. But the forbidden rice bowl was amazing. Looking at the menu everything looks really good!

I had dinner tonight and while it wasn’t bad there was nothing great about it either. Food tastes fresh but lacks flavor. The restaurant is beautiful and very inviting but nothing special. Coolgreens is right behind Starbucks and they are local! Was hoping for a new healthy restaurant to add to okc but this fell short.

I ordered the salmon plate with roasted broccoli and asparagus slaw. My first thought upon seeing my food was that the salmon fillet looked like a mistake. It was pretty small for the price of the dish. I essentially got a lot of broccoli and slaw with a side of salmon. However, it all tasted really good.

OMG!!! I could seriously eat there every single day and I am a very picky eater. The service was amazing, as well as the atmosphere and the food. We ate there last night and I can't quit thinking about it. We had the Cobb Salad (could have everyday with a smile), my husband had the Rebel Wrap - he loved it and then I had the Glow Bowl and we may have shared a side of Mac and Cheese :). Even the Ice Tea was the best I have ever had. I had to write this review, as I am hoping we can go again tonight for dinner. Go enjoy, you will not be disappointed - I promise!

Flower child is delicious, the customer service is exceptional, and the ambiance of the restaurant is perfect. There is a nice patio. The mac n cheese and brussel sprouts are amazing and musts from the menu. Maggie greeted us with the utmost kindness, infectious joy, and incredible menu guidance. In fact, she welcomed us as newbies with a smile, saying, “If you need any suggestions, let me know! I’m happy to help!” Her guidance was informative, patient, and passion filled. Maggie, we had a really hard day and your kindness and joy changed our day for the better. Maggie, you’re a light- keep shining!! The server was also incredibly kind! We will be back!

American cuisine has long been lacking in health and goodness, leaning heavily instead toward comfort foods that are legacies of a time when we simply did not know better. But fortunately we are getting much better, and Flower Child, a growing chain with healthy fare, is gaining traction across the US. You can eat here and not feel guilty, nor feel like you need to lace up your trail runners. After a food coma, of course. No, Flower Child leaves you feeling good, your appetite sated but no so much that your physician would point his finger at you. Abundant vegetarian, vegan, and GF options can be found on the menu.

There are abundant Salads, Bowls, and Entrees (Chicken, Steak, Salmon, Shrimp, Tofu) from which to choose, and accompanying sides. I started with the Tofu, and added the roasted Brussels sprouts and Maple Glazed Squash. To wash it down I chose a local IPA.

Remember the time when Moms had no clue how to prepare Sprouts other than by steaming them into tasteless mush balls? I do. Fortunately, Flower Child does not go down that culinary dead end, instead roasting them to perfection, crunchy enough to sink your teeth into, flavorful to a fault. My squash looked more like half a baked potato.

All told, another home run from Flower Child. Color me a brand evangelist.

Flower Child is a refreshing oasis of health-conscious dining, catering to those seeking vibrant, nourishing meals in a relaxed and inviting environment. With its emphasis on fresh ingredients and customizable options, the restaurant offers a unique and satisfying experience that resonates with health enthusiasts and food explorers alike. The restaurant's décor exudes a natural and calming vibe, with earthy tones and green accents that mirror its commitment to wholesome ingredients. The menu is a celebration of diverse flavors and dietary preferences, featuring an array of salads, grain bowls, wraps, and more. Ingredients are locally sourced whenever possible, contributing to the quality and freshness of each dish. One of Flower Child's standout qualities is its dedication to accommodating various dietary needs. Whether you're vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or simply looking for nutritious options, the menu caters to a range of preferences without compromising on taste. The build-your-own concept empowers diners to craft meals that suit their cravings and dietary requirements. The attention to flavor is evident in the carefully curated combinations of ingredients that form each dish. From the hearty Mother Earth Bowl to the vibrant Thai Dye Salad, the menu reflects a harmonious balance of textures and tastes. While the overall experience at Flower Child is positive, some critics have noted that the pricing might lean towards the higher side, especially for those on a budget. Additionally, during peak hours, the restaurant can get busy, leading to potential wait times. In conclusion, Flower Child shines as a haven for those who prioritize nutritious and flavorful dining experiences. With its inviting ambiance, dedication to diverse dietary needs, and commitment to fresh, locally sourced ingredients, the restaurant has carved a niche in the health-conscious dining landscape. Whether you're a wellness enthusiast or simply seeking a vibrant and satisfying meal, Flower Child offers a menu that nourishes both body and soul.

Besides my pervious experience with picking maybe not the best meal for me. I’m usually never disappointed. The best thing is to ask, don’t go off of something might sound odd - it’s the risk to take. The rice bowls are a delicious choice! And you can’t go wrong with the salmon or even the tofu ( don’t knock it until you try it). The drinks are fresh, the coffees are great and the staff is probably the cherry on top. Happy to have such a gem in OKC!

I got the chicken enchilada bowl. It just wasn’t that good. The top of the enchiladas were so overcooked I couldn’t even cut it with a plastic knife. The chicken inside them was good. Very little corn. Just felt overpriced ($14) for what I got. Not that big of a bowl. It also had lots of onions, white onions, red onions, and some green onions. I wish they would have listed those in the ingredients on the menu. Not sure why they would include all that and not list it on the menu. You list onions on your other dishes which is why I thought this one won’t have them. It was a big reason I chose this dish. I really dislike onions and they’re all over my food. If I was in the restaurant I would have taken it back back but unfortunately I got it to go. Will have to think twice about the enchiladas.

This place is amazing. Healthy food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere. This is one of the only places that I've tried that can actually do tofu right--seasoned and tasty. And the same goes for the rest of their dishes! Also love their gluten-free mac and cheese, broccoli, and mashed potatoes. My friend always loves getting their bowls as well. Totally recommend this place if you want something light and also delicious!

I really really love flower child. I'm one of those people who eats all food at any type of restaurant but every once in a while I want somewhere to go where I feel really good about putting healthy food into my body. I think flower child is the perfect addition to the OKC food landscape. It's the perfect spot to meet up with friends, several large seating areas can accommodate large groups (when we are finally meeting in groups again in the future). Or just a quick lunch while you're out shopping. The menu is diverse enough with things you'll recognize and then some things that might surprise you. It's a great place to try something new! I love the comfortable seating and cute quirky decor. My husband was less impressed which isn't surprising It does strike me as a more female centric locale. Anytime I'm in the area around lunch time you'll find me here! However they stay open through dinner so if you just don't feel like cooking grab some takeout or park yourself inside and enjoy a guilt free dinner!

First time to try this spot. Delicious food although a bit on the bland side. There is a definite lack of seasoning on some items. Portion size was good and everything was fresh. If you are a soda drinker this is definitely an item that was lacking. Luckily that worked fine for me but another person in my group wasn’t thrilled but his meal was so good he forgot! I would go back and try again for sure.

We love this place! If you're sick of the standard boring fried food offered in OKC at fast casual places, you've got to try this! I am constantly impressed by the speed with which they prepare your order and get it to your table, combined with the nutritional healthy fare. I have never ordered the same thing twice, so I have tried a few things. All have been flavorful, rich in healthy nutrients, and served with a smile. The decor is adorable, bathrooms clean, and most of the employees are wearing masks right now, which adds an extra layer of confidence. I can't wait till the summer when we can sit on the patio, it's just as pretty as inside. They serve a small selection of wines and beers by the glass. Vegan and vegetarian friendly. you won't regret trying this great restaurant!

Flower Child was my restaurant of choice for my birthday lunch and it was also the first time that I've experienced the dining & cuisine. It was phenomenal! A great choice! The food was absolutely delicious, the restaurant itself is just so chic modern and filled with a light and just very high vibe. We ate on the patio, which was perfect. It was a beautiful day! The service was excellent and the food was made fairly quickly and was just so satisfying! I had the Mother Earth bowl and yummm, it was just the perfect dish for my birthday lunch! I love this restaurant, I love the concept of it. I had a Rose Lemonade which was delicious! Everything about the restaurant was just perfect for a birthday lunch, so I will be back... in fact, we ate again here takeout two days later, my son and I, that's how impressed I was with the food and the atmosphere. I do suggest dining in rather than taking out the food. It's just better fresh, hot, and in the restaurant.

Wow!!! OKC desperately needs more places like this. Healthy flavorful food. The concept, the execution, and presentation... not to mention the "party in my mouth" flavor...makes me want to eat here all of the time!!

Amazing and guilt-free. I loved the rose petal infused lemonade they had and the wrap I got was filled with so many delicious and exciting veggies - even broccoli! Which at first I didn’t know how I’d feel about it, but turned out to be wonderful. Lovely presentation as well, and the vibe of the restaurant is cute and quirky.
